Buying LEGO on a LEGO Store is always a nice experience, but this one was awesome! I never had the hilarious "create your own minifigures" experience until I went to this store. And Donna!!! Such a sweet and lovely lady, she could be the award winner for Employee of the Century. Have to say, everybody was nice, but I had the chance to talk with her a little extra time and it was the best part of my day. I will go back for more LEGO to this store, for sure.

People there were very nice and helpful. They have a great selection and their customer service is excellent. They even offered to bring out packages to our car. Would definitely go back there and recommend them.

Way better location then Vaughan store. Lots of assortment, and quality staff. Had a blast through here seeing the Spiderman sets. Bought two and very happy. I would like to see larger assortment on pieces to buy. But hey not my company.

Well presented small store in an L like shape. Lots of staff, great selection with several popular set built and displayed, plus fun stations for kids to build.

It has one thing & lots of it. Good place to find unusual kits for more experienced builders.

A nice store with a good updated selection. You can easily find a gift for any age from 3+ till 18+. There are special collections for the holidays.

Absolutely outstanding store. Yellow bright. 1st time visit, was in absolute awe. Kids were in absolute amazement. Don't have this store where we are. Oh We'll be back... love the themes of star wars, Hogwarts, Disney to name a few. All the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Thanks Meredith !

I got a great staff member who helped me out on my purchases and there was plenty to look at and choose from. The staff were great! Friendly and don’t bug you unless you asked for help. When I asked for help they quickly helped and knew what they were talking about!

An amazing toy store, glad I went to check it out. Great LEGO selection too. I know where we will be shopping for our grandkids birthdays.

The store is incredibly fun to visit. Lego is a pricy toy though, so set kids expectations BEFORE going in. The bins where you build your Lego people is your best bet -- three figures for 13 bucks is fairly reasonable and great fun for everyone. Lego in general is an excellent toy with loads of play value in my opinion, just be prepared that some of the most amazing items on display can run 500 bucks or higher.

Service was fantastic. Very helpful staff, ready to assist in finding items and storing items on counter as I was picking up multiple sets. Definitely will return. Can Definitely recommend

Went with my 13-year-old niece. They don’t have a Lego store in the small town. She lives in in Alabama. There were two gentlemen working the floor. They were so kind so polite and so patient she had a wonderful experience and I couldn’t be more grateful. I should also mention that the store is extremely well stocked, bright, clean, and a fun place to be.

Visited the store today with my two young nephews-their first time ever in a Lego store. While the displays and products absolutely captured their interest, I cannot say enough good things about one of the very kind people who was working in the store. Incredibly engaged with all of us, and to the genuine surprise of my nephews, presented them both with a Lego passport and an individual Lego man that they could take home. They were thrilled. Unfortunately I didn't catch the name of the employee, but he was wonderful-thank you for making our experience so great :)

I have been here now two times I can say I love it as a collector of Lego I've been collecting since basically 1980s I love the lego trains especially One of the store helpers John was really friendly and a great helper Also I love the added feature of build your own minifigure 3 for 12 bucks This is a great place for all ages young and old And prices are within reason for any collector child or Lego first time fan I give it 5 stars and more since I am a Lego collector I'll keep going 💗

Staff were helpful and knowledgeable. Even have out the list of parts they had on hand in the back room. Very helpful when you are missing that key piece!

The build your own lego character is super fun, you get to build 3 for about 14$ with tax. It's a fun activity and the staff was super fun about helping us! Shout-out to Brian the employee, he was very funny and cheerful, you could not ask for a better employee. I will certainly be back!

Spent 2 hours driving from Montreal to Ottawa LEGO store because the sets I wanted were sold out at both stores in Montreal. The staffs here are very friendly. I'm glad they are reopening after the pandemic period. Now I have 3 LEGO stores near me! (I mean 4hour round trip is doable if you are really passionate at LEGOs right?)

Great LEGO location. They have a board that showcases all the pieces on the pick a brick wall which is very useful. Awesome customer service. Recommend!

Staff is always helpful here. The pick-a-brick usually has a few pieces I really like. Lego is very pricy in general, but this location is great.

This store is fine. Picks a brick wall rarely has anything exciting, store is decently stocked, however I find there are too many employees to the customers allowed in the store ratio and you often find yourself bumping into all of them. There is also ONLY 2 categories the staff members fall into 1. Very informative and educated on past present and future lego sets and very friendly or 2. When speaking to you often not looking at you or trying to rush the conversation or pushing past you without using proper manners….

What a great toy store, I want to be a kid again.

I dropped by the store during my trip. I was very happy as I do not have the store in my province. I was lucky enough that pick-a-brick is available. So, I could pick some pieces for my building project. The store is located inside the mall. It is quite convenient to travel here.

Toy came unassembled but once put together it was great

They've handled covid-19 perfectly. I got a Ferrari 488gte and I can't wait to build it. As expected I got the free little bonus you get when you spend a bit of money. As a Lego person I give this 99/10
