One of the nice hotels in Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso. It’s located near many embassies. Very close to the international conference center. The hotel has a shuttle to pick guests from the airport as complementary service. The breakfast is good. The menu for dinner is however very limited. The swimming pool is great. The gym facilities are excellent. Has two ATM machines if you want to cash money.

The place is quite expansive. Security is tight, the pool is huge and Olympic style. Food is good depending on what you order but you have a few options - buffet, cafe menu, and the bar by the pool with limited options but still options...and service is equally good. My one complaint are the beds which weren't comfortable at all.

For the prices charged, this hotel should be much better. It doesnt help that it is the best in Ouagadougou, as its nothing special. It relies mostly on foreign business visitors that can afford paying so much and recieving the bare minimum because there is no other choice in town. Staff are friendly and most speak English, rare in a Francophone country. Services provided are generally good, internet satisfactory.

This is a beautiful place in Ouagadougou. The rooms are very beautiful, and there is one smiling gentleman called BOLLY at the reception. If you're lucky to find him on duty then you're in good hands. However, SOME of the personnel there are abit mean. From the reception through to the restaurant, to the bar. Very few are kind and understanding and i wish i could mention their names but unfortunately i don't know their names. Other than that, i say try this hotel and you'll not regret it. 😊

You can imagine how it looks but I suggest not to. So, I try techniques from ancient times like using a bucket. I called the reception 5 times since yesterday but nobody showed up. I do not have to visit everytime for such this kind of problems. This was not I expect from a hotel. After a day, they fixed it. Gym is old with old machines and staff does not care about Covid-19. Hotel staff are nice. Rooms are good enough and clean. I did not see any dust nor dirt. The pool is good as well but stains on the cushions of sunbeds are engrossing.
