The place is good to live. But not perfect yet. Rooms need a little refresh
Staff are warm and show kern empathy with clients. They go an extra mile to satisfy demands. Downside, it is quite labyrinthine and getting from meeting room to reception using the stairs is like solving a jigsaw puzzle.
This hotel is too expensive for nothing they have no any amenities in the hotel that's worth the price they charge me for I paid 105.220 fcfa per night Which is way way too much for a room in Ouagadougou and there is no reason for them to charge foreigners that much per night, there are better hotels in Ouagadougou than this hotel with better security please don't waist your money staying there.
Upscale place in the city centre. A bit too expensive for the quality of the service offered. No room service offered after 10 PM for example.
Place is struggling since the Covid Pandemic. Rooms are half decent but the food was pretty terrible.
Place is nice Bed is comfortable, breakfast is simple but good and rooms are clean.
Clean and comfortable. The hotel and restaurant were both very quiet when I was there.
Very friendly staff and good hotel. The room is spacious and clean. Not far from the airport, slightly away from city center. Breakfast is satisfactory and tasty, love the fish and the beef they cook in local ways. They need to do something with the air flow in the bathroom, sometimes smell some unpleasant odor from the holes on the floor.
