We were quite disappointed with this spa. We arrived and the welcome was very cold. They didn’t explain anything and made us wait, til here, no problem, they could improve it, but it’s ok. We booked a 45 min hammam+20min massage for 3, 390MAD each one (the most expensive hammam option).The surprise came when we had only two girls from the staff and they wanted to make me wait during my mother and father part of the treatment (20min aprox) inside the hammam. One thing is waiting for the argile or for the products action and the other is waiting for your turn losing your treatment time and making it shorter, this is not fear and you know it. I obviously complained because it wasn’t my first time in a hammam and I know how it works… I asked for the service I booked that was the treatment for 3. Not a 3x2. The secretary, so rude and unpolite, told me that in the webpage they already announced this and that she was going to give me an extra girl (like making me a favour) but that they don’t work as I was asking for. Eventhough we finally got a correct treatment after complaining, we didn’t feel comfortable with the secretary reaction and her poor professionality as well as the boss’ before leaving. It made us feel not welcomed at all. It was a pity because the workers were kind and did the treatment well. When we payed in the front desk, the boss even didn’t look at our faces. You should improve these kind of details if you want to make your costumers feel good at your place and recommend it. DON’T BOOK FOR MORE THAN ONE PERSON AT THE SAME TIME IF YOU WANT TO GET FOR WHAT YOU PAY and to be treated with professionality. We were sad to end our fantastic days in Marrakech with this disappointing experience.

Worth ever penny!! The Hammam was a wonderful and authentic experience. I booked it online and it was confirmed within a couple hours. We showed up, presented the reservation, and we were whisked away. We were taken to a room where we were able to lock up our clothes and personal items and get changed into ropes, shorts, and rubber sandals. They took us in to get scrubbed, and after about 45 minutes of a really interesting experience we’re taking upstairs to get massaged. They did a nice job at the massages and afterwards we were able to relax in a chill room. Thank you!! شكراً جزيلاً

Touching and massaging a woman's breast without asking before can be very uncomfortable for some people. I am not sure if there is some cultural differences but in Europe is inappropriate to receive a massage in your breast. I would encourage you to make sure that your team ask for previous consent. The therapist took off the towel from my chest, I felt uncomfortable so I covered myself again, she took it off again and from that I felt really uncomfortable. The rest of the experience was great but I believe this is an important point to take into account.

I can’t recommend enough! If you’re in Marrakech you should visit for a hammam! This is a wonderful place, beautiful and relaxing. I’ve booked 30 min Hammam and 45 min massage. All the staff were lovely but the masseuse Aisha was super attentive! At the end I was offered mint tea and cookies.

I came here as a solo female traveller on my birthday, and it turned out to be one of the best things I did in Marrakech. The women are lovely and skilled, I strongly recommend getting a massage! The interior is beautiful, modern and calming. What a treat!

Hidden gem. We had a hammam and a full body massage. It was so relaxing. Ladies were very friendly and made you feel very comfortable. Great value for money. Between us we spent around £90 and we were there for 2 hours. Would definitely recommend if you’re coming to Marrakech.

So glad my husband and i found this place, tucked down a little alley in the Medina. When we arrived we were led to a changing room, we put on a robe, flip flops and disposable underwear, all supplied by the spa. We left all of our belongings in a locker in the changing room (you make up your own code). Next we were shown to our private hammam, we were soaped up and scrubbed. The girl was lovely and very professional. Our hammam lasted 30 minutes. Next was our massage, the high light. My husband and I were next to each other in our own private room. It was peaceful and quiet the whole time. Again, the girls were very professional. After this we had some tea and biscuits and relaxed for a while before heading back to the busy streets. Thanks for a wonderful experience!

Amazing! The price is similar to lesser hamams so totally worth it. The bath is taken nude, they give you paper panties and a lady washes you. If you are coming from a western culture where nudity in front of other people is not something you are used to, know that there will be a lady in the room with you and scrub your whole body down. Its normal and they won’t give you a heads up as its not something to do in other cultures. The scrub down is amazing, literally you are as smooth as a seal after. Lasts about 45 min. After that they take you to a massage where they lather you in oil, and again- the whole body, including upper torso. At the end you go to a quiet room where you are served tea and cookies and relax. This was the highlight of my trip!

This is a wonderful place, very beautiful and really made our visit to Marrakesh unforgettable and amazing. We booked 45mins Hammam and 20mins back spa, and there was a calm room for us to rest after the treatment with mint tea and cookies.

Really worth it! The hammam was wonderful. The massage was also very good. At the end, they take you to a relaxation area and put a warm towel on top with some tea and biscuits, it's the perfect ending.

10/10 amazing Hammam/massage experience. Not my first experience with a Hammam, and I will say that this place was much better. First the entire vive is calm and quiet with soft soothing music playing gently through most of the building. You are offered disposable underwear, slippers, and a robe for your stay. The bath is very thorough and I really felt cleansed. Prior to the massage we were asked to smell a variety of scents and choose which one we prefer. During the message, oil with that scent is then used on almost every part of your body. The massage itself was very good. The masseuse used hands, arms, elbows, and even stretched my legs and arms as part of the process. It wasn't some gentle massage that felt like it was from someone that didn't want to be there, it felt more like the kind of massage you would receive from someone that loves you and cares about you. At the end we were given complimentary soaps of the scent we had chosen earlier. All in all a great experience. A little more challenging in English as everyone seemed to primarily speak Arabic and French, but they all seemed to know enough English to direct us properly.

This was a very unique experience shared with my group this past week. From start to finish, the service provided was impeccable. It does take getting out of your head and comfort zone and trusting these ladies to help you feel rejuvenated and to come out relaxed. Opt for the 45 min hammam + 1 hour massage which includes a much needed facial and head massage. We finished off with cookies and tea. Great service! We had a wonderful time here and did a Hammam with a back massage. The atmosphere is beautiful and the staff is very helpful and attentive.

This is a wonderful spa, probably the best in Marrakech. I had a massage there, but unfortunately, I couldn't get a hammam because there were no free spots. It's one of the best spa experiences I've ever had, and everything there looked and smelled perfect. On top of that, I love the professional treatment I received from everyone working in this spa starting from Zineb to everywhere else I dealt with. I highly recommend this place!

Great service. I visited twice. First was for a massage and second hammam. They were very accommodating to our group of 5. It was very relaxing and I would highly recommend this place if you're looking for a genuine experience.

The experience overall was really enjoyable, relaxing, professional and calming. From the outside, you would not expect such a nice atmosphere and treatment. I would recommend to book the package of hammam and 1 hr relaxing massage - make sure to do the hammam first. It was worth the price and we spent about 3.5 hours there.

We had the 45min Hamman, facial and 1 hour massage. Hamman was fabulous, facial a bit rougher and quicker than expected and massage was excellent. The major downside was loud discussion between staff whilst having our facial and then a quieter discussion during massage. The chatter and discussion really tainted our experience.
