My Grandma had pre-planned her service with Johnson County Chapel so when she passed I gave them a call, they coordinated the transportation of her remains from Virginia, found me someone to preform the service, helped me thru every step of the way keeping me in the loop with good and efficient communications. They let me know when there were options, what the pricing considerations were and why we might want that option. They did a great job of restoration for us to be able to have an open casket viewing. Overall very pleased.

My grandmother's funeral was unplanned, but this funeral home made every detail of her funeral come together beautifully. They were professional, courteous and helpful. They guided us patiently through each step. The grounds are peaceful and lovely, and very well located in an area that is easy accessible.

I was extremely pleased with the staff, facility, and services offered and provided! John, the gentleman we met with, was kind, very compassionate, and most helpful in explaining and helping us through this difficult time and the process, giving us options, and being patient while we struggled to make decisions. He made us feel safe to be able to talk and deal with our loss. We could not have been more pleased with how we were treated and the services they provided! I would highly recommended them to anyone grieving a loss.

It was good. Everyone we worked with was helpful and knowledgeable. The actual memorial was flawless.

I’ll start by saying; I’ve never seen a place like this. The Mausoleum was stunning and so peaceful. I only gave it four stars because it is hell’a expensive. Ironically, the funeral service was on Memorial Day ( it was snowing and icy) the entire service was done indoors and so very nice. For a truly somber occasion it really was quite amazing

The folks at Johnson County Memorial Gardens are professional, efficient, warm, kind and compassionate. Five members of our family have had services with them over the past 20 years, and each time we have been able to count on this business to treating our family as their own.

I would like to thank John, Elaine, Grady, and Bennie for going above and beyond any expectations we had to make sure all the details were just what we wanted. Funeral services provided were exemplary from the first moment of contact to the very end. The entire staff was most respectful, professional, caring and the chapel is absolutely beautiful and peaceful. They did such a terrific job to make sure my family and all guests had the best last time with our mom. I’d recommend over and over again.

The team at JCFC went above and beyond any expectations that our family may of had for Mom's Celebration of Life. Truly a caring and professional group.

I called requesting return call so I can start setting arrangements for my sister. She presently in a care facility and is very far from well. I have not had return call from DW Newcomers at 17hrs later when was told a director will be in touch with you in the next 15 minutes.
