Ganz schlimmer Arztbesuch. Wenn ihr euch ernst genommen fühlen wollt, sucht euch einen anderen Hausarzt. Laut Dr. Köster ist maximale Erschöpfung, daraus resultierende Schlaflosigkeit, Schmerzen und Überarbeitung kein Grund für eine Krankschreibung - ich solle wiederkommen, wenn ich eine Depression entwickelt habe und lieber mal meinen Job überdenken. Meine Freundin hatte an Tag 6 noch Corona und dolle Symptome, hat von ihm aber keinen Attest mehr bekommen. Ist ja schließlich schon Tag 6. Habe mich noch nie so hilflos bei einem Arzt gefühlt. Wir werden uns schnell eine andere Praxis suchen!

Ich muss mich den negativen Kommentaren leider anschließen. Frau Dr. Köster war mir gegenüber kühl, abweisend und kaum verständnisvoll. Eine AU stellte sie mir nur widerwillig aus. Auf meinen Hinweis, dass ich niemanden auf der Arbeit anstecken möchte, antwortete sie nur lapidar „das haben Sie sowieso schon“. Für ein Rezept für eine Gesichtscreme „solle ich in Zukunft zu einem Hautarzt gehen“. Erschöpfung und Müdigkeit werden nur widerwillig weitergehend untersucht. Insgesamt eine furchtbare Atmosphäre. Ich kann die Praxis leider absolut nicht empfehlen. Lediglich die Empfangsmitarbeiterinnen sind recht freundlich und man bekommt online zügig einen Termin. Leider ist telefonisch selten jemand zu erreichen.

Positiver PCR Test, aber Krankmeldung gibt es nur nach Untersuchung. Wie gut, dass die Bundesregierung die Ärzte entlasten will und eine telefonische Krankschreibung erlaubt. Montag bis Mittwoch habe ich telefonisch keinen erreicht. Auf die E-Mail (mittwochs) mit bitte um Krankmeldung kann die Antwort: bitte in der Infektionssprechstunde vorstellen und rückwirkende Krankmeldung gibt's für maximal 3 Tage. Donnerstag morgen ging sogar jemand ans Telefon. Ich werde mir einen anderen Hausarzt suchen.

I have been with Dr. Köster and Ms. Dr. Köster for many years and I can say that I am very satisfied! Dr. Köster takes care of me and is always very concerned about my health! I'd love to come to the practice! The doctor's assistants are also available both by phone and on site in the practice, and they are very attentive to me - and telephone arrangements and requests are gladly and carefully taken care of! I am grateful that I found this practice...

Das war mein erster Besuch mit akuten Beschwerden. Nett und freundlich schon beim Anruf, Termin am gleichen Tag, keine lange Wartezeit, netter Arzt und nette Arzthelferinnen. Man hat sich Zeit genommen und geholfen. Tolle Praxis.

Dr. Köster is great. However, I didn't warm up to his wife. She seems cold and uninterested. The receptionists are nice, or at least not unfriendly.

Very satisfied for several years. Hardly/no waiting times, friendly dealings, good advice. Some of the bad reviews don't match my experiences at all.

I have been a patient with Dr. Koester for several years. He has always been friendly and very competent. My German is not good so I always talk to Dr. Koester in English. There was never a communication problem and I never feel discriminated against. The clinic team are friendly, too. I am surprised to read comments about Dr. Koester and the clinic being impatient with Asian patients since I was introduced by an Asian colleague to visit Dr. Koester when I first moved to Germany (and back then I couldn't speak any German at all). While my experience with Dr. Koester is very positive, I also think that not all doctors can suit everybody. So one should try to find the suitable family doctor for themselves.

Helpful staff and doctors who also speak perfect English, quick appointments and very central. I've been there a few times and I cannot complain at all!

I felt very comfortable in the practice. Miss Dr. Kosters was friendly, benevolent and addressed my problems more intensively than expected. I am very satisfied and will stay with this family doctor practice.
