*post has been updated on bottom* I've been apartment hunting for quite a bit. Boulders has been a great property to view. In my opinion it's a great location and has really nice amenities, like a saltwater infinity. I toured the apartments with Krista, she's pretty cool (compared to other leasing agents I've toured with). She's very knowledgeable about all the questions I had asked and was great to tour withx The apartment was beautiful, and felt huge (in comparison to the sqrt ft of the floor plan). Also the price was pretty good (in my opinion) when looking at 1 sqrt ft: $1 ratio + the upgrades of granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, W/D and hardwood floors in living areas. They have been very transparent with me and I am looking forward to moving in soon. **Will update with this post with any pros/cons. ** ***UPDATE*** I have lived here for a few months now. When I first moved in, the apartment was slightly dirty, BUT after letting the leasing office know they had it professionally cleaned and it was amazing. The neighborhood is quiet and very close to the highway so easy access! The leasing office does great events, I do wish they had more events though. I just had my first maintenance request. They fixed everything and were quick (within a day). The other reviews I’ve seen say awful things about the trash system. I think they are right but are dramatic about it. Yeah the dumpster fills up sometimes but the property cleans it up within a day or two. Overall I enjoy living here and the leasing office is great! Krista is the best!

The repair person was efficient and pleasant. I love the staff that come to solve problems. I only had a few but they did a great job! He even asked me about a previous repair and I’dI was having any more issues! That is the kind of person all employers desire! Thanks!

I just moved in this week and the apartment and staff experience was EXCELLENT! Nice clean roomy apartment. Jordan worked with me over the 2 months as my move in dates changed. My last management experience in Lees Summit was abysmal. The Boulders and their professional folks are a breath of fresh air. Great location too. So many restaurants, stores and quick access to major highways while having a “out in the country feel” yet minutes from everything you need. Highly recommend them.

Good location. Nice apartments. Staff is friendly and they do respond timely. Pool was supposed to be heated and there can be issues with trash.

I've lived here a year and about to renew my lease because I love it here! Great management, well-maintained, and a quiet area to live. I usually hop apartments in the Overland Park area, but this time I want to stay.

Enjoyed my stay here over the past few years. Office staff is very kind and always there to help! The pool is also one of the best in OP! Will miss my one bedroom and the Boulders community! Thanks for everything!

Everything looks so nice and manicured. Everyone in the front office is so kind. The pool was a perfect mid day break. The floors and carpet were prestine. Everything was wonderful.
