No complaints from my first visit. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The location appeals to me the most. Parking is a huge drag In this area unfortunately. Next time I will walk. I felt well respected and informed of the procedure that were going on. Recommended. Note: I'm waiting for an estimate on single tooth crown. Price does matter. I will add or remove a star upon receipt of this quotation. Stay tuned!

Great staff, pleasant atmosphere! Modern look. Great massage chairs to make you feel comfortable while you wait. Wait times are short. The clinic and their scheduling system are well organized. The staff there are amazing and welcoming. The facilities are immaculate, and well maintained. Dr. Eid is very knowledgeable and caring. He assessed my wife and I and provided recommendations for the future care. Excellent experience overall. Would highly recommend for those looking for a great dentist.

I left another popular downtown dental office for Central Dental over a year ago and I am SO HAPPY I did! Dr. Eid and his staff are so friendly and accommodating, every visit since I switched has been a pleasure. I chose Central Dental in order to start Invisalign treatment. Dr. Eid was very helpful and took the time to go over the process in detail and work with me to ensure that I would understand and be happy with the final result. He even emailed me the progress model video so I could share the end-result with my friends and family. The rest of the staff are just as awesome, especially the hygienists who are so friendly and hilarious it's hard to be a good patient because you are laughing all the time. And the receptionists and support staff never yell at me for being late!! Dr. Eid doesn't try to up-sell you or charge you for unnecessary treatments. At my previous dentist I was recommended to do extra treatments at every single visit; but I have not once been recommended for those treatments at Central Dental. I am very happy with my choice to become a patient here!!!

I went to Dr. Eid for about 9 years and felt he did a good job with my routine cleanings, preventative visits and x-rays. One filling he did on the surface of my tooth (bonding) didn't last too long and he fixed it at no cost, so that was the only issue I had with his office in 9 years, and it was resolved very well. It was perfectly located as I worked in the same building. I wouldn't recommend this office for kids as it's a more professional environment and doesn't have stuff that I saw to entertain/distract kids. There were nice massage chairs in the waiting area.

Was in for repair work and a crown and was very happy with the service provided here. The receptionist, hygienists and dentist were all very friendly and very knowledgeable and professional. Dr. Holm took the time to answer all my questions and explain all the options to me for my damaged tooth. I would highly recommend! Also appreciated the massage chair and free spinbrush!

I went in Wednesday (experiencing agonizing pain). I had made an appointment for Friday to have the problem fixed. They were able to fit me in on Thursday (short notice) because I had explained the pain was so unbearable. Thanks for fitting me in - my sanity thanks you! Plus he has the most amazing massage chairs I've ever sat in! The staff was super friendly. I will no doubt be returning to this dentist!

Excellent staff! I have had two cleanings here since the new ownership and both times everyone was fabulous. Front staff are very friendly, hygienists are thorough and personable, the dentist is super approachable and patient. I have been a client here for several years and am looking forward to more years to come. Thank you! 😁

Apples is a great dental clinic. The staff are incredible (shout out to Zainab- best hygienist in the game!), and I have never had a bad experience in the two years I have been going there. They take the time to talk the patient through the process and keep them informed about what they are doing during the appointment, which always puts my mind at ease. I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone.

Very impressed with their service and thoughfulness. I had a different dentist and ended up going to Apple's Central dental due to an emergency. They were so good that I switched my dentist.

My best experience after coming to Canada and I will vouch for Apple's Dental having such a wonderful person there... Have been coming here for a few years, and I always have a positive experience! Staff, hygienists and dentists are all friendly and helpful, and explain everything well. You can tell they love what they do, and it definitely translates into an excellent patient experience.

Be aware that this clinic does not take responsibility if anything goes wrong, it falls to the individual dentist, who is an employee and may not be there any more when needed. In my case I had a root canal done by the previous dentist there, Dr Eid, it wasn't done right and Apple's sent me to another specialist, where I had to pay another $800. Then there was a further problem and they said I had to track down Dr Eid or pay them to fix it. I left. The current dentist's mantra was "I'm just an employee" (of a numbered corporation)

This place is another dental place in Ottawa where they like to drop patients for any unknown reasons and not even tell you why you were dropped. The Manager there, her manager and managing skills are absolutely ABYSMAL. IN MY OPINION I'D LIKE TO SEE HER FIRED. My mom was dropped as a patient and she wasn't even told why she was. Is that how dentist offices are run and operated. And if that's the case then they shouldn't even be opened or allowed to operate. I'd like to see an investigation into this establishment for their ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS DECISIONS AND BULLCRAP POLICIES
