We had our first ultrasound today and had a wonderful experience. The ultrasound tech was kind and informative, and the staff at the front desk were also very kind and generous. So far, we are very happy we chose this place.

Had my first ultrasound at the Bank street location. Initially getting in for an appointment can be hard as they are so busy but reception is polite trying to book you in for an appointment. Going into the clinic, reception was welcoming, professional and kind (I don’t know the name of the blonde woman at reception but thank you for being so friendly). I was also seen very promptly for my appointment by Nuzhat. Nuzhat, was so patient with me and my questions. She provided me comfort and was so sweet explaining to me how baby was moving. She also provided me with nice pictures and a video of my active baby. I am looking forward to my following appointments at the Women’s Ultrasound Clinic on Bank! Thank you to the staff from an anxious mommy.

Very pleasant and highly professional team. The secretary at front desk are very kind and deal with public in most polite manner. The clinic and rooms are kept tidy and well organized .Sonographer Nuzhat did my ultrasound she is very friendly and made me feel comfortable .Highly recommend this place.

We pay for the pictures to share it with partners but the resolution is ZERO ... we can’t even distinguish if it’s a baby even when you are in last weeks of pregnancy... If your policy forbidden video calls or picture taking and you propose pictures for money, at least give us a high resolution photo ... not photo where we can’t see any thing ... really anything ... I’m not advising anyone to count on seeing good pictures from their side.

I went to this clinic for my first ultrasound. I was so nervous but my technician made my husband and I feel very comfortable. She also explained everything that she was looking for in the scan and why. It was such an incredible experience. They also gave us our ultrasound pictures and videos for free which was very kind and unexpected. I will definitely be going back for every ultrasound. Highly recommend especially for first time parents.

I went to this clinic for 3 times now for an ultrasound. Never had a bad experience here. Whole team is great and they are happy in providing great experience for their clients. Customer service is at its best and appointments always happens on time. No extra time waiting. Nurses are very much helpful during ultrasound and shows us baby moves. They do provide photos of babies with small duration videos. Thank you all staff for great experience.

This clinic now accepts vaccinated or UNVACCINATED partners/one person to come in with the woman doing ultrasound. The clinic can fit up to 10 women, so total of 20 individuals at a time.. but my partner is not allowed to bring our 10 month daughter (in a baby carrier attached to him) because she will "put the technicians health at risk". They don't care. Just find a babysitter they say it's not our problem or your partner don't need to come. P.s. that's not public health mandate because in other clinics it's ok to bring a baby if you have no person to take care of them .

My wife has been there twice for ultrasound and she has received the absolute worst customer service ever. We understand it is a high stress job but you cannot take it out on pregnant women. Being professional should be part of your job requirements, not being in a rush at the expense of your patients. We will be doing our last scheduled scan somewhere else. Rude over the phone, and lack of empathy inside the clinic to the point that I was talking to my wife outside the lobby before she entered, I didn't even step inside but the lady at the front desk yelled out that no men are allowed inside, jeez I can read! It hard enough that I cannot take part of something so important to me. At least smile - we are expecting a baby and this is a big moment for us. No wonder you have such bad reviews, we experienced it first hand. If you were referred to this clinic, think twice before you book.

I don't know how to express my gratitude for this clinic. I'm from out of town and had a referral from the doc. Unfortunately weren't told to bring any paperwork with us. We had to book the appointment for ourselves even though it should have been an actual referral. It was a messy situation all in all with a lack of communication. We finally managed to get copies of our paperwork and these women were so accommodating for me and my husband. They did our ultrasound which was a huge relief for us and everything we needed. I cannot recommend this place enough. I've never had a more amazing experience in any other health facility.

Very professional and tidy clinic. I've been a few times for this pregnancy and had kind staff each time. Today I had Margie who was absolutely wonderful. She really put me at ease and was so kind. Best ultrasound I've ever had.

I've been to the women's ultrasound clinic many times over my pregnancy and I believe I've seen every tech. All of them were great, but I have to say Margie was so nice and helpful - a stand out! She's informative, professional and friendly! Overall, a great team of people working there! I also love that they text pictures and videos to you (for a price...I think around $10).

I had an ultrasound appointment and Natasha was so kind, gentle and empathetic. She made a very sad time more bearable and we left encouraged. She made me feel comfortable during the entire appointment and we never felt rushed. Thank you so much Natasha for helping us get through this. You are an angel.

Would be nice if I could actually get through to book an appointment. I've called three times and been put on hold for over 10 minutes each time. Not worth it. There's absolutely no reason for an ultrasound clinic to put people on hold for so long, so many times. Based on other reviews about reception, I'll be looking to book my ultrasounds somewhere else.

Had a great experience here for the first trimester screen. Baby was not cooperating the first try so they couldn't get the necessary measurements. They got me in two days later and got it done. Both ultrasound techs were very friendly and competent, as well as the receptionist.

I never thought I'd leave a review for an ultrasound but the technician today was honestly the best. Marjorie (I believe that was her name) made the whole procedure go comfortably and swiftly. She had such a bubbly and upbeat personality and explained things thoroughly so that what is usually a very technical procedure felt like a fun science class.. After going home I even reflected on the miracle of the woman's body God gave us because of some things she said! Merci Marjorie!

