Great hotel with modern rooms in a good location. Would definitely go again!

This was our favourite hotel on a nine day trip around Galicia. The whole experience from Melissa at reception, to the fabulous room, which was beautifully decorated, had a huge bathroom and bedroom. Every little detail has been thought out and the bed was big and comfortable. There is a safe and a fridge and the aircon works. A huge TV and the choice of English speaking channels. The aircon was great and the shower was big and lots of hot water. The rooms were spotless. The hotel was very quiet and is situated right in the city centre. Melissa helped us with all the local information and a walking map. They have secure parking underneath the hotel. They also serve breakfast.

Price was high but the clean and the place was super we will come back and recommend this hotel , my only suggestion is to have a place to change US dollars for euros if is posible , thanks and we enjoyed

Nice rooms with comfy beds, the included breakfast was good with plenty of different continental options. Good location, a short walk from the centre and not too far from the hot baths on the other side of the river.

Was a good experience. The night staff and Mellisa the morning recepcionista where very kind and attentive . Everything was clean and comfortable and the hot tub is a big plus . Breakfast has good vegetarian /vegan options . Thank you all for providing us with the good experience.

Right in the heart of Ourense, this is a lovely hotel with exceptional service and beautiful rooms. The rates are unbeatable as well. The view is stunning. Wish my stay was longer!
