I used to work here. Please go somewhere else. Not sure how to stress this enough. Do not go to this vet, go anywhere else. Other employees have left and were scared to say anything about what is done and said behind the scenes there, even anonymously. Many of the 5 star reviews are fake. They will claim this is fake or a competitor, I assure you I am not. They claim miscommunications when it's in a lack of professionalism and ethic. They actively negatively discuss clients and joke about harming their pets! What I saw and heard here almost made me want to leave the profession. They will actively kill animals and pretend its an accident if they decide not to like a client for whatever reason. They treat the care for your animal as if it were an oil change for a car. Please go somewhere else for the sake of your beloved animal.

Supportive staff, but a bit pricey compared to other vets in the area. Nicole is an angel 👍🏻

They shortened the lifespan of my furbaby. She had repetitive urinary infections and they treated her for that. What they failed to either notice or mention was that these infections are a sign of renal failure. Nobody suggested me the tests for that or even has risen the idea. When less than 2 weeks after good tests in the clinic my cat started displaying signs of an urinary infection I called them to talk to a vet to see what’s happening and why. They have never returned my call, despite me calling 3 days in a row and leaving messages with a receptionist. Fast forward i took my cat to another vet and lo and behold they told me right away what the issue was. I understand she might have been misdiagnosed the first time, but the second time? The vets were as clueless as I am and I am not a vet. All this time since the first urinary infection the renal failure was progressing; unfortunately when we took the cat to another vet she wasn’t doing good and only lived 3 months after, despite the treatment. Today was her last day. I wish i could have turned back time and gone to the other vet instead. I can’t do that so leaving it here as a cautionary tale for others.

My dog have a visible infection, they didn't look at it and prescribed me ridiculous food supplements. We came twice and had no help ! A week later my dog's wound is still infected and we have to look for an other vet. So frustrating when your pet is suffering and they don't care even when you pay for an expensive service !

I would warn ANYONE against using this "veterinary" office. Please be warned. Their ratings are low for a reason... There are safer options out there for your animals.

There are 2 folds to this review which led me to modify my review and increase the rating. There's the service I received as a client, not being allowed in the building (1 star), and the care my girlfriend and her cat received as a patient (5 stars). Let's start with the most important part, the medical care given to our cat. My girlfriend was extremely satisfied with how well they treated the cat as well as the overall service and communication throughout the entire process. The cat is very nervous and aggressive with unknown strangers, yet the entire staff did a great job of making sure she receives the best possible care while dodging and parrying the pouncing and those sharp claws. Everyone survived, including the cat, great work everyone. The diagnostic was accurate and the treatment worked, with our cat being back to her normal self after a week on medication. As for the service I received as a "secondary" client; As of June 2021 with 75% of the population vaccinated, apparently we can go to a restaurant and in every store as a family, and even with people from 2 different addresses. But when your animal is sick and needs treatment, its only 1 person with the animal. Worst, they don’t tell you when you call for the appointment. I was greeted in the coldest possible way by the person at the front desk, who clearly, shouldn't be working with the public. Finger pointing towards the door: “No! Go wait outside”. I then had to wait 3 hours in the rain, knowing my girlfriend was extremely stressed inside.

I brought my 19 year old cat for an emergency check-up. They were very accommodating, professional and kind to my little guy. They took the time to thorough explain his health condition and sent me a follow-up email a few days later to see how he was doing. With clinics being so busy lately, I do appreciate their extended hours and will keep them in mind for future consultation with my other pets. Thanks for caring!

The best vet team i have ever had. The staff is really friendly and compassionate. My cat was diagnosed with stage 4 renal failure, which is heartbreaking to hear, and the vet did everything to improve his quality of life over the next precious months i spend with him. My cat was always treated with love and it shown, he was never scared. When the time had come to stay goodbye, the entire team was so kind and respectful to me and my cat. I couldn't have trusted and chosen a better veterinary hospital. I highly recommend them.

THIS IS NOT AN EMERGENCY VETERINARY HOSPITAL. Please don’t make the mistake I did and disregard any other comments saying this is ok for emergencies, have I known this, I wouldn’t have wasted time and my dog might still be with me. I cannot comment regarding any other services, since I went to another hospital for regular checkups, but wanted to save the time for anyone that might need this. However, the person who was in that day, kindly gave us the number for the emergency hospital where we went in the end. That I can say.

I have my 3 Dachshunds at this clinic. My Maple was treated extremely well and Dr. Sanfacon went beyond her duty to assist us in a very humane and kind way in a difficult situation for our little one. The staff is lovely and always ready to help. Great clinic!

extremely expensive , they forgot about my dog while i was waiting in the exam room, they charged for a 2nd exam when i came back for the 2nd shot in a 2 vaccine series, they have a glass floor in the lobby that dogs don’t like to walk on (who designed that??) , way overpriced , avoid.

Vet doesn't care about your pet, only about how much money they can make from you. Staff were very rude as well.

Amazing people ! I went there for an emergency and ended up switching with them for my regular vet visits for my dog. Later on, we decided to move back to Australia and the staff was very supportive regarding all the requirements to import our dog. I would definitely recommend their services !

