Lived here over a decade ago and had a great experience. Fast forward to moving back in 2020. This place has really gone downhill. Some of the office staff are incredibly rude and condescending whenever called with questions or problems. They don’t keep the place up at all anymore. Painted it this summer (it was long overdue) and, just as with the lawn service, chose the cheapest company, apparently. It looks worse than before. As is pictured, the landscaping is nonexistent. They haven’t added mulch or done anything to protect mulched in areas. There is so much mud run off and there is a lake of water behind my building every time it rains. They are taking full advantage of jacking up rent prices in this economy and offering less and less for it. At this price point…you can do much better. I’m hoping I can get out of the lease early, as this has been the worst experience I’ve had in apartment living so far.

Stonepost Ranch brought Krazy Crepes in for a their Food Truck Event night and wow we were so impressed by their community. The staff and residents were so friendly and really enjoy living there. They boasted about the amenities and how Stonepost Ranch hosts multiple events for them each month. Stonepost Ranch really knows how to take care of their residents and their vendors! We look forward to doing business with them again!

The staff here is so friendly! The property is lovely as well, very well kept. They hosted a Holiday Market for the residents and I had the pleasure to have a booth to sell some of my handmade items. Definitely highly recommend!

So far, my roommates and I have a set move-in date and Keagan has been such a wonderful help during this process. She has answered all of our questions, concerns, and has communicated quickly & efficiently to make sure all of our needs are met. We have 2 ESAs, 3 roommates, and our move-in date was kind of last minute, so we had a lot to work with coming in to this new place. She has been so great at making sure everything was communicated to all of us and I couldn't recommend working with her enough. I'm excited to see what else this property holds, and if Keagan is involved in your moving process, I gaurantee you're in good hands! Thank you, Keagan!

Can’t say enough good things about this community. Beautiful grounds, so many amenities, the office staff is great- super responsive and personable, and maintenance is AMAZING- both Jeff and Kris are always so respectful, they get work orders done in such a timely manner, and go above and beyond for their residents. The manager, Brooke, is wonderful! She listens and takes care of anything you bring to her attention and exudes such joy when you’re around her. The people that live here are also super friendly, and everyone seems to say hi to each other or stop and chat when you’re walking around the community. Love this place and the only place I have stayed at for longer than a year here in OP because it actually feels like home. Highly recommend!

McKenzie is wonderful lease agent ! Actually had fun looking at my new apartment with her! A few tiny problems were wrong n taken care of immediately, matiance is great ! All office personnel are great ! Fun texts almost each week. Beautiful grounds. Beautiful apartment! I love my new apartment!

Great place to live. Lots of activities and functions for the tenants. 2 pools to take advantage of. They salt the sidewalks when there is ice or snow. As a tenant your able to rent out the club house for birthday parties or special events.

Loved my year at Stonepost, and truly hated to leave. My 2 bedroom 1st floor Henly was so spacious, clean and bright. The staff was always very polite and responded quickly to my requests. Amenties are unmatched from any complex I've lived in or toured. My kids and I enjoyed the sand beach zero entry pool so much this summer, and the staff are always putting on top notch community breakfasts and events to bring everyone together for food and fun. All of my neighbors were quiet and courteous, I never had any issues with noise. I got everything back from my deposit when I moved out, with no hidden undisclosed charges. My only complaint was that i couldn't stay longer. You all do a great job, and thank you so much for the wonderful care during our stay!
