It’s what you expect from a Cheesecake Factory. The menu is still huge, so I recommend you look at it before you go. The food was good and tasted fresh. I can tell they are short on wait staff. It felt like they were controlling the number of tables per server and not filling the place up to just fill it up. We had an excellent and cheerful waitress. Overall, if you can get in early, it’s a nice place for a dinner outing.

We had dinner at this location and overall it was good. We made the mistake of not reserving. So upon getting there, it was impossible to find parking. We had to park across the street at a grocery store. It was also packed and a long waiting line. Took us 1h+ to finally get seated. The vibe is alrbut I personally find the place too busy and too noisy. The food was also good. Nothing extraordinary but not bad either. It came out in a timely fashion and was hot. Our server was courteous and took good care of us. Overall we had a good evening but this will not be my first choice.

First time ever to Cheesecake Factory and we fell in love. Our server Owen was amazing at guiding us through the menu and letting us get the full experience of the menu. Extremely attentive too! Food was also delicious! The servings are huge and easy to leave satisfied. So worth the hype, so worth the price.

Oh my goodness! I think I have just found my new favorite place to eat for special occasions! I believe this is my maiden voyage to cheesecake factory… When I stepped back outside, I think the streets were paved with gold as I was pretty sure I was close to heaven! I had chicken tacos and salted caramel cheesecake! I would highly recommend it! They do have other luscious looking desserts such as carrot cake, etc. if you come along. I was a bit intimidated by the fact that they had a 27 page menu. It would not surprise you that they took everybody else's order and then came back a few minutes later to take mine… 56 years and I still struggle! (I think I sat down in one before with a group of teachers; but, was too overwhelmed by the menu and not very hungry…)

Always a treat to go to Cheesecake Factory. Celebrated out granddaughters 18th and they did not disappoint. The fish and chips were great and more than I could eat. The Cole slaw was superior to any I have had. Everyone in our party was satisfied with their selection. Strawberry Cheesecake mmmmm delicious!

You can't go wrong by chooosing Cheesecake Factory. Wide range of food variety and cakes of course! Best place to get that date dinner with friends and family on your special day!

The Service was Phenomenal! KELSEY the waitress was awesome! She was so pleasant and kind. Very attentive. She made this visit the best ever! The food was great as well.

First time here. The food was delicious, good quality. Went with the server suggestion, the serving amount were pretty decent. The caramel pecan cheesecake was the best.

First timer to the Cheesecake Factory and was not disappointed! Pleased with the extensive meal selections, not just cheesecake! Had the Bang Bang Shrimp, Flat Bread Pizza, and a house salad. Best Bang Bang I have ever had, just the right amount of heat, very flavorful and a good-sized portion. (I would like to say that there was enough for leftovers, but I ate slow and enjoyed every last bite!) Markus was our friendly and knowledgeable server, with a great memory and prompt attention. We ordered all our cheesecakes to go, and they were delicious. My favorites were the Turtle and the Lemon Rasberry. The restaurant was clean and comfortable. The prices were higher than I was expecting, but everything was well worth it.

We went after Church on a busy Sunday and they handled a packed house very well. The food was decent and came quickly. Two minor issues: 1) $17 dumpling appetizer with only 4 tiny dumplings 2) A medium cook burger translated to rare for them

This was my first time to The Cheesecake Factory and it was fantastic! The dinner portions are huge, I could only eat half but had the other half for lunch the next day. It was so hard to choose a cheesecake, I decided on the tuxedo, and it was definitely a good choice!

I think most people know what they're getting when they go to Cheesecake Factory. The bread is great and so are the desserts, but it's still pretty pricey. This is a good location though with a great staff. Food is decent but portions are big so keep that in mind. You might want to share a dish or get a lunch sized portion if possible. The wait time is incredibly Iong so you should make a reservation even for lunch. We tried coming earlier in the week but the wait was over an hour so had to make a res for another day. Seems pretty accessible to me (ground level and wide walk ways). I didn't see the restrooms but I assume they are separated by gender.

Ehhh. The corn and green beans had way too much pepper on it. So much so you couldn't taste the food. I don't understand why. I also got the beet orange salad appetizer. That was amazing. Small but amazing. The mashed potatoes were okay but really lacked something. All in all it was an expensive trip with mediocre food.

First time visiting here. We decided to just go with small plates, appetizers, and cheesecake. The sliders were perfect! The salad was fresh and delicious! The calamari was very tasty and not overly battered. The service was excellent even though it was exceptionally busy because they offer brunch on the weekends.

There was a long wait so we decided to go to the bar area and were seated immediately. Even though they were busy the service was very good. The menu is extensive. Everything we ordered was very tasty and perfectly cooked and the portions were plentiful.

Ordered online. Website was easy to access and order. I've had multiple experiences at other restaurants where the food for order-for-pick-up has been disappointing so I tried not to have high expectations for this order as well. Fortunately, once arrived home after picking up, food was great. Tasted great. Looked great. Not under or over cooked. Well placed in containers.

