Staff
is
nice,
the
girl
at
the
cash..
not
so
much.
I've
visited
the
Rideau
Centre
store
twice
and
am
a
registered
client
online.
The
first
time
visiting
in
July
I
brought
a
guest
to
introduce
the
product
to
her.
The
staff
were
wonderful,
the
girl
at
the
cash
not
so
much.
I
only
found
out
after
I
returned
home
(
1.5
hour
drive)
that
I
was
entitled
to
a
superior
gift
than
what
I
was
offered
at
the
store,
although
I
did
see
the
gift
in
store.
The
second
time
was
at
Christmas,
my
husband
had
bought
me
the
Divine
cream
($119
plus
tax)
for
my
stocking.
The
sales
clerk
informed
us
we
were
eligible
for
the
shea
soap
special
offer,
which
I
already
knew
about
as
I
received
their
email.
Upon
purchasing,
the
girl
at
the
cash
refused
the
soap
gift
saying
we
needed
a
coupon.
At
this
time,
I
had
left
the
store,
but
my
husband
gave
the
girl
our
email
to
verify
we
were
on
the
list
as
well
as
saying
the
clerk
told
us
we
qualified
for
it
with
our
purchase.He
came
out
empty
handed
of
the
gift.
I
wish
he
had
informed
me
pronto
as
I
would
have
returned
to
the
store
and
returned
my
purchase.
Now,
I've
shopped
at
L'Occitane
in
London
England,
Nice,
St.
Paul
de
Vence,
Paris,
Toronto
and
Niagara
on
the
Lake
and
the
Rideau
Centre
store
is
by
far
the
worst
I
could
imagine.
I
can
only
fathom
how
many
sales
the
lady
at
the
cash
as
lost.
I
have
reported
this
store
to
customer
service
for
Canada..
which
seems
to
be
non-existent.
I
will
continue
to
use
their
products,
but
NOT
from
the
Rideau
Centre
Store.
Do
yourself
a
favour,
buy
it
at
The
Bay
Rideau.
