Excellent, in every respect! Frank and Sandra have created a real gem here. One of the best spots we have ever stayed at; and we travel a lot! Very reasonably priced. Brilliant, but unobtrusive hosting. Do not miss out on dinner.

My wife and I absolutely loved our stay! Frank and his wife Sandra went above and beyond for us. The dinner, breakfast, scenery, trails, and room were awesome. We can’t wait for next time!

My husband and I stayed here and absolutely loved it! Frank and Sandra were both lovely and we had dinner our first night which was prepared by Sandra and delicious. Frank was so helpful in giving us tips on where to park and eat while out exploring the surrounding areas. After a day of skiing it was wonderful to come back and have a beautiful room to relax in. Highly recommend.

My only regret is that we only stayed one night. We stayed in the second floor guest suite. Spacious, beautifully decorated, private bath and and amazing views from the private balcony. Such a comfortable bed and thoughtful extra touches with snacks, coffee and bath products. Frank and Sandra are wonderful hosts, communicative, friendly and make a mean breakfast! Loved there sweet pups as well! We really enjoyed there gorgeous home and peaceful ranch. Great for stargazing and a refreshing hike. Do not hesitate staying here. You will not regret it!

Stayed late Sep. 2023. Frank and Sandra were awesome. Very peaceful location and stay. We were ending a vacation to SW Colorado and wanted to just "chill" and this was perfect. We enjoyed a fabulous dinner with other guests and a wonderful breakfast before leaving. Highly recommend! Thanks to all at the property for a wonderful time! Hope to return again next year for a longer stay!

The hosts were the most gracious we've ever stayed with (in any type of establishment), throughout the U.S., Canada and Europe. Frank and Sandra go above and beyond to make their guests feel genuinely welcome and appreciated. It's as though one is staying with good friends or relatives (the kind you like). The accommodations are very clean, comfortable and spacious while the environment is peaceful and natural. Meals (breakfast and optional dinner) are prepared beautifully with top quality ingredients. We loved having the friendly, well-mannered dogs around as well. In summary, my wife and I could not have been more pleased with our stay of three nights.

Hospitality, hospitality, hospitality. Frank and Sandra go above and beyond to make you feel like not only a treasured guest but also like family during your stay at Double G Ranch. The property is beautiful with amazing views of the mountains - we loved spending time sitting on the wraparound deck admiring the view. We stayed in the downstairs suite, where everything was clean and comfortable. The food was all delicious - Breakfast each morning was a wide spread of breads, cheeses, meats, juices, fruits, cereals, etc along with freshly cooked eggs, vegetables & bacon. We also joined for 2 dinners which were both incredible (steak and goulash) 3-course meals. Last but not least, we fell in love with the dogs - Shadow, Sammy, and Thomas, we can't wait to see you again! We will most definitely be back :) Thank you Frank & Sandra!!!

Amazing place with great Hosts! Breakfast is above and beyond..Sandra and Frank are great chefs. Very comfortable rooms, very welcoming. The animals are so much fun to watch and interact with. The stars of the show are Samuel and Shadow..(their dogs) and of course MaMa.. :-)
