The drivers for leons are phenomenal, one of the employees at leons, not so much. I went in January to place an order (nearly 8k worth of stuff) bedroom set, 2 night stands long and tall dresser, another long dresser, a 4 piece dinning set, and a computer desk, Went in every month and kept getting told end of next month, so went in again in May and was told everything but my dinning room sets is in. Come to find out none of the dressers are in, and the sales person I dealt with put in the WRONG SKU!! so I waited 6 months just to get the wrong product, not to mention almost certain they gave me a floor model for my computer desk as it has dings on it, extremely dusty, and has the sticky from the price still on it, it came fully assembled which even the drivers said it must be a floor model as it wasn't in a box like they usually are. So I waited 6 months just to get a floor model. They are "Investigating" the issue. If they deal with this the right way and give me compensation for all this headaches and issues, I'll gladly update my review. But I'm extremely unhappy with this certain sales person and can see why everyone I talk to avoids him

    Excellent service from Jason! Jason got us exactly what we were looking for. We love our new fridge! If you are looking for great customer service ask for Jason!

    Ordered a couch Feb 13th 2022. Was told it would be 4 to 8 weeks max. Been told 3 different dates its expected to be in and its now been 14 weeks and I still do not have my couch. Do not reccomend leons brockville.

    We bought a stove and absolutely love it. Jason was fantastic and recommended the air fry setting with our new stove and it is now my favorite setting to cook with. Great customer service, product knowledge and prices. Very helpful 👌

    Purchased (paid in full) 1 love seat and 2 arm chairs on Oct 21st 2019. Did not receive our order until Feb 12th 2020. the 2 chairs were slightly mismatched. Two thumbs down!!!!

    Hilary has been an amazing sales person. Very friendly, courteous and all out amazing. We have bought several items with her. New line of sofa bed..dining set..85 TV. I wouldnt shop anywhere else!! Great service.

    I walked in, found my dryer, was placed on the delivery list for the next day. This process took less than 5 minutes! They really stepped it up compared to my past experiences with Leons. Cheryl. K and Laurie.P were so efficient and helpful! Leon’s redeemed themselves with this appliance purchase.

    Went in and had an amazing experience with Jason. He went above and beyond to make sure the things we selected were right for us. He had us set up and ready to leave with the exact date for delivery we needed. Brandon, the sales manager, also stopped by my house and helped me hook the TV up because he was available and I needed the help. I highly recommend dealing with their sales team. The delivery men were also amazing!

    UPDATE After 9 months I was hoping maybe Santa could pull some strings and get me my bedroom furniture or at least an update but that would be like asking for a Christmas miracle. Relocated to Brockville and got rid of most of our existing furniture. We went to Leon's Brockville furniture shopping, bedroom furniture was not on our list but we saw a set we liked and decided to purchase it along with a coffee table and end tables. After 4 1/2 months I called the store and asked to speak to the sales associate to find out where our furniture was and was told she no longer worked there but our furniture, except the coffee table, had arrived and they would check to find out where our table was. After a few days they located our coffee table and a delivery date was scheduled . Delivery guys were great but the furniture was not. Every piece of the bedroom furniture except one night stand was damaged/defective. Delivery guys took pictures and I received a call from Leon's the next day saying that they would have to send someone to repair it. After 2 weeks and no word I called and a date was set for the following week. It was determined that it was unrepairable and a new set would have to be ordered. Spoke to Leon's and was told they had to source each piece of furniture from different locations, I asked to return the furniture because we were tired of living out of boxes for almost 6 months and I was going for knee surgery and trying to find clothes in boxes or on the floor would be difficult so we would just use the furniture we brought with us. I was told that all Leon's sales are Final and even if they took it back I would be charged a 50% restocking fee. I wasn't willing to pay that much money and have nothing to show for it except our inconvenience. A few more weeks passed and again no update. I called last week to get an update and was told they would look into it and call me back later that day, 1 more week has passed and no call back yet. I think I've been more than patient but this can't even be considered bad customer service as there has not been any service. We are beyond frustrated.

