Great gym, but unfortunately lack of order and supervision from employees. People come with dirty hiking and running shoes and nobody says anything. They don’t put the equipment back and don’t clean after using. But no supervision to remind them from the studio’s side. The sauna is the same hygienic problem: people go in sauna without showering first, with workout clothes on even. And even though I said this at the reception twice and wrote an email, nothing seems to change, and as a public bad review usually doesn’t stay ignored, I’m kind of forced to raise awareness here. Too bad that hygiene is not on the same high level as the gym is. I’m aware it’s because of the people coming here but as a gym you can teach them of how to properly use the gym and sauna. You have the power to do so. I’m rooting for this to improve. Otherwise it would be 5*!

The studio also offers an engaging float workout using water Pilates boards in the pool, which effectively targets deep muscles while promoting balance. However, it is unfortunate that they do not provide the complete range of Les Mills courses, offering only 6 out of the 20 renowned worldwide. The absence of the BodyJam and BodyAttack courses in addition to BodyBalance only once a week late at 20:15 is particularly disappointing to me. The studio itself boasts a bright and airy atmosphere with a warehouse-style design, complete with an appealing wooden/glass ceiling over the pool. The changing rooms are generously spacious and include restrooms, with convenient access to the pool. Additionally, the provision of a hair straightener, along with the hairdryers, adds a thoughtful touch to the facilities.

Find yourself a gym with human treatment that doesn't see you as a walking euro bill: After I changed my jobs and started part-time studies, I couldn't go anymore. I canceled my subscription. It turned out it was 2 month before contract renewal so I'm locked in an extra year. I tried to explain my case to the management but kept responding robotically to my emails. They increased the prices beyond the contractual limits and without notification. Basically they broke the contract first. With that increase, and them breaking the contract; I blocked the SEPA and stopped paying, while trying to keep communication open and trying to explain my time and financial conditions. They kept responding robotically, sending payment reminders and lastly threats for legal actions if I don't pay. Finally, I payed the last 2 months because hiring a lawyer would cost me more than the bill and they don't care, they have an inhouse lawyer. Still have 10 month to pay and I can't go! Zero empathy, zero consideration. Any advise readers? Edit 01.03.23: After I called the stated number, the central service center answered and refused to connect me with anybody from Haidhausen branch. So basically the suggestion in below reply is not possible and is written so the appear they care. If they really did, they have my number.

Beutiful club since years...but stop to add people! It is becoming too crowded!! This will bring old members to look somewhere else! Why you do not start to offer timing subscription (maybe discount for people coming before 17???) So that you can distribute better the customers...having the queue to get the shower in male bathroom is not a nice experience definitely!!

The swimming pool is the most filthy pool I’ve seen in any facility, the water is cold. The gym itself is alright. The sauna is also too small for how big the gym is. The location is great but the bike area downstairs is small for the number of people going. Too expensive gym.

Good staff, and good equipment. Although it is quite crowded at most times, especially during evenings, especially in the changing rooms, and the lockers never seem to be enough. There is empty place in Locker room, and therefore more lockers can be easily added, but I am not sure why no one wants to do that!

The club is very big and nice ! I like it more than the one on Marienplatz. But the management should think about cleaning, it’s dust everywhere, especially you can see on the high sport devices or under the treadmills for example. I don’t think I wanna inhale those dust during training. Evenings the club is full I also would like to have more „less mills body pump“ in the evening schedule, taking into account how many people are usually present for this training, it’s very popular Nice parking possibilities, water and friendly staff and atmosphere

It could be a great gym, but it is extremely dirty. In 1 year as a member I have never seen anyone clean the bathroom or the facilities during the day. It's really a shame because the facilities are great.

Great gym! I have been working out there for years and it remains my favourite gym in Munich. Friendly staff, good equipment and also the option to swim are fantastic. I also want to highlight the awesome work of Carlos Danilo. He is very helpful, professional, friendly and attentive. He makes working out fun!

They basically have everything you need. I like Women’s sauna, pool, steam room and the equipments. If you are boxing, they also have a sandbox and boxing gloves.

