    In works, with closed men's locker rooms, having to use the children's one, which are too small, many people come from the center that closed in the center of the city and continue charging the same rate despite not offering the same services, part the yoga and pilate classes went to Oira, they honestly laugh at the users.

    Disappointed seeing how little by little this gym loses a lot of quality instead of gaining it. It doesn't seem normal to me that a person who pays 4 euros more has the right to book a class before me. This means that if there are many people who pay for them, they will go to class... the "VIPS" and the others will be left without an activity that may be the only one you can go to or the one you like the most. In my opinion, it is a service for which everyone is paying and it is totally unfair that others have more rights than you. A lot of privatization of services but bags are needed and when they break they take a month to arrive... The same thing happens in boxing classes that each person has to bring their own rope because there is not the necessary material. And endless more complaints. I understand that it is a chain and that the greatest economic benefit is sought, but it would be good to be consistent and think before deciding on these types of things that make 0 sense.

    Mi hija (3 años) va a natación, los monitores MARAVILLOSOS, son súper atentos y les hacen unas clases muy divertidas. El objetivo era q aprendiese a nadar y lo pasase bien y está más q cumplido. Lo recomiendo 100%. Muchas gracias x el cariño con el q tratáis a los más pequeños 😉😉

    - Buenos monitores - Buenas instalaciones - Sitio amplio donde aparcar (Importante ya que queda apartado del centro) - Medidas adoptadas (Covid-19) - Vestuarios amplios (Necesario llevar candado propio)

    Top-notch facilities, the cleaning service is attentive to having everything like a silver cup. The pool and spa area, great! The machine room is spacious and has various devices for all muscle groups. Enough treadmills, ellipticals and bicycles. The technical staff are great professionals, always willing to teach you the best technique! The varied directed classes! TOP teachers! A wide schedule from Monday to Monday! Activities for the whole family! I have no hesitation in recommending it!

    The best gym in Ourense Sufficient equipment and space, allowing students to adequately develop their discipline. Adequate facilities (slatted or flat surface floors, mirrors, ventilation). Types of routines FullBody. Recommended for beginners and ideal for those looking to spend as little time as possible in the gym. Through this routine we will train each and every muscle in the body in each session. That is why the results of this are usually very noticeable in a short time. It is usually composed mostly of basic exercises. Push and Pull. Recommended for intermediate or advanced. It focuses on dividing sessions into push and pull workouts. Which will make the training volume very high. We refer to as “push” the workouts focused on the pectoral, front shoulder, triceps, quadriceps and calves. As for “pull”, the training focuses on the back, biceps, rear shoulder, femoral and abdomen. Weider. The most demanding of all. Because? Because only one or two muscles are trained per session. Which means that up to 6 workouts per week will have to be done if we want to train all the muscles. This is a routine focused on isolation exercises.

    Como en todo gimnasio siempre hay cosas que no están bien,detalles que no te gustan, lo Importante es demostrar la TOLERANCIA Y CAPACIDAD DE PERDÓN que tenemos, yo a pesar de todo vuelo hoy 1 octubre 2022 a incorporarme durante este mes y me agradan mucho las instalaciones de este gimnasio que es muy completo, como veis en las fotos es grande, los vestuarios tienen sus taquillas y debes llevar tu candado, las duchas son amplias y cuentan temperatura regulable, The saunas and the spa are for me like the sea of the mermaid that I am, I mean amazing 😍❤️👍 la administración siempre acabó solucionando cualquier incidencia conmigo y los entrenadores me caen bien, las clases de Pool gym con música actual son súper divertidas, las de bici virtual o con profe también las disfruté hace unos años y están genial las bicis son buenas👍 Pilates y yoga? Ese va a ser mi próxima experiencia este mes a ver que tal será... Dejaré una reseña quizás luego, bye bye 😝✌️

    One of the monitors, Gregorio, beat up two innocent boys in Vigo together with a friend (a certain Adrián, both players of Ourense CF). Shame!!

    Good place to go for exercice. Gym club with inside swimming pool, huge parking, soccer field, bar and sauna...Some staff is very nice but some other is very unpleasant.

    Si quieres destrozar tu coche en el aparcamiento que tienen, sin duda para eso es el mejor gimnasio. Increíble que después de tantos años tengan esa “leira” como aparcarmiento.

    Es mi Gimnasio, es el más completo de la ciudad, muchas maquinas, pesas, piscinas, baños de vapor, sauna, jacuzzi, canchas de fútbol, buenos profesionales monitores y en la recepción al gran Raúl que siempre está alegre y dispuesto a atender a todos,

    El gimnasio beone es el mejor gimnasio que conozco. mucho más Tiene un montón de actividades, puedes tener monitor privado o te pueden ayudar los monitores que están en el gimnasio en el turno. Si tienes una duda les preguntas y te la solucionan al momento. Mi opinión es que hoy por hoy es de lo mejor que hay

    Muy buenos monitores, no se sabe cuál es mejor. Llevo muchos años con ellos y pasé por todo tipo de actividades.. Jamás, nunca tuve ningún problema. Todos encantadores yyy currantes? Uuufff asta más no poder. También son conscientes de nuestras limitaciones.. Buenos scologos. Aunq a mi siempre me exijen más jjjjj buenísimos. Reconozco q no daeia una.. Un abrazo a todos
