👍👍 This place is amazing, most bad reviews are from people who dong understand what a gym is. The coaches can watch your kids, for you and you can see your kids fine from where the seats are. This place is fun and great for kids to play or practice gymnastics. The place may need work done to it but in... People often mention kids, play, time, area, great, open,

This place is amazing, most bad reviews are from people who dong understand what a gym is. The coaches can watch your kids, for you and you can see your kids fine from where the seats are. This place is fun and great for kids to play or practice gymnastics. The place may need work done to it but in my opinion, you can deal with it. The place doesn't make very much money anymore but they're still open and trying. STOP POSTING BAD REVEIWS WHEN IT'S NOT BAD AT ALL. Your acting like a Karen. THANK YOU

Went for Homeschool open play - what a great deal! So many fun things for the kids to do that we wouldn't normally have access to. Sean and Nathan were great - very encouraging to the kids doing rock climbing. Thanks for a great time!

Update 8/2/2023- spoke to someone at emerald city, they apologized for what happened and thanked me for letting them know about the incident so that they can better prepare next time. The person I spoke to mentioned that area SHOULD have been covered during open play. (Original) - I've been here twice. The second time we had an incident with one of our children. I'm posting this so that your supervising staff can better prepare next time or cover the area during open play where the incident occurred. My husband and I , along with other parents, were sitting on the top area (bleachers). We took both our kids this day for weekend open play (7/15). We could see most of the play area. At one point we could no longer locate our 4.5 year old. So we yelled at our 6 y.o. to see if he could see/find his brother. Our 6 y.o. starts crying and pointing to an area close by the rope swing/foam pit, so immediately we knew our kid had to be in there - stuck. No time to waste and my husband ran downstairs into the play area towards the area our other child pointed to. Husband located our child in an area that was about 6 feet deep (not exactly sure on depth but my husband struggled to get out himself after pulling our child out). The area was empty but deep. Not sure how our son got in there. Not sure if he jumped or fell. But he was scared and panicked that he couldn't get out. One of your supervising staff (teen) apologized and said she didn't see him go in there. Again, I'm just writing this so that you guys can do better next time being that it was during a scheduled time that parents aren't allowed on the floor.

What's there to say? It's a bare bones soccer stadium for kids. Pretty utilitarian if you ask me. But, it works.

Such a cool place! It's huge with so much cool stuff! Really have to keep an eye and play with your kids here if they're younger. Either way it was very safe.

Great place to take your kids when they are bored. Free play on Saturday is from 1-230p for 10$ a kid. And there's another one that starts around 5 I think. They love it there. Gets the energy out. They also do birthday parties and have little party rooms for rent.

This is a great party place to accommodate a wide age range from 3–8-year-olds. We celebrated my twins turning 8 and they absolutely loved it! The staff was most helpful with answering all my questions. I’d recommend it to others looking to host a fun party!

Love this gym! We've gone to this gym for years and the coaches are great! Coach Chance is a favorite in our home and a true treasure. My boys have gained confidence, body awareness and so many skills since beginning classes. They've done some renovations which look amazing. We've been to this gym for birthdays, open play and classes. Could not say enough great things about this gym/

We have hosted and attended many birthday parties here. Our kids absolutely love it, and have a blast. The rooms are a bit small for larger parties (15+), but they make up for it in spades! The staff has always been very friendly and accommodating. It's a fun, friendly environment that we will definitely be returning to!

Great place for kids to have fun and also the most competitive gymnastics in Kansas City. There’s a reason it’s been around for decades