I have been visiting this studio for the past 6 months via Gympass and I have to say that I am very happy with the equipment, friendliness of the staff and the fact that they listen to customer complains and take corrective action. They recently added 8 power racks to ease the long waiting times. Here are a couple of suggestions for further improvement; 1. It would be great if some investment can be made in procuring more benches for barbell flat bench press. The studio only has three at the moment and they result in long waiting times. 2. The cleanliness in the changing rooms, showers and wellness area leaves a lot to be desired. 3. I am not a member myself but I have heard several members complain about a hidden fee of 39 euros every six months. Their website has no mention of this so if it’s indeed true, I think that this should be made very transparent to the prospective future members. Keep up the good work!

Nice gym but I still don’t get how a gym with swimming pool don‘t provide towels (at least for black label users)!!! It is really hard to bring 2 towels with me one for gym and one for swimming!! Fitnessfirst in Frankfurt (Eschenheimer Turm) is a good example! They have a good pool PLUS Towel service!! Would be nice if you could address this issue cause the membership is expensive compared to other clubs and it is reasonable to expect some more service here!

It's really a wonderful gym. Trainers are very good and helpful. They even have swimming pool and its included in the package.

This is probably the best equipped gym that I have been to in Munich but unfortunately also the filthiest one which in exchange for 99 euros per month is absolutely unacceptable. Back in summers they blamed the lack of cleanliness entirely on the cleaning staff and promised that things would improve with a new cleaning crew, things have taken a turn for the worst instead. The bathrooms smell horrendous and are already breaking down. The changing rooms and the wellness area looks and smells so disgusting in the evenings and the weekends that it takes a lot of courage to walk bare foot through it. It should not be the responsibility of the members to report filthiness to your staff so they can take corrective actions. Why not monitor the cleanliness yourself proactively and take action? I am happy to change my ratings as soon as the studio takes concrete actions to fix the hygiene issues.

Lejla was super helpful. Made my trainigsplan accordingly my Personal wishes and took her time to explain every exercise in detail. Loved her comments of making sure Exercises match my physical capabilities and I am doing them correctly. ♥️

Coming from visiting gyms around the world my whole life as a professional athlete. This was the best I have ever experienced. No words ;) All the machines you can think of. But the best is the staff. Leila was too sweet and very helpful, 5 stars all the way just for customer services. ;)

This Fitness studio is nice when it's open, but has been closed for almost 6 months now with no refund offered, just some strange schema for contract extention.

Nice gym. Quite spacious, lots of different machines for strength and cardio training. Love the corner with the squat racks and Olympia weights! There is a pool and wellness area as well! Parking is free for 2 hours! Don’t forget to enter your license plate at the reception to get the 2 hours for free! However I still have to suggest that the gym should add some EV charging station to its parking lot!

Best gym in town! It is big, modern, clean and the staff is great! It also has beautiful views

+ Spacious + Polite stuff + Swimming pool + Sauna + 8 Power racks - The toilets are smelly and not clean on busy days, they should be cleaned more often. - Although it has 8 power racks, none of them are suitable for heavy deadlifting. The rubber material is soft and the weights sink. It would be great if the flooring of 2 of the 8 racks could be replaced by harder floor. Nonetheless, it is the best gym I have been to in Munich!

Most friendly and helpful stuff. We live in Singapore and always chose this gym on our stay in Munich. All the equipments I need for my training and more are here. They have a sizable pool where I can swim and the saune / steam area is awesome too. However, the thing what really stands out of all is the helpful, service oriented stuff. This gym is a lot better than the one I used to go to nearby. I got my subscription to fitness first before even cancelling my old one. The reason being that I feel like it’s less crowded here. The pool is also very relaxing with windows all around so you’re able to see the sun rise and set. All in all a close to perfect gym

Very good experience at Fitness First Haidhausen. I would like to specially highlight Maksym and Michelle friendliness. They are always ready to welcome and answer any questions you might have.

