I almost gave 1 star because of the rude young lady who greeted us and took our information. She wasn't cordial and clearly didn't want to be there. The nurse Dino was cordial and amazing. Because of him, im giving 5 stars. I also received my results in 20 mn.

One word: wow. This was my first ever PCR test, and it was an amazing experience. I booked and paid online, and I did the screening form before my appointment. I came 10 minutes early, and they took me right away. The nurse doing the swab was very, very gentle. I got my results back in exactly 1 hour. They really keep their word when it comes to timeframes. I will be coming here for all of my travel testing needs. I cannot recommend them enough.

Quick and efficient service at the clinic. Very professional staff. Results delivered quickly as promised. If I need another PCR test for travel I’ll go back for sure.

From reserving, to being greeted to the test itself, going to Swift was the best. I had an easy time throughout the process and Vivian (my nurse who administered the test) was so gracious and kind, while being thorough in the process. Bookings were still plentiful, so if you need any of their services, I'd go book right away. Highly recommended!!

The office is in disrepair, their wifi is terrible. It was hard to make a payment or get anything done with their office equipment as the connection was weak or kept dropping out. Nurse Brittany has no clue of anything related to travel, was not prepared for our consult and gave us bad information regarding our meds. Her delivery of vaccines was painful. Dino on the other hand was wonderful, knowledgable and knew how to deliver a vaccine.

We were here today to get travel shots for our two young kids. It was a nice, clean and organized establishment with great staff. My 4 year old was really having a hard time with the whole process and I need to give a big shout out to the nurse Deeno. He was so patient and understanding. He did not rush us or make us feel like we were taking up his time. Even though we were his last visit of the day. Thank you Deeno!! It was so appreciated.

This clinic saved my bacon and my vacation. I was able to book a COVID test at 3 pm for 4 pm and got my test results by 8:30 pm. Amazing.

Kind and efficient staff, super concerned about welfare of patients. They were upset that we could not get guaranteed 48 hour service from Ontario Health as that would be free. That indicates a willingness to put patients over profits.

Good experience. Not cheap but what is. Dr. seemed knowledgeable, gave a number of valuable tips about travel to high elevation, e tc. Didn't waste my time. Monitored me closely after shot to make sure I was OK.

Went to swift today. The service was impeccable, i didnt have to wait, the RPN was knowledgeable and took time to walk me through everything. Rating 3 stars because the vaccine costs were substantially more expensive than at competitors (e.g. Riverside travel clinic has a list of prices for each vaccine… on average it was 25% less expensive). I havent gone there (to riverside clinic), but at least the prices were listed. Swift did not have any prices list other than consult fee.

The clinic is very clean, you can take stairs or elevator to go up to the 2nd floor. The nurse was very nice and professional. I did not have to wait for long time (please arrive on time) I recommend this clinic to everyone who needs vaccination.

My go-to clinic for Covid tests. Swift Clinic is one of the few with on-site labs, ensuring fast accurate results (within the hour for antigen, within 8 hours for PCR). Staff are friendly/professional, never have to wait, easy to make appointments, flexible with timing, they’re even opened on weekends! Highly recommend Swift Clinic!

Great quick service and quick results. We have visited Milton location for Travel COVID test requirement, the lady there was very pleasant and attending, got in and out very quickly no waiting time.

Went to this location for travel vaccines and had 2 to do. The nurse, Dino, was very welcoming, explained everything patiently and answered my numerous questions. Vaccines were done quickly and with minimal pain. Highly recommend!

My experience at Swift Clinics was fantastic. Dino (the nurse on site) was particularly kind, knowledgeable, and clearly very well practiced.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The service was extremely quick and efficient. I was in and out in about 15 minutes. The result came back very quickly as well. I had an appointment at 9am and the result came back at 11am. Highly recommend and would come back again for a quick result!

I went in for a travel PCR test. The clinic was clean, the reservation procedure was simple, and the receptionist was very helpful! I went with my 2 children, and the nurse taking the sample was very nice and sweet to them. She gave the kids some stickers after the swab, which made them feel much better and forget any discomfort from the procedure. I received the test results promptly the same day. Overall very efficient and stress-free! They always picked up the phone or returned the call promptly, which was reassuring…this wasn’t the case with other clinics I used before.

Our consultation with a Swift Clinics was above excellent our consultant took his time, explained every aspect of each individual vaccination, and also took a personal interest in why we were there. We have scheduled several other appointments at swift clinics between now and September to finish up all of our vaccinations needed for our travel arrangements, the environment was extremely clean comfortable and relaxing to be in our first vaccination of many went smoothly with no side effects
