This restaurant has a policy requiring everyone at a table, including children, to order a complete meal. This is justified considering the very family-friendly facilities. I would suggest a more open and gracious way of making this known to families prior to their taking a seat and ordering.

Disappointing experience. On a summer day we arrived with our children. After being seated we wanted to order dishes to share for the children. We are asked to leave the restaurant because they considered that all individuals needed to consume a dish, including the children (1 yo and 3 yo). Never seen this in Belgium before. Rude and unfriendly staff. A éviter !

Recently dined at La Fontanell' in Lac de Genval, and it was an unforgettable experience 🙋🏻‍♀️ The customer service was superb (much better than other restaurants around) and the food was high-quality yet reasonably priced. The coffee and desserts provided the perfect finale to a wonderful meal. Highly recommend for an authentic Italian experience with a cozy and homey vibe 🍝

Most notable feature: a large wood-burning fire in the middle of the seating area - great on a cold winter evening. I found the staff to be friendly and accommodating to English speakers. The menu has good variety, and there are decent vegetarian options, as you would expect from an Italian restaurant. Service can be a little slow if you're not adept at catching the waiter's eye (maybe just my British shyness).

Excellent Italian food, the environment including a playground for the kids is great and all the service staff was very kind and attentive - except the lady at the entrance.

Business lunch, had a good but not outstanding pizza and colleague a slightly tired pasta dish with ok salad. Great patio, very comfortable table placing.

This is the third time we come here. There pizza 🍕 is amazing. The Osso bucco just delicious. My wife adores the grilled gamba's. Also homemade bread is freshly made. Baby chair for our little man. Beautiful decoration of the tables. Friendly staff....funny was my little boy ran into the kitchen and we all had fun....We come back soon.
