Really bad experience!! I called twice before going there, I asked about the availability of the swimming pool (monkey beach) and whether I need a reservation or not, they assured me I can come whenever and I'll be welcomed! I went there after driving for an hour and a half, and to my surprise they tell me the swimming pool is reserved for guests only and I can't enter. Nowhere in their website it mentions that at certain days they can just deny your entry if the swimming pool is reserved for guests, nor the receptionist told me about this in the phone. This was a really terrible experience and I was embarrassed in front my friends that I invited thinking we will have a great time.

Absolutely fantastic boutique hotel. Everything has been provided for a wonderful luxurious experience. From the moment you arrive you are looked after professionally and feel at home. You are welcome to use all the facilities until your room is ready if you arrive in the early morning. The pools, bars, zoo are all freely available until you are escorted to your accommodation. We have a lodge right next to one of the three oasis pools, there is a landscaped private terrace with parasol, two loungers, two comfortable chairs. The bath is outside and is a jacuzzi, but it is not private so only the very brave would take a bath outside. It would very very refreshing to leave it filled for a sunny soak. Our lodge is massive, with a full suit of furniture, a huge bed, pillows, cushions and masses of convenient storage books and drawers. The bathroom is excellent with a generous shower, massive twin wardrobes, and separate toilet. These lodges are beautifully designed and there are electric blinds controlled from the bed, a ceiling fan provides cool breeze to supplement the Aircon. We love the ceiling windows which allow light in but are still quite private. At night when you release the main curtains it is like a glamping tent with ultra luxury facilities. Very different and interesting. The grounds are spectacular, the staff are outstanding and we are already trying to return but it's fully booked for ages. The zoo is in the grounds, has a great variety of creatures and is free to use without restriction. Absolutely amazing asset to this specialist hotel. There are not enough superlatives to describe this fascinating haven. It's Heaven in Morocco.

Absolutely brilliant all around. Truly felt like heaven on Earth! All the staff are very friendly and look after your every need and go above and beyond in every aspect. Good sized, very clean and modern suites with traditional construction. Both the restaurants served some amazing food and the chefs served some very nutritious food that tasted amazing. We are vegetarian and they tried their level best to look after us and made some special dishes as well within the half board. There is 5 star service in both restaurants both at breakfast and dinner. There are 3 large pools which are very well designed in beautiful surroundings and there is a nice play area for small children on the sides of the pools. The pool beds are very comfortable and relaxing. The whole resort is very clean and there is a huge variety of animals in the in house zoo who are very well looked after. There is also a stable and ranch with around 40 horses. I explored the 400 hectare farm on quad bikes, horseback and e bikes. There are a range of adventures and activities available. Again the staff is every part of the resort are always smiling and ready to look after you. Many thanks for a brilliant stay!

Amazing place! Perfect to disconnect and relax for few days. Great pool and cute restaurant. Rooms very nice and service was good. We loved zoo especially horses. They are kept in very nice and clean conditions. The only remark that I can make is that food is overpriced for the quality you are getting otherwise all was great and chow chows were the cutest dogs ever 🥰

Wonderful food, service, zoo and staff. Stayed for an all inclusive stay . You have more chance to have buffet meals during the weekend which include freshly baked pizzas and grilled meat. Otherwise they give you a la carte options. A la carte drinks are so expensive (coffee for 5eur) and maybe it is cultural, everything opens way later than the announced hour. For example in many occasions we had to wait 1 hour for the buffet to start. No one is working on the counter during our check out (8.30am) and an admin lady had to call the manager to check us out by phone. The zoo is well taken care of, but other parts of the hotel seems to be neglected (potager bio, peach trees field). We had a lovely time!

Amazing concept. Great pool club with an excellent dj playing top beats. The animal park is a fun way to escape normalcy. I had a delicious horse adventure with a very friendly employee and was able to see the entire property of 200 hectares. Definitely a must-do

The perfect getaway to spend a weekend. A Family friendly spot with different activities to be enjoyed. The food was good, as well as the service. My only concern is the price, I went with my family of 4 and we had to pay 300MAD each. It is a shame they don't offer a family package. Nevertheless, I highly recommend the place for tourists wanting to explore the suburbs of Agadir city.

A gem in the outskirts of Agadir. Would highly recommend for brunches or just a good family time with family. I haven't stayed in the hotel, but I can vouch for the quality of the place as a day visitor