After calling 7 different vets in vain since nobody had same-day appointments, I booked an appointment here for my dog who was suffering of an ear infection. The place is very clean, the receptionist was very nice and helpful as much as the technician. The vet was very professional, took good care of my dog, cleaned his ears properly, took the swab for testing and prescribed treatment. Most important, it took no time! I got in the checkup 2 minutes after walking in the clinic, the vet came 10 minutes later. I was done in less than an hour. Price is the same as anywhere else. It's never the appointments that are expensive but the medication. I strongly recommend this place

The best vet I have taken my cats to thus far. Extremely friendly front desk staff and doctors. Certainly worth the potential higher price relative to other vets. In particular, the documentation they provide for your pet is clear and thorough. This has aided me during insurance claims and when I have needed to show my pet's history to other vets. Highly recommend!

Very nice clinic. The building is very clean and they have a nice and welcoming staff. I would recommend 10/10. Ask for Kathryn for a consultation, I had an amazing experience with her and she’s very professional.

This clinic has drained my money several times.. I’ve expressed my issues and it’s only been met with rudeness. They gave extra services to my cat without asking or explaining the costs before and ended up making me pay for small things like having his ears cleaned when I never asked for it and could have done it myself. Another time I took my second cat with a skin problem and spent around the same amount for them to tell me ‘it could be fleas it could not be fleas’… you need a degree to come to that conclusion? Ended up being an allergy to chicken that I found out for free with the pet store. Options are slim during the pandemic I hate to be stuck here.

Brought my cat for the first time visit after a bad experience from her original vet office. My concern apart from a regular check up was her anxiety. The technician and the veterinarian, Dr Nantel, we’re great in both addressing my concerns and explaining options. They even provided me with treatment options and throughly explained them so I felt as though I had control over her health, too. Not to mention, they were very friendly and gentle with my cat. Beyond that, the receptionist was super accommodating and even called to offer an earlier appointment once it became available. Dr Nantel even came by as I was leaving in case I had any questions or concerns! Would absolutely recommend, truly appreciated everything they did. Thank you, guys!!

Ive been bringing my dogs here for the last 2 years. They’re absolutely amazing. So much TLC. The staff is amazing and passionate. I would definitely recommend anyone to bring your furry friends here. Price is very reasonable and operating hours are great.

I tend not to leave reviews, especially negative ones on small businesses, but can't help myself with this one given pets ultimately bear the brunt. Here are two examples (there are more) that should suffice as you decided where to bring your pet: 1) Botched spaying: We took our 10 lbs dog to get spayed at this vet. She came back with a 3-inch incision. I remember thinking "wow that's big" but didn't think much of it... Until I got my 2nd dog spayed at a different vet (one that we love) and the incision was roughly 1 inch! A full 2 inches less for the same size dog... I immediately felt terrible for my older dog that got spayed here... Not to mention, they didn't send her home with any pain medication, unlike our new vet. 2) Pushy & condescending staff: The staff called me an "irresponsible pet owner" for asking inquiring about the cost/benefit of this long list of preventative tests and medication that was recommended. The vet tech essentially tried to bully me immediately saying yes to everything, when I was just trying to better understand each recommendation. "We have your dog's best interest at heart"... Right... (And, to be clear, my dogs are on most of these preventative medications as I had time to look into it after). Very rude. They probably have some good vets / staff, but you're playing Russian roulette. Most of our experiences there were bad (several visits over span of ~18 months). But don't take my word for it, just look at all the 1-star reviews! You probably wouldn't jump in an Uber with a 3.2 star rating, so why risk your pet's health?

There clearly is a new manager and it shows. I had very bad experiences in the past. And that was BEFORE the pandemic. Super disorganized. Appointments were not booked properly (which is why I stopped bringing my pets there), the appointment were rushed. (You can tell they try to squeeze in as many appointments as possible to make more $$$) and my orders where never done correctly! So f*%$! frustrating! I still went because it's conveniently located BUT recently it has been going so much better! The ambiance even seems better. I think I saw the manager (she's a woman) and she's very professional and my orders actually arrive on time and done correctly. I might consider bringing my pets there again.

I was able to get a same day appointment to bring my cat for a checkup after a urinary issue. The staff was very accommadating and friendly. We were met first by the technician who did a preliminary evaluation of the situation and then saw the vet. They made sure to inform us of the costs of various tests beforehand so we knew exactly what we were going to pay. Would highly recommend.

The staff was cold and lacked professionalism and sensitivity. The vet seemed incompetent and never dared to say anything or even touch my dog because probably he had to pay every time he opened his mouth. I came for a mass on my dog's neck and during the entire consultation he didn't even examine it and felt the mass after I asked him outright. I didn't feel listened to and everyone kept talking to me about prices of all kinds of things and the staff were more enthusiastic about the money I was going to have to pay rather than my dog. 🤑💰💳I left there with an antifungal cream for $30 (which I could surely find in pharmacies much cheaper) and the mass doesn't seem to have changed so I'm going to find a more competent veterinarian because it doesn't work. Just seems like a button. The icing was the person at reception who seemed to be insulted/offended when seeing the price of the consultation I wanted to return to the office because I had other questions that I had forgotten to ask and also because that I at least wanted that $150 to be worth it (it wasn't worth it at all). I felt like I was wasting their time by asking for other things. The front desk person was definitely hired to distract customers by talking to us non-stop and being way too enthusiastic while paying. All the negative comments about this place make me realize that the vibe I was feeling was valid. I will never go there again.🤡🤡🤡
