This is the 3rd experience at McDonald's when some part of the order was missing in our take-out order. All at different branches of McDonald's, so the 1 star is not specifically for this outlet but for McDonald's in general. For the 1st two times I let it go as a mistake but now the 3rd time the same thing happened and so felt compelled to write the feedback. This time around in the 2 happy meals 1 Frosty was missing as were both the cherry tomatoes..so in all 3 things missing. Earlier once both the happy meals were missing the toys. From now on will try to avoid McDonald's and if I still go, will check each and every item

They have new-looking interiors and adequate parking. Some tables have cordless charging stations and some have crumbs on the chair. Food is what one would expect in a McDonald's food chain but this one delivers food to your table.

Fast, friendly and clean. No complains at all. We got our order super fast, and it was hot and tasty. I recommend the Twix parfait, delicious!

This is by far the cleanest, nicest Macdonald's restaurant in Belgium, it's always spotless, they can be seen constantly cleaning both the restaurant and the kitchen, the staff are always friendly, the food is always fresh. Just nothing to complain about at all

Good food, nice, tidy and clean amenities. Very nice kids play area inside.

Update 27/04: Again wrong order! This mcdonalds is very very poor!!! It’s getting worse and worse !!!!! Fries almost empty this time. Fries so salty you can not eat them & there tomato chilli 🌶 fries are a rip off. Burgers ok like always

The same McDonald's as you find in a lot of different other locations all over Belgium. They didn't have anything special if you ask me.

IT'S SOOO COLD! THEY KEEP THE HEATING OFF, ALL THE CUSTOMERS HAVE TO EAT WITH OUT JACKETS ON!!!!

I mostly take out with them. Fast double entry lanes. They never forgot something of my order. Inside it is clean with a nice playground for the kids. Simple and efficient.

Mcdonald is always good! And the one in overijse is a nice place as it's not so noisy

Just bought a Wacko Guaco Chicken and no Guacamole on it! They replied that their sauce was frozen .

It is McDonald's. A quick bite for a cheap price. Convenient and fast. You can eat in the restaurant or use the drive in.

Went for a meal with my son. Unfortunately we got not very good fries. Spoke with the one the staff members and we got offered two nicely done and fresh fries. Thank you very much!

It’s the only close McDonalds in South East part of Brussels.

Busy place, amenities were locked and upon several requests, private toilets were unlocked.

Pretty good restaurant for a drive in and you get your food fast

Decent McDonalds, drive thru has had a needed upgrade. Food normally good, on the odd occasion a sauce has been missing but nothing major.

My main complaint is the time I had to wait, despite the place being practically empty. I don’t like ordering from the machines so went to the counter marked “To Order”. Nobody came to take my order, though I called out to staff I saw. At last one fellow said I had to order with the machine and said he’d come and help me use it… but he never came. I eventually figured things out by myself, ordered, took the ticket to the counter. There were no other customers waiting but still no one came. A new employee came over but didn’t know how to do anything so had to be shown. After all this, the food came quickly and was good.

Ok, drive through, the usual, nothing particularly good or bad. Better turn down your radio and uncover your ears since be the sound be volume will not blow you away. Mostly friendly people working here. You can go inside, order from the huge tablets, might be crowded though.

It’s the second time they forgot to give me the ordered sauces. No receipts. Really disappointing. When you drive in, please ask them for receipts and check if everything you ordered is correct.
