Our tour guide was very friendly and knowledgeable. Him and our driver made sure that my friends and I had everything we needed to be comfortable and safe the entire time. We didn't have to worry about anything! The experiences of this tour are unforgettable. The beauty of the places we visited cannot be captured in pictures and the food makes you never want to leave. My daughter and I had an amazing experience during our 3 day Sahara Desert tour from Fes to Marrakech! Amar and Hamid were incredible guides! Friends recommend we go to Morocco on a small group bus trip and we knew that is NOT the type of trip we wanted. I started to research private tour companies and reached out to about 20 different ones. Some did not even reply. I narrowed down to 6 and Morocco colorful tours stood out because Omar was always so responsive to my many questions. He offered flexibility to change and personalize our tour. His choices of riads and hotels were just what I was looking for and if there was a place I wanted to change he was open to offer other suggestions. We went on an 11 day circle tour from Marrakech with Morocco Colorful tours and had the best vacation. We had Mohamed as our attentive informative guide and Ibrahim as our very safe caring driver. We left this trip completely in their hands and it was so stress free for us. They took such great care of us and we loved all their suggestions for interesting stops and for places to eat too. We got a true Moroccan experience and learned so much. Our day always started with a nice breakfast In beautiful settings and then off we went to our next adventure. We never felt rushed or pressured and our time and choices were ours not dependent upon rules and restrictions of a group tour with other people. They set us up for private tours with local guides in Fez, Volubilis and Marrakech which added to our wonderful experience. Private tour with Morocco Colorful tours is the way to go. We enjoyed it so much in their trustworthy and capable hands. Added note: these guys went above and beyond for us by surprising me with a birthday cake when it was their day off from touring with us. Also we extended our stay in Marrakech for 3 nights on our own after tour. Mohammed continued to make himself available to us for help or questions via whatsupapp. He was a great local asset to have and we now feel like we have friends in Morocco.

My girlfriend and I had an incredible 3 day excursion with Mohammed. Mohammed picked us up from our Riad in Fes and walked us to his new, spacious Toyota. Throughout our journey, he was informative, funny, and attentive to our needs. He accurately answered any questions we had around history, geology, animals, current events, neighboring countries, fair prices of goods & services, and even dating/marriage culture in Morocco and how it differs in different cities. We wouldn’t change a thing about the Colourful Tours itinerary. We were amazed by how nice the accommodations were (including the tents in the Sahara!) and we appreciated every stop along our way. What’s best, Mohammed was willing to personalize the trip for us. If we had a request, he would deliver, all while keeping us on pace. Mohammed was professional, efficient, and yet he felt like a friend. We will forever cherish those three days with him.

Had the most phenomenal time with Morocco Colourful Tour traveling as a solo female. I felt safe at every place we went to and well taken care of. Amar and I were messinging before I went to Morocco and he made me feel comfortable and assured me I would be safe going by myself which was a priority for me. From the moment I was picked up at the airport, I felt like I was with a friend. He booked hotels that were closed to the center and convenient. I really enjoyed all the time we share together in the care driving from one city to the other. Seeing so may stray dogs and cats was heartbreaking, but Amar was patient and waited for me when I would take off to go and try to feed a dog or cat. Such a patient person!! I am recommending other friends who are going in March to use his company. My father and I visited Morocco for a 16 day tour around Morocco through marrakesh, essouira, high atlas mountains, ait been Haddou, ouarzazate, dades valley, toudra gorges, Sahara desert, merzouga, ziz valley, ifrane, ceder forest, volubilis, fes, Chefchaouen, rabat, casablanca, marrakech and some other places along the way. We travelled extensively with Morocco Colourful Tours on a private tour having never have visited the beautiful country before with many places simply being breathtaking. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better service. From collection at the airport to drop off, they arranged everything; hotels, itinerary, local guides. Hamid, our driver, and Said our guide, were very experienced and attentive, i was stress free! The hotels were beyond anything I expected and often was lost for words. Nothing was any trouble, we stopped for prayers as we wanted and our days started when we wanted. Amar was always available before the trip and throughout. The guys were amazingly caring of my 80 year old father. I never expected to see, do and experience so much and certainly didn't think my father would have been able to. We met the family who were so wonderful and welcoming. I'll never forget them. The Sahara camp had a proper double bed, a shower with hot water, an actual toilet and wait for it .... WIFI!! Phenomenal tour guides!! I absolutely loved seeing Morocco with Amar and Hammid, I could not have asked for more hospitable and friendly guides. They made it so easy and fun to see the country, knowledgeable and flexible to whatever interests I had. I wanted to visit Morocco from some years ago, so I found a local and familiar travel agency. I started to arrange my trip with Amar and he encouraged me to do it and he told me I would love all the places he had prepared to visit. He pick me up to the airport and from this moment we started our long trip of 11 days! He took me to the most beautiful places and explained me about each place. I had the nice experience to live a show music of the Gnawa people and to eat berber pizza in a very beautiful restaurant. I lived another lovely experience and it was to visit the family of Amar and to have lunch with them seated on the ground over the typical rug, people very helpful. Another amazing experience I always wanted to do was to ride a camel and to see the desert, to ending to pass a night in a luxury camp, what a so beautiful moments! We passed through the High Atlas mountains and I loved all this landscape, sometimes I though I was in Mars! I loved it! We visited too Essaouira, a lovely coast town where the seagulls are the protagonists and of course the fresh fish! And Marrakech, I loved to walk through the Jamaa I Fna square, a mix of colours and flavours and people! And the souk! I have to thank to Amar his patience with me when I wanted to buy all the souvenirs I bought hehe! All the hotels he chose were very lovely rooms! I felt very well with him, always attentive and careful with me. Amar, thanks so much for making my dreams come true!! I want to back to Morocco to discover more places and for sure I will call to Amar again!

