They
treated
us
miserably
and
released
a
GSD
into
the
store,
causing
him
to
attack
my
mom.
1-
Arrived
5
minutes
prior
to
closing
and
staff
was
very
rude,
rushing
us
to
get
out.
Bought
a
lot
of
their
frozen
dog
food,
and
when
we
left
the
store,
we
realized
that
in
a
rush
to
get
us
out,
they
made
a
mistake
and
overcharged
us.
2-
I
was
busy,
so
my
mom
went
back
the
next
day
with
the
receipt
to
be
refunded,
and
they
refused
to
refund
her
without
seeing
proof
of
purchase.
The
receipt
was
not
enough
and
they
asked
her
to
bring
back
the
frozen
food,
even
the
opened
ones.
We
don't
exactly
live
close
and
what
HORRIBLE
customer
service
to
ask
your
customer
to
prove
they
bought
something
when
they
were
the
ones
making
a
mistake.

While
checking
her
computer,
the
cashier
notices
a
lost
German
Shepherd
outside.
She
leaves
everything
she's
doing
and
goes
to
grab
the
dog.
When
bringing
the
dog
back
into
the
store,
she
RELEASES
this
unknown
dog
into
the
store,
and
the
dog
starts
charging
at
my
mom's
2
dogs.
4-
My
mom
yells
to
the
cashier
to
grab
the
dog,
but
she
ignores
her
pleas.
My
mom
tries
to
protect
her
2
dogs,
especially
the
small
one
who
is
already
traumatized
of
German
Shepherds
as
she
was
attacked
in
the
past.
In
all
the
chaos,
the
German
Shepherd
knocks
my
mom
off
to
the
ground.
The
cashier
finally
grabs
the
dog
and
leads
him
towards
the
entrance.
5-
Instead
of
getting
this
reactive
dog
far
away
from
everyone,
she
decides
that
she
was
going
to
release
him
again.
My
mom
had
escaped
to
a
corner
of
the
store,
but
the
dog
finds
her
again
and
charges
at
her.
Same
scenario
happens
and
my
mom
is
screaming
on
the
floor.
The
cashier
grabs
the
dog
again
and
FINALLY
leads
him
to
the
back.
6-
My
mom
is
bleeding,
bruised
and
can't
walk
for
a
few
days.
She
can't
even
teach
piano
anymore
because
she
can't
move
her
arms.
She
can't
drive.
What
did
she
get
from
the
store?
No
apology
from
the
cashier,
and
a
$25
gift
card
from
the
manager
the
next
day.
7-
After
sending
2
emails
to
Ren's
that
got
ignored,
I
had
to
make
a
complaint
to
the
Better
Business
Bureau,
which
finally
led
the
President
of
the
company
to
call
me.
Wow.
She
ended
up
offering
us
a
$100
gift
card,
which
we
NEVER
even
got.
Avoid
this
place
at
all
cost.
Avoid
Ren's
Pets
in
general
at
all
cost.