The facilities have multiple different possibilities for a workout that works for anyone. Large spaces with a bunch of room so it is not crowded. The pool is a really nice additional element with a good sauna included.

I loved every minute of this gym. The staff were amazing. Truly made me happier in life to come here. Most recommend to anyone in the area!

Nice Gym fairly big but way too busy during certain hours in the early evening! Either admit less people or get more equipment also some of the equipment is sometimes broken for over a week which I find unacceptable but overal ok!

Amazing gym, great atmosphere and even when it's packed with people you are able to put in a good workout. Customer service is also pretty good, staff members are always looking out for your safety and that health measurements are being considered.

Great gym with full equipments, spacious and nice stuff. What I enjoy most here are the swimming pool and various trainings.

This Gym has swimming pool, enough cardio equipments. I gave 1 star less because not enough weight lifting gadgets. On the busy day or during peak hours, you will not be able to get weight lifting gadgets without longer wait.

The man on the desk was totally unhelpful and unfriendly. The gym set up felt really crammed and could easily have been made much nicer to use. Their branch near Marienplatz was so much nicer. Smaller and no pool, but the staff were much friendlier and the set-up was better

Staff is very friendly, the equipment is modern, well maintained and clean, and there's a huge variety. Probably one of the best gyms I've been to.

Highly equipped spacious gym. Along with a big training area, they also have a big nice pool. The staff there are also very friendly and professional. I liked the fact that they have some good professional personal trainers. Going there for a year now, and I can’t recommend any other gym better than this one.

I have been training at this gym for the past 5 years now, definitely the best gym I have been training at. Staff is definitely kind, and helpful, especially Maxim, Sandra , Layla, and Lasha. They are definitely doing their best to maintain the gym, help others and drawing smiles on everyone's face. The gym is definitely at its best hygienic situation though a few ego-trainers unfortunately lack basic education to put the weights back on their position.

Amazing non-crowded gym, personal friendly. The equipment is new, there is a swimming pool, sauna, relaxation area, terrace, tanning machines. Price is a big expensive but totally worth it.

I have been going to this fitness club for many years and compared to others in Munich is, in my opinion, one of the best ones: it is a wee more expensive, but is slightly less packed. Forget about peak hours, but this happens in 99.9% of the clubs in Munich. Good selection of monitored activities and the free weights area is fine. For instance, they recently adquired 2 high quality racks. There is enough space for your own free weight and core exercises, even when the gym is full. It has a more than decent pool, sauna and a terrace to chill, which I really appreciate.

Nice gym with friendly staff. The workout equipment in the back could do with some replacements (although they are slowly doing that now). Best time to go is under the week before rush hour and on the weekends.

Nice place - lots of different courses, lots of equipment and a swimming pool. Some rooms have no windows - it's the only minus.

Great Gym with a big free exercise area. All the different types of exercises have their own dedicated areas and not cluttered like some other gyms. The Staff is very friendly and the lounge in front of the reception is added bonus.

Wow, the attention one gets when they walk through the door of this studio is just out of this world! ♡ I feel very safe training here during the pandemic. They keep updating machines and tools all the time, which is appreciated. Kind staff, beautiful pool (25m), athletes of all kinds, nice atmosphere, well located, sun terrace and working/coffee area. All in all, very complete.

But today, I joined in Markus's yoga class and it was one of the best experiences I've had in the past 10 years. Even though the class was crowded, but the teacher was top! This gym is really great! You will find high quality training equipment (e.g. Eleiko), a great functional area, and the staff is creating a pleasant training atmosphere - I can only recommend :)

Really like this gym so far. Only caveat, the gym gets full very quickly regardless of the time of the day, to a point where all squat racks (they have 8) are taken before 7 am! :D

I have been a member of Fitness First Haidhausen for over a year now and have been very happy with my experience. It is a great gym with friendly staff, experienced trainers and excellent equipment. The swimming pool, sauna and terrace are also cool benefits that make this gym stand out. Also a definite plus for me is the location in a shopping centre with covered parking, yet close to public transport stops.