I have nothing but great things to say !! We were a group of 5 girls ! We felt safe and taken care of at all times ! We learnt so much! So many areas we would have missed out on had it not been for Amar and Hammid! I Feel like I have truly visited and learnt so much about Morocco ❤️ And the culture ! I would go back with them in a heart beat! I’m a nervous person, I’m scared of danger and this being a completely different place to travel for me, always having someone by our side to guide us really allowed me to enjoy my trip to the fullest! The hotels were all amazing ! The locations chosen were perfect! They were pleasant , kind and patient. I was sad to leave them. We arrived at the airport where we were first greeted by them. Felt comfortable right away . We toured a bit of Casablanca , Rabat, then went to the hotel . Then we made our way to Chechaouen 💙 next day we went to Meknès and stopped at a few places on the way to Fès médina. The next day we toured and learnt so much about Fès. We saw how the pottery was made, how they made the textiles , the tannery and so much more. Then we made our way to the desert with stops on the way ! OMG best part ever ! We left the desert and visited a small town on the way. Stopped for a walk in Ouarzazate. Visited Ksar of Ait-Ben-Haddou where they filmed game of thrones! I did a 3 day tour from Marrakech to Merzouga to Fez. Amar met me at my hotel the first morning. It was a great way to begin my first time in Morocco solo. Amar and his brother Hamid were both great. It was easy to tell they both had a lot of experience and enjoyed what they did. I learned a lot about both Morocco and Berber culture. Every part of the tour was seamless. I only wish I could have done a longer tour.

What an amazing adventure/experience with this tour company! My private guide (Mohammad) and driver (Ibrahim) were very knowledgeable and kept me safe during my 15-day tour. I was very comfortable and did not have to worry about anything the entire trip. The accommodation and experiences left very little to be wanted but I mostly enjoyed the special treatment from my team. Highly recommend!

My friends and I booked Morocco Colourful Tours for a 9-day tour covering Casablanca, Chefchaouen, Fes, Sahara Desert, Marrakech and lots of smaller villages in between. We primarily chose them over other tour guides because of how responsive and communicative Amar was, great customer service from the very beginning! Our tour guide Mohammed and driver Ibrahim were amazing! Their attention to detail, stopping for beautiful pictures along the way, always making sure we're comfortable and safe was much appreciated. The restaurants they suggested were great but we were free to choose our own as well. They were always punctual and at times had to wait for us to finish getting ready, so they were also very patient. The van was comfortable for the long car rides to each city. They were professional, yet they felt like family towards the end. We trusted them completely and they delivered on their promise to show us an amazing time. Hope to book them again in the near future to explore other areas of Morocco!

My boyfriend and I went on a 5 day tour from Marrakech to the Sahara Desert in Merzouga with Morocco colourful tours and we had one of the most memorable experiences of our lives so far. We stayed at the most beautiful riads with gorgeous views and we felt like we were always getting the best room in the riads where we stayed. We visited lots of popular touristy places but also quieter beautiful places like an oasis. We felt like we were being shown Morocco by family, rather than on a tour and our experience was truly exceptional. How to get the most out of a short off the beaten track? With 5 consecutive days off ahead of me, all I could think about was Morocco. Twice before I had already traveled with Morocco Colorful Tours. I contacted Amar via WhatsApp and discussed my wishes. I knew from the previous times that everything would be arranged and taken care of down to the last detail, I only had to look forward to my sweet trip. Together we came to a wonderful journey with many highlights. This time we visited Tangier, Asilah, Casablanca, Bhalil , Moulay Idriss Zerhoun and Meknes. Places that have been on my wish list for a long time. Amar was very caring, the accommodations were really all equally beautiful. We always had fun during the car rides, he told about the country and the culture, took care of the photo stops and the inner man, carefully selected the restaurants. I felt very safe. Besides being a guide, he is also a good driver. My family (husband and 3 kids ages 10, 8, 5) went on a trip in June/ early July 2023 with Morocco Colorful Tours. I returned from Morocco recently to celebrate my birthday and had the most amazing time on my trip! I was unsure between renting a car (glad i didn't with all the broken roads and all tickets I watched other tourists get on the road) and travelling around Morocco or booking a tour. Booked this tour based on the 5 star reviews here, but it was just mediocre. The food was disappointing, we were expecting Moroccan cuisine but it was bland and not flavourful. The tour guide was average, didnt seem like he had the experience of other tour guides we've been with. The hotel that was booked for us in boulmane dades didnt have a view. I did hours of research before booking this tour and it didnt live upto it. It was a birthday trip and there was no acknowledgement of it, small gestures go a long way. The desert camp was nice. The time we had on top of the dune for sunset was not even five minutes. We were the last to arrive, should have been timed better. As someone who reads these reviews before booking tours, it should be honest. When you're paying upwards of 1100 CAD, you expect better. I've been on 3 other desert tours (India, Namibia and Dubai) the others were much better and priced alot better.
