The kindest, most personal wine tasting experience we had in Cochem. From the minute we walked in Annie took such amazing care of us. Walking us through the facility and telling us about the history of the wine. She followed up with more tastings in their gorgeous courtyard and made our afternoon by leading us up to a vineyard 30 min away where we had a bottle of one of their Reislings, made from grapes in that vineyard. We highly recommend this as a stop outside of the crowded center. Phenomenal service and good, affordable wine.

There is is nothing like having your own personalized wine tasting with the owner on a beautiful spring day! She went out of her way to explain everything about the wines we tried, how the grapes are grown and harvested, the history of the vineyards, and much more. She thought she only spoke a little English but we had an amazing conversation. What a wonderful bonus on our trip to Cochem! Great wines, great wine family, please visit!

She also spoke English at the tour (emphaszing this point because I was disappointed the day before at a visit at the Bundesbank -Bunker Cochem where the guide spoke only in german). Their wines are a must try if your are visiting this region for the wine tasting.

Walking all the way here from the town was absolutely worth it. Their wines are delicious and the people who work here are delightful.

We had such a lovely visit here. The family that now runs this winery is so sweet and knowledgeable. They gave us a tour of the property and wine making process (in wonderful English!) and prepared a lovely tasting for us with descriptions of each of the wines. We had to take four bottles home, they were so good! Highly recommend. Vielen Dank 🥂

We had a fablous tour through the vineyard. Our guide Petra was absolutely fantastic not only did she explained all the different growing techniques and anything else in the vineyard, she went above and beyond when she assisted us bump staring our car! Thank you so much! We will think off our lovely day in the vineyard when we enjoy a glass of your wine at home!

Awesome winery, with incredibly knowledgeable staff, and a very personalized experience. The winery offers tastings of 4, 6, or 8 wines. I was presented with each wine and given its whole story as well as the story of the winery and family. Moreover, I didn't feel like they were trying to rush me through or force me to buy anything - they were simply passionate about what they make and wanted to share it with me and answer all the questions I had. The wine itself is great. They have vineyards all over the lower Mosel, mostly around Cochem, and they focus on fresh, mineral driven wines; similar to the style of the past. They produce a huge variety of Riesling, in all different styles, expressions, and sugar levels. I highly recommend going if you're ever near Cochem.

Very welcoming, family run vineyard with delicious riesling wines. Even after a long day harvesting grapes, Heinz-Rudolf and Annie (father and daughter) made time to give me a short tour and taste their wines. Their English was perfect and they spoke with enormous passion and knowledge. The only disappointment was not being able to buy some of their wines as I was hand luggage only - hopefully a UK retailer sees sense and stocks them soon.
