Absolut
nicht
zu
empfehlen.
Ich
hatte
als
Geschenk
für
meinen
Vater
eine
Armbanduhr
erworben
und
dann
festgestellt,
dass
das
Armband
zu
kurz
sei.
Die
Filialleiterin
darauf
angesprochen,
hatten
Sie
dem
Austausch
des
Armbandes
gegen
einen
Aufpreis
zugestimmt.
Dort
allerdings
schon
die
Erfahrung
gemacht,
dass
die
Verkäuferin,
die
gleichzeitig
die
Filialleiterin
vor
Ort
ist,
hysterisch
wirkte
und
in
einem
bedrohlichen
Tonfall
mir
begegnete.
Sei
es
drum,
dachte
ich
mir
und
verließ
den
Laden
mit
der
Information,
dass
ich
in
3
Tagen
einen
Anruf
bekäme.
Da
sich
nach
2
Wochen
nichts
getan
hat
,
spazierte
ich
also
wieder
in
das
Geschäft
hinein
und
war
von
den
anschließenden
Vorfällen
selber
überrascht.
Nachdem
ich
die
"freundliche"
Dame
an
die
Bestellung
erinnern
musste,
antwortete
diese
mir,
dass
das
Armband
nicht
lieferbar
sei.
Ich
äußerte
meinen
Unmut
darüber
aus,
dass
man
mich
hätte
zumindest
in
Kenntnis
setzen
können,
da
die
Uhr
wochenlang
auf
dem
Tisch
lag
und
nicht
verwendet
durfte
(dies
war
so
von
der
Verkäuferin
kommuniziert).
Im
Wortlaut
hieß
es
dann
anschließend:
"Zeigen
Sie
mir
mal
die
Uhr".
Der
Aufforderung
habe
ich
entsprochen
und
die
Uhr
wurde
mir
dann
aus
der
Hand
genommen.
Fast
zeitgleich
ging
sie
zu
Kasse,
gab
mir
das
Geld
zurück
,
obwohl
ich
ihr
zu
verstehen
gegeben
hatte,
dass
die
Uhr
bereits
verschenkt
wurde
und
ich
diese
behalten
möchte.
Die
Verkäuferin
namens
Frau
G.
wurde
im
Zuge
der
Diskussion
in
der
Anwesenheit
anderer
Kunden
immer
lauter,
sodass
ich
das
Geschäft
verließ.
Wie
die
anderen
Rezensionen
zu
Stande
gekommen
sind,
kann
ich
nicht
beurteilen.
Die
Verbraucherzentrale
ist
eingeschaltet
(
bindender
Kaufvertrag)
und
die
Zentrale
über
das
Geschäftsgebahren
der
Verkäuferin
informiert.
Als
Stammkunde
hätte
ich
mir
einen
anderen
Umgang
gewünscht.

Absolutely
not
recommended.
I
had
bought
a
watch
as
a
gift
for
my
father
and
then
realized
that
the
strap
was
too
short.
When
asked
about
this
by
the
branch
manager,
they
agreed
to
the
exchange
of
the
bracelet
for
an
extra
charge.
There,
however,
I
had
already
experienced
that
the
saleswoman,
who
is
also
the
on-site
branch
manager,
seemed
hysterical
and
met
me
in
a
menacing
tone.
So
be
it,
I
thought
to
myself
and
left
the
store
with
the
information
that
I
would
get
a
call
in
3
days.
Since
nothing
had
happened
after
2
weeks,
I
walked
back
into
the
shop
and
was
surprised
myself
by
the
incidents
that
followed.
After
I
had
to
remind
the
"friendly"
lady
of
the
order,
she
replied
that
the
bracelet
was
not
available.
I
expressed
my
displeasure
that
I
could
at
least
have
been
informed
because
the
watch
had
been
on
the
table
for
weeks
and
was
not
allowed
to
be
used
(this
was
communicated
by
the
seller).
The
wording
was
then:
"Show
me
the
watch".
I
complied
with
the
request
and
the
watch
was
then
taken
from
my
hand.
Almost
at
the
same
time
she
went
to
the
checkout
and
gave
me
the
money
back,
although
I
had
made
it
clear
to
her
that
the
watch
had
already
been
given
away
and
that
I
wanted
to
keep
it.
The
saleswoman
named
Mrs.
G.
became
louder
and
louder
during
the
discussion
in
the
presence
of
other
customers,
so
that
I
left
the
shop.
I
can't
comment
on
how
the
other
reviews
came
about.
The
consumer
center
is
switched
on
(binding
purchase
contract)
and
the
center
is
informed
about
the
business
conduct
of
the
seller.
As
a
regular
customer,
I
would
have
preferred
a
different
approach.
