My friends and I came here with their son. We're 23 years old. We we're starred at by the kids supervising the area the entire time. We felt so uncomfortable that we we're excited to leave. We would have left earlier but the 2 year old was having too much fun. Also we could only stay on the trampolines and foam pit because there was not enough staff for the other areas. The staff do not look happy they're all on their phones and if they're not on their phones they're starring you down. Overall not a fun happy place. Overall not a fun place.

This place is great for kids but the organization at the counter is lacking severely. If you are coming as a group make sure to leave yourself a ton of time. So much time wasted. Don’t understand why we submit a guest list in advance if they don’t use the information for anything and then make us go through it all again when we arrive. If I could separate the two I’d give the facility 5 stars but the check in process a 0. You get the party room for 40 minutes. Which is just enough time to have pizza, cake and open gifts. They do leave someone in the room to help serve the pizza, cake, juice etc which is nice but a bit awkward. About 5-10 minutes before our time was up the employee started rolling the table cloth to collect the garbage and pushing us down the table. We only have 40 minutes and they are rushing us out the door. It saved her a minute of work but made us feel like we were in the way. This place needs a customer service makeover.

Went there today with my wife and toddler. The facility was quite busy (not an issue) however terribly understaffed. The teenagers checking people in were not familiar with the system- leading to a 40 minute wait in line (Again I mention that I had a toddler with me) Next time I will go to Flying Squirrel again- bigger with better staff and a more positive experience overall. I would suggest everyone do the same

Staff is very friendly, location is clean, trampolines are quality, and you get a Gatorade included if you have a 2h session! Just to warn you, jumping on trampolines is incredibly exhausting, so unless you've been to a trampoline park before, I strongly recommend choosing one of the lesser time slots to see where you're at physically. I feel I'm in pretty good shape, and I was exhausted after like 25min. All in all, wonderful experience. P.S. if you've never been before, there are 4 dollar grip socks that you have to purchase to use the trampolines! Just keep that in mind with the price!

Kids had a great time! Staff at counter were helpful. Staff at the concession were very kind and wished my daughter a happy birthday. Supervisors were also keeping a close eye on them. Open sign was not turned on but quickly rectified.

A ton a crazy rules kinda ruins the fun, the safety ones are great but no resting on the sides is silly!!

Love Love Love this place! The kids have so much fun and are so happy to go that the price defiantly is worth it. I do not particularly like the assortment of package deals and wish they would have a few more convenient offers though. The restrooms are always busy, which means they need more attention more often as there is always water on the floor or in the sink area. They could defiantly use a new style of water fountain (or two) with a taller water spout so that one can fill up their bottle without pouring water on the floor too - and considering the health and spirit of physical activity, better and more health conscience beverage options should be made available. Further, pizza and pretzels and sugary cold treats are not a good option for anyone jumping up and down or parents waiting 1-2 hours for their kids either. Besides the water and food, the staff are awesome, always professional and treat everyone the same. The kids that get rowdy (and lets face it, there are always a few) get dealt with promptly and fairly. The floors are decent, considering the heavy traffic, and the overall cleanliness of the wait areas is good - a couple of coffee tables, in addition to the end tables, would be nice for the waiting folks too though. The assortment of trampolines and activities is great. The staff sometimes get involved and show the kids a thing or two, which is also great for both repor and kid creativity. The summer camps are amazing and have super awesome camp leader’s and a great blend of physical activities and calm down activities - in addition to fun and games!

Quite a pleasant surprise. I really didn't realize how much fun bouncing on trampolines was going to be. Well organized-waiver to ticket purchase to entry, but they should consider a better location and larger area for the lockers. looks like a good spot for a kids birthday party too. Our kids loved it, but the parents did too.

We went as a group and the service from our host was truly top notch and accommodating. She helped our group set up and went searching to get someone pink socks, just because. She was absolutely friendly and offered assistance at every step. I would highly recommend this location for group parties!

Lot of fun. Very sore the next days.
