I do not recommend Cynthia, she seems like doesn't care about you as a patient. Does the injections quick. I also got bubbles from the lip injections which were not leaving even after two weeks. I tried to book a follow up appointment to get this fixed but she would barely answer me and give me times which I told her I am not available. For your sake, do not book with her.

The place is very nice but my experience was far from good. Christine could not be more careless in the treatment she gave me, truly unprofessional. you can tell she's all about the money only. no care for her patients at all! No aftercare instructions, she didn't say anything to me, even when she saw how bad the treatment went, I had a huge swelling that didn't allow me to eat for three days. but what worries me most is that she used opened needles and syringes even when I asked her to show me when she would open them. She didnt do it. She hid the service table from me, thinking that I wouldn't notice. Really a bad experience. I regret having chosen her! She said she would call me to see how was I doing with the swelling and bruising, and she didnt. I do not recommended her at all!

I am satisfied of the results. Nurse Christine is one of a kind. She did my injections and it was really professional and she did an absolute great job.It was my first time doing lip fillers and I was really nervous and she really helped comforting me and was really patient. She answered all the questions I asked and informed me about it the entire procedure from start to finish. I highly recommend her, she is very knowledgeable and she is one of the people you can trust doing injections. She will not disappoint. If you ever go to luxe beauté clinic make sure to ask for her!

Extremely disappointed with my service here. I have been coming here since I moved to Ottawa and I have spent a good amount of money at this place. I have never met a more unprofessional owner in my life. Just to be clear this is the Ottawa location, I cannot speak for the others. If you want to save your money don't waste your time here, there are several other clinics that will treat you with the respect you deserve. Nothing against the nurses, they are all so lovely. Such a shame they have a fraud for a boss.

I went to Luxe to get fillers. The minute I arrived it was very welcoming place with upbeat music that make you happy instantly. I was welcomed by the receptionist who was so friendly. I had Cynthia as my injector. I got in on time she came to see me to discuss what I needed done and gave me realistic expectations. She did a great job with minimum discomfort. She made sure to ask me throughout the procedure if im in pain. I really liked this place and recommend it to everyone looking to enhance their beauty. Thank you Cynthia for great work.

I got my lips filled at Luxe Beauté Clinic over a year ago and debated on leaving a review for a while (obviously; as it's not a full year later) but decided that someone may benefit from hearing of my negative experience. I found them on Instagram and liked some of the pictures they posted. I sent one specific post to their account to ask about who did the injections and was told that Christine did, so I booked an appointment with her. A few hours before my appointment, they messaged me to ask if I could come in a little earlier. I said as long as Christine was still the injector that that was fine, but they told me just to wait for our original time because it would have been another injector otherwise. When I got there, I filled out the paperwork and waited for the nurse to come in. After a bit, a different nurse came in and introduced herself explaining that she would be doing the injections. I said I had specifically asked for Christine, so she said she would just put the numbing cream on my lips and then would get Christine for me. When Christine came in to do the injections, she wasn't very friendly and seemed rushed to finish them. No one sanitized my lips before the numbing cream or the injection. I actually put some lip balm on before my appointment and that wasn't even wiped off. The lips turned out okay - a little uneven but it wasn't terrible. I just felt uneasy about the whole experience though, especially the lack of proper hygiene practices. They also told me that if I paid cash I wouldn't have to pay the tax and seemed pushy when I asked to use the debit machine. I don't think a legit practice would take under-the-table payments.

Got my lips done here twice and my chin done once. They are so talented and I love my results! The lip injections are very painful, you can feel most of it, but as someone with a low pain tolerance it's bearable and worth it. I had Cynthia the first time, she did a wonderful job on my lips. The second time I had Hannah for my lips and my chin and she was also remarkable. Great clinic, great customer service and great prices, would definitely recommend!

This place is absolutely stunning! Everything is put together so beautifully. (It was my first time getting fillers) so I didn’t know what I was really expecting but, the nurses there definitely made me feel welcomed. I got a non surgical nose job from nurse Cynthia and her work is absolutely stunning. I’m in love with my nose! Went back for a follow up two weeks later, she corrected it and made it look even more gorgeous! All the nurses there are very professional with what they do and they are very hard workers! 5 stars for my experience at this clinic. Will definitely be going back for more in the future.