    Everything went smoothly from order to delivery ...would love to give five star but several delays on the order were frustrating Customer service was fantastic though from any conversations had with sales right through to delivery guys

    Bought a new mattress and box springs in April 2023. Delivered timely, but combination results in the top of the bed being 42" off the floor. Too tall. Pulled my paperwork to determine what recourse I had, and noticed, in the comment section, "low profile box spring declined." None was offered. Returned to store in early May. Salesperson argued that she did offer the lower profile box spring. She did not. Was told there was an additional charge (for less product) and a restocking fee. Whatever. Was told 2-4 weeks. At 5 weeks, I called the store and was told an additional 2 weeks. Poor deliver schedule, no follow up on their part and no offer to make things right. Would be nice if businesses recognized that I have options. Will not purchase there again nor will I recommend them.

    Avoid the grifters here. Put a down-payment on couch that was not even a special order_ I did this because Cheryl, the salesman, told me it would expedite everything and I could * get my money back anytime*. We were told it would be a couple months at the most for arrival. Three months later and we decide to cancel and surprise; we can only get 1/4 of total cost back,and this can only can be used for furniture or mattresses - which we don't need. I know, read the fine print and never trust Leon's

    Do not shop at Leons. Bad customer service. No returned phone calls or follow up on damages. Drove to store to look into why no returned calls. Two employees were busy talking at front desk. Waited patiently for them to finish before i was acknowledged. Who does that? Still waiting for salesperson Eric to return my call from last week. Still waiting for reimbursement for damages done. Quick to make a sale but poor service if anything goes wrong.

    Significant amount of time waiting for delivery and they did not set it up. It is the most expensive, garbage piece of furniture we have ever owned. All the cushions have shifted. The underneath trundle is broken. Was to be used as an alternative sleep arrangement. The ottoman is completely broken and unsafe as it would fall on my little one’s head if they opened it. The staff would never get back in a timely manner or have any clue when delivery would happen. I am ready to throw this piece of trash in the garbage or set it on fire. Edit: The owner did get back to me 10 minutes after I posted this review. Nothing like ears to perk up when you complain online. Nothing resolved as it is not a “manufacturing” issue. I’m just left with a completely uncomfortable and broken piece. It was damaged within 6 months of having. And with the cost and wait time we cannot afford another piece of furniture.

    Response to Leon’s reply: I was on the phone with a young lady just prior to posting this review. Weird how she could see my order from Boxing Day for a Jackson dining room table but you conveniently cannot while replying to a negative review. Look a little harder I’m sure you will find it or ask your staff about the very unhappy customer who called about his dining table being held hostage. Very unprofessional to only acknowledge one of my many complaints. Seems you do that with most replies though. Read a review just under mine about a customer in the same boat as me, and all you had to reply was “sorry you had to wait in line”. Quick to make a sale but not quick to delivery should be your motto Terrible company to deal with now. Used to be great. Ordered a dining room table on Boxing Day sale, after ordering is when they decide to tell you “it’s on back order and we don’t know when it’s available” Was told last week of January 2023, or first week of February. Now here we are over half way through February, and everytime I call i just get “when the next truck comes” or “they’re just at our warehouse”…okay…tried to compromise and ask if I could go to their warehouse in Scarborough and grab the items I purchased myself, but I got told I am not allowed to go pick up the items I paid for nearly two months ago. Anytime I ask about customer compensation I get the good old classic “let me get ahold of my boss and get back to you” next thing you know a week goes by and I’m calling again getting the same run around. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM LEONS

    The store is clean and the employees are friendly. My kids ran around like heathens and the sales people were very patient and kind even though they likely wanted to tell me to put my savage children on leashes LOL I bought a few different items and the whole process was very smooth. The delivery was on time and the delivery workers were clean and professional. I will definitely be buying more items from this location.

    Horrible experience! Buyers beware. Refused to repair my damaged flooring upon delivery. Refused to return phone calls and emails and refused to provide me with refund receipts. Be very cautious with their delivery times, ours went from 5 months to 7-9
