AWFUL EXPERIENCE. The ladies were so rude, screaming and speaking without us understanding. They started exfoliating our skin and it was too harsh, when we asked to do it softly they started laughing at us and making fun of that. It felt so unprofessional and uncomfortable, total rip off made for tourists. You expect to get relaxed but you will not be able to, since they speak loud and treat your body in a very ugly manner and without respect.

ABSOLUTE SCAM!!! Me and my cousin visited this spa today because it looked nice from the outside, and all I can say is that the worst hamam experience to ever exist! Firstly, I reserved a day in advance letting them know it’s for 2 people, for me and my cousin (my cousin is a male and I’m a female). When we arrived, she asked us to change and put our stuff in the locker and directed us to the same steam room. I reminded her that we’re not a couple therefore we’re not going to be naked in the same steam room together with my male family member. Me & my cousin were both uncomfortable because the lady seemed annoyed because she was trying to put us both in the same place for her to quickly work on 2 people at the same time. After I insisted we need separate steam rooms, she then takes my cousin upstairs to the other steam room. As soon as I entered the steam room she came back within 30 seconds and started applying the black soap quickly, and starting scrubbing in a rush, she either forgot or purposely missed & didn’t do my neck, part of my shoulder, feet and lower back. I asked if she was done and pointed out the parts that she missed but she still went ahead and rinsed me with water pretending like she didn’t understand. She then quickly applied mud mask just on one side and I then asked her about my back side and she said they only do one side mud mask which was ridiculous. She didn’t do much and whatever she did, she did in a rush rush because she wanted to let the other people waiting in the steam room. What a waste of money. And I then came out extremely upset, and let the manager know of my feedback of what has just happened. The manager was frowning the entire time I was telling her what had happened instead of training her staff member to do better for what customers pay for. It was ridiculous. Afterwards, my cousin tells me the same lady did his scrub as well.. it then made sense that she quickly rushed me and went to do his scrub in a rush as well… so both me and my cousin ended up not done the proper full body scrub. She didn’t his back legs at all lol. I let them all know if this & the receptionist (who wasn’t there during the treatment) had the audacity to tell the manager that everything was done properly to cover for the lady who failed to do a proper Moroccan bath because she was running between 2 steam rooms. SO TO ALL READING THIS REVIEW, PLEASE PAY A LITTLE EXTRA & GO TO A BETTER SPA. This place is a complete waste of money and time. And the manager there that was frowning at customers giving bad feedback needs to take it all in and improve the service instead of frowning and giving bad attitude and terrible customer service. The manager should be leading by example. Anyways, my fellow tourists.. please avoid this place at all cost.

The experience was good. They are not like the public hammam experience but for couples you can get to do the hammam and massage together. The price is reasonable and best value for the money.

I was very impressed at the value for money and service received by Mustafa at the hamam. I booked in for a 30 min hamam and 50 minute massage for only 250 dirham by Mustafa. He was very professional and kept me very comfortable throughout. The facilities are very clean and private. I fell asleep during the massage - highly recommended!

I came with my Mum this morning and it had brilliant service! We first had a nice hammam, and me and my Mum laid down on a waterproof massage sheet, and got chucked with nice oil and hot water and had a mini massage, and it was a hot room as well. Then we got dried up, and travelled to the next room, which was normal temperature, and we put our head in a little hole, part of a massage table. Then we had a good 45 min whole body massage, with a nice 5 min break at the end so my Mum and me could chat about the experience!! Good value as well, and they let us have the room together. Seems they have less customers because of the earthquake. Very nice service with no issues or complaints. Would recommend for a nice spa day. ( by Amina and Kate )

Had a great time amazing staff and conditions, I went for the 50min massage with a bath Fatima was very kind and soft with the brush and the massage I slept for some minutes enjoying every minute Felt really relaxed when I came out.😌

Massage was very bad .. the worst ever !and very bad service!

I highly recommend this spa. Very clean, very nice staff. The hammam and scrubbing were great. The relaxing massage was amazing. This was the best massage I’ve ever had. I felt so relaxed I almost felt asleep. The girls are trained. This was a very high quality. I might. One back tomorrow for another massage before I go. The price are very correct and they do promotions. The best in Marrakech. Merci beaucoup.

Place is dirty as hell, literally nightmare. We couldn't relax for a second because of this (and relaxation being the main point of such places). Massage was not that bad though. Despite the fact that one massue was coughing all the time. I hope that this review will help them to improve their business.

very bad … very cold … it’s a fake hammam … am advice anybody to not try this bad experience .