The nurse who injected me was super sweet, but the way things are organized was very bad. I had cancelled my first appointment and rescheduled paying another deposit. Then I was told they were in Montreal that day ( but the appointment was available online ) so I had to cancel it. I have a 3 year old daughter and I work , I have to organize my days a single mom of when I can come in. So I had to reschedule. Then the day I rescheduled again they told that day was not available , then it was. I come in for my 12 pm appointment and was taken in by 1. I didn’t get home till 3… they were hours behind.

All I can say is WOW! There are so many factors to consider when looking to get dermal fillers and botox, and Nurse Emily at Luxe Beauté Clinic in Ottawa excels all. My experience(s) are as follows: 1) The location is ideal and there is parking on site! 2) The waiting area is so serene, elegant, and cozy — and the staff is always willing to chat which I love! 3) Nurse Emily (aside from being drop dead gorgeous herself) is excellent at what she does. She is the only nurse in Ontario that I would trust, for many reasons: a) she is honest. this is crucial when finding a nurse injector, because she tells you what is attainable for your lip figure. she also gives you a quote prior so you can be prepared and there won’t be any surprises, b) she is beyond qualified, with additional global training. she is educated in a variety of techniques, and will give you exactly what you’re looking for in your procedure. c) she is empathetic — she checks in when completing the process, which shows she cares. she is also sociable, and makes the experience worth while. d) she is AVAILABLE — she checks in post procedure and always answers her messages. The reception staff is also so sweet — they care about your experience and exceed customer service expectations. Overall one of the best clinics in Ontario, and the only one I 100% trust for any of my procedures.

I did lip fillers for the first time recently and was not disappointed at all! We were served quickly and everyone was really polite. Jasleen was upfront and fully transparent about the procedure which I really appreciated. She was really professional and kind. She did a fantastic job, they look super natural and I'm loving them. Can't wait for my next appointment! After reading some of the lower star reviews, I'd like to point out you are receiving a service and while tipping isn't be *mandatory*, it's still a service that you should provide a tip for (like at a restaurant or a hairdresser).

My first experience here was absolutely horrible. I had Christine. I waited almost two hours to be seen. She was in a rush and did not inject half of my lips.. she forgot to do the other side. My lips were extremely lumpy and uneven. I had to go back and have them dissolved because they were so bad. On a good note, Cynthia saw me and she fixed me completely. She is amazing and super knowledgeable. One of the best injectors at the clinic, I would highly recommend her.

I think the staff member you choose here for your specific aesthetic goals is super important. Nurse Dem is an absolute Angel & made me feel so at ease for my appointment. she explained everything before from her technique, downtime & still reminded me of aftercare which i appreciated. shes also super talented because she made my experience less painful than i usually remember. I can tell she cares about her clients for sure. She is my go to now and i’m so thankful for her !!!! Ask for Dem when you book !!!!

Hannah is the absolute BEST. Not only do my lips look incredible, but she was kind and calming throughout the whole experience. I was very nervous to get my lips done as it’s been a few years, but she was so knowledgeable and confident, and did exactly what I wanted. I trusted all her recommendations and couldn’t be happier! Her professionalism and genuine care towards her patients was above and beyond.

Hannah is the absolute BEST at what she does. She’s done multiple services on me with fillers & botox, and it looks amazing every time. She really takes the time to make recommendations on what would look best based on your face shape & features. I requested a natural look and it’s unbelievable how many comments I’ve already received on my lips. It doesn’t even look like I have filler, in the best way possible. They look like my natural lips but still full. Not only did she give my lips more volume, she really took her time to shape them. You can tell Hannah is passionate about what she does, & genuinely cares. You feel it with her energy. 11/10 experience.

I had the pleasure of getting a non surgical nose job, botox, and filler on my lips by Nurse Cynthia. All I can say is she was amazing! It’s my first time getting any fillers or botox and she eased my anxiety by explaining the process very thoroughly. I had an appointment with Nurse Cyn today for lip fillers and my experience was 10/10! Super informative and comforting. I was really nervous at first but she definitely made me feel less nervous throughout the procedure. The result was even better. I’m a new patient at the Ottawa location and am extremely satisfied with my experience so far. Finally, a clinic that has a simple online booking process, clear advertised prices, modern accommodations, etc. I first came to correct previous lip injections, and was carefully explained my options. We decided to dissolve the product I already had and waited a few weeks to re-inject. Everything went smoothly and quickly at that appointment. But the real WOW experience was my injection appointment. I had the pleasure of meeting Shannon, who is by far the most knowledgeable injector I have ever met. She is SO meticulous. She took her time, was extremely precise, massaged the product extensively, checked and rechecked, until everything was stunning. She walked me through every step, educated me on desired injection style with my anatomy, and was just overall great. I decided to add Botox to the mix because I felt in utter confidence! My lips are so beautiful. I can’t wait to go back for full-face rejuvenation! ☺️

