Deeply disappointed. All my food (fish sandwich and chicken sandwich) INEDIBLE. Silly me. There was a Chic Fil A next door and I regret not wanting to wait in line. My daughter had the burger and she ate it. The fries weren’t great but she also ate them. So so sad because we do not have a Whataburger at home and we get excited when we travel and find one. My advice for this location - stay away if you’re hungry. Or don’t want to waste money. It should be against the law for them to sell fish (or chicken).

WOULD I RETURN: Absolutely not WOULD I RECOMMEND: Absolutely not This wasn’t worth $45, the food was cold, the 5 orders of fries, as well as lettuce on my sandwich, were limp - not crispy, in addition to the customer service are enough for me to not return to this location and I’ll be encouraging others to not waste their time. New to the area and was excited for my family to try Whataburger - worst experience from beginning to end. Experience was inexcusable as I was the only car in line, hardly any cars in the lot, not busy at all on a Sunday afternoon. Upon arrival, a young, White male attempted to take my order, but for no apparent reason, a female (possibly Hispanic and in charge of the drive-thru) took over the order and then proceeded to tell me we needed to start from the top; training in patience and active listening could be useful as she was more stressful at taking my order than the young male. After pulling up to the window, I was asked if I’d like a drink tray, which would’ve been fine had the young male not placed the tray in a bag. One of the drinks was tipped over. After being told to pull forward and wait, I was missing the individual cookie and small fries, but received a Spicy Chicken Sandwich with everything in it, instead of a sandwich, ONLY Monterey Cheese. So, I went inside and explained what I was missing. This was told to CB, who proceeded to take my receipt and tell the cook that was prepping the burgers. The Hispanic woman then walks over to the two males and proceeded to say “she didn’t say only cheese” to which I replied that I stated that twice and it was on the receipt. She then says “oh that must’ve been for the person behind her” and then starts naming off the same order over and over. She appeared very disoriented and didn’t give clear directions to her staff, which is probably the reason for so many errors. CB provided the correct order of chicken sandwich, cheese only, and fries, but I’m glad I checked the bag because they still forgot to give me the cookie. I had to ask for that, again. It wasn’t until I got home that I realized I didn’t get the small Diet Coke, I got a half & half tea, in addition to not getting the Whatasauce (that I was charged for) and ketchup. They placed my order under the name of “Tyree” on 7/30/23 (for reference in case they care about rectifying this - they took my receipt or I would’ve posted a photo).

Pros: (1) Probably the best KC Whataburger we’ve been to (out of a total of four in KC) (2) Was not busy when we went (no 1 hour long wait like other Whataburgers when they opened) Cons: (1) This location gave us the sauciest burger we’ve had yet - we were drowning in creamy pepper sauce, the bun melting between our fingers. Though it was still tasty Info: (*) Get your burger with grilled onions, and replace the mustard with Creamy Pepper sauce (it’s not spicy) - you won’t regret it

Good food. Fries were warm, at best. Dipping sauce was forgotten in my meal. When I went to the counter to ask for one, I was told "I'll give you one this time, but normally we charge 84 cents for them." Confused, I explained that I didn't get one in my meal. She said, "Oh" and then handed me one. No apology. Just a judgemental attitude. Normally, we have good food and good service. But, I suppose, today was just an off day.

The highlight of this Whataburger was the customer service. Everyone was super nice and friendly. It was also very clean inside. I, however, didn't think the food was all that great for my first time stopping at a Whataburger. The burger was so-so but the onion rings were decent.

Over all a very nice store! We were working on a construction site next door to this location and ate here almost every day (sometimes twice per day) and the food and service were excellent! I highly recommend it if you are in the area!

Really good food at a fair price. A patty melt, large onion rings and a large drink cost me less than 13 bucks. Also the banana pudding milk shake is delicious. It's almost an addiction at this point. It will be a dark day when it's limited time on the menu goes.

Delicious meal and great service! I truly appreciate your employment of non-traditional workers. It gives us all the opportunity to find value in each other and freely share kindness and appreciation.
