They really do not care at all about the corona virus.... There's hardly any precautions, the tables are not separated at all and there's no way to keep distance from other groups (our table was literally 10cm from the neighbouring table). None of the staff wears the mask properly (they all leave the nose out) and the bartender could even be heard coughing repeatedly.... Insanely irresponsible and unacceptable behavior during a pandemic. The food was good, but on top of the failed corona precautions the staff was not even friendly, some members were down right rude. All around it was a very uneasy experience where we were left feeling unsafe while eating. Other restaurants do a much better job at handling the pandemic. I recommend going somewhere else, at least during the current situation.

Happy to have chosen this nice place for dinner as we were staying around this town. Lucky to have arrived early without any reservation as it was crowded… The food and service was really amazing. Wonderful Greek food.. 👍🏼👍🏼

Nice restaurant, the food is great as it is in Greece, the staff was really nice, friendly. Also you are getting extra stuff (ouzo, small deserts). They are making to feel like you are in Greece on a great island.

Good Greek restaurant in center of Garching. Good atmosphere and great food.

It is always great to create new moments in a foreign country and do things you have never done before. I chose calamari at Poseidon and was it a disappointment. The toughest and most tasteless calamari I ever had. Appart from that the rest was not that bad. You get a free salad starter as well as bread but no butter with it. After the meal we got watermelon to finish it sll off.

Good restaurant in Garching. Close to the u Bahn and good food. But they just had one dish containing chicken in their menu

We had lunch today at Poseidon. The service was excellent. The staff was nice, kind and helpful. The food was great. Big portions. We had a great time. Highly recommended.

Very famous restaurant in Garching. The food is delicious and service is really good. Ambiance is perfect. Always prefers to visit again.

I am not from Munich and each time I visit my friends there we go to Poseidon. So I have already been there 3-4 times before and the food, atmosphere and service were excellent until my last visit on 23.06. The waitress who took our order was so impatient and seemed kind of angry. He was impolite while taking the order and made us hurry to choose. After waiting a long time the food/drinks were still not there. Later on another waitress whom I already know from my previous visits took over and then everything worked smoothly again. The food and wine were so good as always but due to this kind of behavior I don't know if I ever visit this restaurant again since it made me feel very unwelcomed and there are plenty of other places to try out around the area.

Good food, especially good meat. Excellent beer on tap... but this is pretty commin in Bavaria! Kind personnel. Relatively expensive, but this is also common in the area

Yum Yum delicious. Complimentary Uzo when you sit down, feta appetizers were good, farmers salad was great. Highly recommended.

Always delicious food.

The food was really nice. I tried the vegetarian item where they stuff a paprika and tomato with aromatic nice with spices. Simply put delicious. Although the one star has to go away because of the cheese ( i think it was goat cheese which I am not a fan but hey maybe you like it). Oh yeah there's baked potatoes that come with it. Lets say it was nice.

Food is good, not exceptional. Service is horrible, as you are treated like an annoyance especially if you don't speak German (note that the German spoken there is just as bad). Long wait for getting the drink orders. When asking to order food (30 mins after sitting) we are reprimanded for such a request, as they are busy (when effectively they are busy chatting). When a German speaker asked to be treated with respect they finally came over took the order. Food arrived another 30 mins after. No complimentary USPS, nothing to ease out their rudeness. Absolutely not recommended. This is not the way you wait on people.

I used to eat here on occasion when I was living in Munich. To date it's still one of the best Greek restaurants I've eaten at, and I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking to enjoy a delicious meal in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Good food and reasonable prices. The sutzuki and moussaka in particular were great! Corona measures were observed and the place was clean.

Good food, but the personnel sometimes "plays tricks" and blames the clients. You go during lunchtime and order something from the lunch menu, then they charge you for the full price and say you didn't specify you want it from the lunch menu... Another time I ordered on the phone and went to pick up the food at the appointed time, only to wait there for an extra 20 minutes. Another time I waited 40 minutes for my food at the restaurant and when I asked if it was forgotten, I got scolded by the waiter that the Bifteki always takes so long to prepare. No, it doesn't.

We went there quite few times and the food is quite decent, prices are ok and the service quite friendly normally :) However one time, when I wanted to order decaffeinated coffee I was asked if I pregnant, it was awkward since we were having dinner with parents of my husband...

Good restaurant, big portions, delicious food!

Food is worth 5*s for sure: I had the mixed meat kebab, and really enjoyed it! See picture. However, wait staff seemed rather rushed, and some of them came off a little short/rude, making me feel guilty for asking them anything. Not all! -- some were very pleasant. Ruined the experience somewhat. This brings 5*s down to 4*s.

Salad tasted nothing and meat was average. The older waiter was not so friendly. Will not come again.

The food is good, not spectacular but thoroughly enjoyable. The atmosphere is great and the staff is overall quite jovial and friendly. Would recommend