I have been Cynthia for many years now. She is so patient and so knowledgeable towards her work. She will never force you to do more then you need too and knows exactly what will work for your face. I don’t know how this place was in the past, but my experience with them was nothing but disappointment.First of all there is absolutely no way of communications with anyone there neither by phone nor by email to be able to get any information before making an appointment on line and paying a reservation fee. So Because of the amazing reviews I made an appointment and drove 2hrs to take a chance. First when I got there , I asked for the nurses that people were raving about in the reviews . Ken the manager there told me that thise nurses were not there , one was pregnant and the other one had left. The only nurse there that was there was an older nurse called Sharron I believe. She was really nice and friendly, but I didn’t need nice I needed someone with experience I discussed my concerns with Ken , and I asked him if Sharron really had experience with injections and he reassured me and promised that Sharron is the most experienced nurse there, she is good and she had been there from the beginning. So unfortunately, I agreed to letting her touch my face, she told me I needed 2mls of injections because my nasolabial lines were deep. once she started I could see that her hands were shaking, the syringe broke while she was injecting me so she had to get another vial, she told me she had a hard time working on my right side because she is left handed. I could feel the liquid dripping on my face while she was injecting so I think half the liquid was wasted. When I got home I had a good bruise on my right side for over a week and now I have an lump on my right side. This place is the most unprofessional place I have dealt with. When I told them there are no way to reach them by phone or email, they told me the best way is to text them. But that you will learn once you are there. Never again I will get anything done by them.

I’ve been seeing nina for waxing & hairstyling since April. She’s amazing at being a hairstylist and a wax technician! She allows breaks and is very detailed with the hair removing process. She has very gentle and is amazing at making you relaxed and comfortable during your services. She will do product knowledge and after care education about how to take care of your goods. All over a very kind sweet women who’s truly an amazing professional at her job ! She’s definitely a must see.

Nurse Cynthia did my fillers and Botox, she was very knowledgeable, sanitary, let me know of all risks, etc ahead of time and also provided after care advice. I would absolutely go back and see her. She was very prompt on answering questions even after I left. Didn’t make me feel rushed at all and actually took me in early + when I wanted a last minute add on she was ready to do it even after already cleaning up, very welcoming person. Was clean, calm, and I really like the work Cynthia did. A nurse to trust with your questions/inquiries & is realistic. Highly recommend, especially if you need something fixed, had a poor experience elsewhere in the past or it’s your first time.

I was really nervous because I prefer soft natural looks. Well she delivered . I visited Nurse Cynthia at the Toronto location, and I waited for her to come down to Toronto from Ottawa, because I didn’t want anyone else to touch my lips! When I tell you, the wait was WELL WORTH IT! Nurse Cynthia explained the procedure in a very thorough manner, and asked questions as well. She has an amazing eye for detail. I also met the owner of the clinic, and they’re so cute! Super sweet, and makes you feel so good about yourself with compliments once you’re done with the nurse. I’ve been seeing Cynthia for just over a year. She has done Botox and some filler (lips, non-surgical nose job, tear troughs) for me. I honestly can't recommend her enough. She extremely knowledgeable and takes the time (even though she is super busy) to answer any questions you may have. If you want quality work that never looks too “over done” do not hesitate to book an appointment. I have recommended Cynthia to a few people and I wouldn't hesitate to do it again.

So far so good! I had a great experience with nurse Cynthia. I was very nervous going into this but she made getting lip injection really pleasant. Whenever I feel the result aren’t as wanted she immediately sorts me out with a consultation appointment and fixes them up. Overall she’s very patient and reassuring and makes sure I’m satisfied with my lips.

Jasleen was patient, was very well educated of the risks, treatment options, benefits, down time and after care measures. She made sure I was comfortable each step of the way.