Absolutely the most insensitive technician. After telling me I was no longer pregnant, came in after a few minutes while I'm bawling and asked my support person if they knew what was wrong with me. Mentioned she hoped I'd be dressed by now so she could do her reports. Thanks for making an already horrible time, even worse. Sorry I cried too long for you.

Every time I have been here... for this pregnancy and my last, the staff at the desk and the technicians are so wonderful. I would highly recommend this clinic for their friendly service, professional approach and appointment scheduling has been so easy. If you are looking for a clinic for the duration of your pregnancy this is the place to come !

I have gone to this ultrasound clinic many times for prenatal ultrasounds and pregnacy related appointments. The staff at this ultrasound clinic have always been professional, kind and caring. It's one thing when you go in and things are looking good but it is a very different situation when you go in and are faced with some unpleasant/unexpected news. The ultrasound tech was empathetic to my situation and although I didn't realize it at the time the way she handled a particularly delicate appointment gave me the peace of mind and reassurance I needed to move forward with other medical decision and steps later on.

I just had my 20 week morphology ultrasound done. Amazing experience the technician Margie is so sweet! Made the whole experience enjoyable. Also, I liked how this clinic actually answered there phones - a lot of other clinics I called kept going straight to voicemail which Is so annoying! But this clinic everytime I called someone answered, placed me on a brief hold ( which is fine way better than a voicemail !) , and about 5-10 mins later I’m speaking to a person. I got 3 pictures and one video the cost was about 13.75 with tax. Would recommend!

Great friendly and compassionate staff! The receptionists are always smiling and welcoming. They are also very flexible and try to accommodate schedules changes easily. Marjorie did my ultrasound today. She was amazingly thorough and tried to reassure me the whole time. She took her time to measure the baby and explain everything. She took amazing photos of my baby!

Thoroughly enjoyed our experience here today. My tech was amazing, gave me details and educated me on everything she was doing! Very lovely group of workers here, all so friendly! Next to no wait time! It was a great experience and I will recommend this clinic to my peers!

Had to hold for 20 mins on call before I could talk to someone to book an appointment, which I expected from the reviews. Receptionist booked me for wrong timing after confirming twice on call and when I arrived they mentioned my appointment was 30 mins earlier and they cannot take me in. Fortunately, Sound Diagnosis OBGYN ultrasound clinic took me in on same day.

Worst experience ever, I called them today to book an appointment and I was placed on hold for literally 40 mins. I hung up after that and didn’t book an appointment. Btw yesterday I tried to book an appointment and the lines were “busy” between 3:15 and 4:00 aka the last hour of their work day. I don’t if the receptionists just decide not to take calls but regardless I am just gonna call another clinic

This place is a nope for me. I called here in the summer for an appt (first time) and my line got disconnected at 30 minutes. When I called back the girl picked up, and screamed at me because she assumed I hung up to redial to try and get someone to answer. I ended up cancelling thst appt because I was so put off by her. Called again for a second go at this place, a few weeks ago and once again found the receptionist very rude. I did not feel welcomed or valued either time and instead awkward, intimidated and on edge. 2 times is enough for me….Avoid.

I had an amazing experience during my appointment today with the ultrasound technician Natasha. She was so gentle and incredibly nice. The office was warm and cosy. I’ve never felt this relaxed and happy in an ultrasound appointment like that before. ❤️ Thank you for your service 🙏

I have been here 3 times for pregnancy ultrasounds so far. Very friendly and kind staff. The ultrasound technicians are sweet and understand how exciting it is for parents to see their babies. All three techs I have had are amazing.

About as good as it can be. I had Marjorie as my sonographer. After a series losses, including a recent 2nd trimester loss, I was a nervous/anxious wreck. Marjorie was empathetic and said she'd communicate when she saw major markers. She was so cheerful and positive... it really relieved me. Furthermore, she's VERY good at her job and knows what she's talking about. It was a pleasure meeting her and I'm requesting her again for future scans. There is a TV on on the wall, and the admins who do scheduling were also pleasant to deal with.

Amazing experience; the Sonographer I had was exceptional at her job and really made the experience a pleasant one. During the early stage of my pregnancy I wasn’t able to have my spouse attend or family member due to the pandemic. Without reason to even complain it was understandable why such a small clinic would request this. Even though the mandate has been lifted they are allowing one person to attend the appointment with you. Everyone should be grateful for this opportunity when you have to consider before you weren’t allowed anyone but yourself. Thank you front staff for always making this a pleasant experience as well. I can see how difficult it can be for a receptionist at this time dealing with upset patients. Remember everyone it’s not their fault these rules have been implemented. Always be kind.

COVID has been a difficult time for a pregnancy, especially not having my husband with me at my appointments. The sonographer was so kind and friendly, explained everything throughout the procedure and made sure we had good quality videos so my husband could see our little one. She also gave us a card to announce the gender. Very grateful for this positive experience!

I have to say the staff here are absolutely wonderful! I had a pelvic ultrasound done today with the tech named Margie, she made it the most pleasant (for an unpleasant ultrasound) experience I have ever had, she explained what was going on/being used and really put me at ease. I drove from out of town (40min) and will honestly make the drive any time I have to for the amazing care I received.

Very friendly and helpful reception and amazing technicians. I had Natasha on several occasions and each time she was extremely friendly, professional, and patient.
