UPDATE
After
9
months
I
was
hoping
maybe
Santa
could
pull
some
strings
and
get
me
my
bedroom
furniture
or
at
least
an
update
but
that
would
be
like
asking
for
a
Christmas
miracle.
Relocated
to
Brockville
and
got
rid
of
most
of
our
existing
furniture.
We
went
to
Leon's
Brockville
furniture
shopping,
bedroom
furniture
was
not
on
our
list
but
we
saw
a
set
we
liked
and
decided
to
purchase
it
along
with
a
coffee
table
and
end
tables.
After
4
1/2
months
I
called
the
store
and
asked
to
speak
to
the
sales
associate
to
find
out
where
our
furniture
was
and
was
told
she
no
longer
worked
there
but
our
furniture,
except
the
coffee
table,
had
arrived
and
they
would
check
to
find
out
where
our
table
was.
After
a
few
days
they
located
our
coffee
table
and
a
delivery
date
was
scheduled
.
Delivery
guys
were
great
but
the
furniture
was
not.
Every
piece
of
the
bedroom
furniture
except
one
night
stand
was
damaged/defective.
Delivery
guys
took
pictures
and
I
received
a
call
from
Leon's
the
next
day
saying
that
they
would
have
to
send
someone
to
repair
it.
After
2
weeks
and
no
word
I
called
and
a
date
was
set
for
the
following
week.
It
was
determined
that
it
was
unrepairable
and
a
new
set
would
have
to
be
ordered.
Spoke
to
Leon's
and
was
told
they
had
to
source
each
piece
of
furniture
from
different
locations,
I
asked
to
return
the
furniture
because
we
were
tired
of
living
out
of
boxes
for
almost
6
months
and
I
was
going
for
knee
surgery
and
trying
to
find
clothes
in
boxes
or
on
the
floor
would
be
difficult
so
we
would
just
use
the
furniture
we
brought
with
us.
I
was
told
that
all
Leon's
sales
are
Final
and
even
if
they
took
it
back
I
would
be
charged
a
50%
restocking
fee.
I
wasn't
willing
to
pay
that
much
money
and
have
nothing
to
show
for
it
except
our
inconvenience.
A
few
more
weeks
passed
and
again
no
update.
I
called
last
week
to
get
an
update
and
was
told
they
would
look
into
it
and
call
me
back
later
that
day,
1
more
week
has
passed
and
no
call
back
yet.
I
think
I've
been
more
than
patient
but
this
can't
even
be
considered
bad
customer
service
as
there
has
not
been
any
service.
We
are
beyond
frustrated.
