We bought our shower door here; they didn’t have it in stock when we were there, so they back ordered it for us. The shower door arrived exactly on time on the date that they told us it would arrived. Super happy with our purchase. We also got our toilet paper stand here; they have all types of floor models, see it in person and we are happy to find ours with reasonable price. A wonderful and comfortable store to shop with friendly services

So far i had the best service over here! Francois galarneau is a pearl to deal with. They managed to help me thru all and even keep that bargain even if i passed the due date. Their understanding of my situation make me felt at the right place! I highly recommend it and will make another comment upon receiving my ordered pieces!

Both Bain depot Vaudreuil and the company in general offer non-existent after sales service. for one month now i send email after email , phone call after phone call with no response. the vanity i purchased came with several pieces broken which make the unit unusable. despite the one year warranty and the fact that i am unable to even install it without replacement parts, nobody at bain depot is willing to even acknowledge these issues. One star is too many. Product quality and service are both better at ikea!
