We reached in the early hours and they were still sleepy but they still checked us in quickly. The staff was very helpful. They also helped us to arrange a taxi for the whole day. Rooms are neat and clean, even bathroom.

During my two-night stay at this hotel, I was impressed by the fantastic air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable and cool atmosphere in the room. The cleanliness and neatness of the room were also noteworthy, contributing to an overall positive experience. Despite the minor setback of no hot water, the great AC and impeccable cleanliness make me rate my stay a solid 4 out of 5 stars. I look forward to future improvements for an even better experience.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms are extremely comfortable with all the amenities that you might expect including parking space. They are in fact very spacious rooms with all facilities including 24 hours running hot water and power backup. It's easily accessible from the bus stand and is merely 3 kilometres away. The staff of this hotel is extremely courteous and helpful. Definitely do book your stay at Sornalaxmi Residency while in Pondicherry.

Rooms were neat and clean. Overall experience was good. Location is calm without any disturbance. Their service was also good and polite people. I would suggest them to fix a geyser as there is not much hot water flowing from the tap.

The rooms were same as shown in the pictures. The service was excellent, the staff were very friendly n kind too. One of the best budget friendly residency to stay. The location was minimal for many tourists sites. Overall best place to stay which includes many facilities like free wifi, 24/7 hot water, A/C, complentary water bottles and very clean rooms.

Modest but clean and quiet. In the City, walkable distance to all facilities. Great assistance from Manager Selva and his team. Very proactive to all customer needs. They have scooters to rent at the hotel, which is an added advantage.
