This is my third time to travel (1 day Mont Tremblant) with Midearth Travel, which never disappointed me. They always provide excellent customer services, and itinerary planning and execution. The tour guide, David Chen, was very friendly, responsible, and helpful. He provided very detailed explanations in both Mandarin and English throughout the tour. I had two tours with him (1 day Mont Tremblant, and 3 days New York). I am very satisfied with his good jobs.

They have kind and knowledgeable staffs there and they are always very helpful. They have a wide range of bus tours to choose from. We have taken many of their tours such as Quebec City Tour, Toronto & Niagara Falls Tour, 3-day New York Tour, 4-day US East Coast Tour, 7-day Maritimes Tour, West Canada Tour, etc. Pretty good experience overall: reasonable price, comfortable buses, well-designed itineraries, very knowledgeable and helpful tour guides, good hotel stays. The service has been very consistent in the past many years, we really enjoyed these tours we took so far (most recent one we took was the 7-day Maritimes this summer) and we will definitely come back to explore the rest of bus tours. I travelled with MidEarth Travel for the American East Coast trip Washington DC, New York City, Philadelphia. It was an unforgettable trip with a very comfortable bus. The tour guide was very flexible. Despite being pouring rain when we arrived at Times Square, the guide was able to tailor the schedule so that we went to Ripley's Museum during the rain and came back to see Times Square the next day. This flexibility allowed the group to see all the attractions expected.

We used their service for a 7 day maritimes trip. The driver and the tour guide were extremely responsible and friendly. The bus was clean and comfortable. The hotels and meals they booked were quite good too (two lobster meals included). The trip was a bit in a rush, but given it covered so many attractions, we can't complaint about that. Our overall experience was very pleasant. Highly recommended.
