Great hotel with amazing facilities. The rooms were huge and modern. Spa has a beautiful swimming pool and the ceiling makes the room feel special. There’s bowling too and you can hire a bike to explore surroundings. Food was delicious- this includes a huge range for breakfast and lovely dinners too.

Very nice hotel, good, clean and very well kept rooms. Tasty breakfast. Only a pity that no fresh juices were available at breakfast. Only concentrates.

Came here for a weekend spa get away with my family. The beds are awful and hard. I was unable to sleep on them at all which left my body in pain. There are no sheets to sleep under at all, we asked for one and it never showed up. The blankets are comically small and are as wide as my shoulders. If I lay flat on my back the blanket wont even cover my whole body. In the age of cell phones the plugs in a hotel room need to be close enough to the bed to use your cell phone while its plugged in. This hotel fails at every level. I had to plug my phone in and was unable to even reach it while in bed.

Loved the stay there. Nice, big rooms, amazing service (they served late breakfest just for us after arrival and even prior check in), pool, billiards, bowling, nice area for healthy hikes or running, SPA services, very tasty food. Comfortable and high class everything. My mark is for sure 10 from 10:)

Excellent swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi. Very good water quality in the pool, no chlorine burns on the skin. Wonderful breakfast. Terrific service from all the staff. The lady who took care of the breakfast buffet was fantastic. Located on the Swider River, directly behind the back gate, great area for hiking. Because of the covid, the place was a little boring, but I'm sure next year will be better.

Very nice place, pool is also nice. The garden around is also very pleasant. With exit for a walk along the river. Too bad the wifi cover in the area of the hotel, and even sometimes in the room, was poor. But the rest was all good. A good note also for the quality of the food in the restaurant.

The hotel maintains a high level of cleanliness throughout. The restaurant staff is friendly, always wearing smiles and providing excellent service. Although we didn't use the spa facilities (massage, etc.), we did take advantage of the pool and jacuzzi. Although they are on the smaller side, they exude a cozy and pleasant atmosphere, making them the perfect spots to unwind after a long walk. Initially, we found the pillows to be uncomfortable, resulting in a somewhat restless first night. However, after requesting additional pillows for the second night, we slept like babies. While the shower was impeccably clean, it unfortunately had a minor clogging issue. Upon arriving at our room, there was a slight closed-off smell, but fortunately, the room boasted generously-sized windows that allowed us to easily ventilate the space. One great feature of the room was the small fridge, which proved to be ideal for keeping our water chilled. The room itself was spacious, and the bed was enormous and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel for those seeking relaxation, as it is situated in a remarkably peaceful area, surrounded by lush greenery and the nearby river. Additionally, the center of Otwock is conveniently close, making it a perfect spot for enjoying an ice cream treat. During your stay at this hotel, I highly recommend trying out Kaszmir Indian restaurant, which is only a pleasant 19-minute walk away and the Mazowieckie Landscape Park.

Staff - high class, super professional and kind. Food - high class, super delicious and beautifully served. Rooms - high class, super clean, with caring about the environment. Neighbourhood - high class, super area surrounded by wood. Atmosphere - high class, friendly, nice, peaceful. Simply definitely worth recommending!

Awesome place for chilling

Sehr sauber. Die Zimmer sind groß genug und gut ausgestattet. Die Massage von Dariusz war top. Das Frühstück ist überragend. Alles vorhanden und wird regelmäßig kontrolliert. Im Restaurant könnte man etwas mehr Auswahl erwarten, aber das was es gibt ist sehr gut und hochklassig. Eine Bar zum gemütlichen Sitzen wäre schön. Im Keller ist zwar eine, aber da ist auch die Bowlingbahn. Im großen und ganzen würde ich hier auch mit meiner Frau übernachten.