Update: Such a fabulous place serving consistently delicious food! We skipped the apetizers and ordered three main courses for the two of us, the shrimp platter with fries and cole slaw, shrimp scampi and chicken Costoletta. The shrimp platter had the most delicious butterflied shrimp but the fries were just okay and the coleslaw was unimpressive. It came with two types of sauces and an aoili. The aoili was delicious! We didn't mind the fries and the coleslaw because it was the shrimp we wanted. The shrimp scampi was delectable and the chicken costoletta (skipped the asparagus and asked for more potatoes instead) was the star of the evening. I love the consistency about the cheesecake factory. You get great flavors every single time with the best desserts ofcourse. We had some leftovers and skipped desserts though. I hope to go soon and try their other chicken dishes. Older review for desserts- We were here for 30 minutes tops and visited only for non alcoholic drinks and desserts to mark an end to my husband's fabulous birthday. Our server Katelin was kind and fabulous and made his birthday extra special with a special dessert.

Holy cow that place is crazy busy on the weekends! We ended reserving our party of 3 for an early dinner for 4:45 pm. We still had close to a 20 minute wait upon checking in. Our server was very friendly and provide great feedback for menu items. I went with the Renee special and it was delicious! I loved the pasta packed with veggies and Parmesan cheese. Plus, the lunch portion was very filling. I received a free slice of cheesecake for joining their rewards program ahead of time. I chose the Snickers cheesecake and it was very sweet but delicious in small portions.

Dinner with the Family. It was good. I had a bad experience at the Plaza location. I must say this was a better experience. I'm in love with the cucumber mint lemonade. I had shrimp scampi and pasta and it was delicious 😋. We didn't have room for cheesecake unfortunately. 😢.

Delicious food. Friendly wait staff. Marquis was very attentive to our needs and quickly without words even being spoken, he was on it. My husband, myself and teen daughter, none of us have been to a Cheesecake Factory before. Of course we have had the cheesecake but never dined in one. It was a nice change from our fast food we were eating on our trip to Kansas. Thank you Marquis! You made our 1st visit very enjoyable.

One word ... AMAZING. From the service to the food and cleanliness. I enjoyed every moment, the staff was very friendly and our wait was about 5-10 minutes. I'd definitely go back!

Havent eaten at this particular one but Id say most of the time TCF rates above average. That said just wanted to update you on their cheesecakes. I think the cakes have gotten smaller (go figure with inflation) but i dont have any evidence to back that claim up so im going to leave some photos so you can make up your own mind. Its just shy of 10$ per slice for these.

Their food is very inconsistent. You can eat there once and have no issues, get the same exact thing the next time and you’re missing silverware, cold food, smashed food, no bread etc. not only that if you do curbside and they miss something, you have to call and they usually have an attitude, never apologize, and take 20+ minutes to come out. Not only that I have had someone tell me “the food wouldn’t have been cold if you got here on time” even though I was in the parking lot waiting 15+ minutes before they texted me to tell me it was even ready. I attached some photos of some mozzarella “sticks” I got, that were smashed into a tiny container and turned into one ball of cheese. Disgusting and greasy.

Let me tell you, when I say they cheeses my cake factory I mean they cheesed my cake factory it was very good. I got some Korean chicken nuggets and they were really good. Got me a whittle swice of cheese cake and it was also good. Got it to go though because I was so full from eating 3 loaves of bread before even getting my food. Cheese was good. I think next time I go I will try the factory. Also just a little story time, as we were getting out of the car my wife stood up full force, but forgot to get out of the car. Crazy right? So she smashed her skull on the roof of the car and then complained about how it hurt. I felt bad, but I was also like “babe why did you do that? It was self inflicted.” Anyway after she cheesed her cake factory she was better.

Our waitress was very professional, wonderful menu, bread was really good, appetizers was delicious, our pasta was really good. Wonderful selection of cheese cakes. Overall a very nice experience at The Cheese Cake Factory.

I've wanted to stop here for dinner for a long time and finally did following the Vision event at the Overland Park Convention Center in March 2023. What a great experience! The menu is amazing and actually is hard to pick what you want for dinner, there are so many good choices! But this time I had dinner with a friend who is familiar with the menu and she helped me choose a great meal. Sheila's Chicken & Avocado Salad. Yum! You won't be disappointed. Thanks!

The Atmosphere is nice and the service is amazing. That was the second time for me there. I asked for a well done steak it came half cooked. The beans were not cooked as last time. i ordered brown rice but i got white rice instead. And the most disgusting thing is that i found a ladybug 🐞 in the salad. However, the waitress was so nice about it. He apologized and he didn’t charge us for the salad. He even changed the eye rib steaks.

The waiter was excellent and professional. The atmosphere was nice. It had a cool Egyptian inspired theme. I got the Korean fried chicken because I can't have dairy, and this entre was dairy free. It had excellent texture. The sauce on the chicken was too much soy/sodium for my liking. The avadaco was so small and thin that it might have even existed. There was enough quantity of food for a large man like me. Overall, it was a good time. My meal was about $20 plus a tip, drinking water. It's too pricey for me to visit often,

Daniel, our welcoming waiter, expertly guided us to delightful choices: coconut mojito, off-menu salmon with lemon sauce, capers, and the Korean BBQ cauliflower app. My date's chicken Madeira was also a hit. The meal was superb, and the atmosphere simply enjoyable.

We love eating here! Yes the line/wait can be a bit long at times but well worth the wait. We had avocado egg rolls, YUM, along with other items. Love their mixed cocktails! Always something for everyone. Thank you for great service & delicious food!

Horrible Costumer service! We want it to celebrate our 17 wedding anniversary. We know is always super busy but we were patient! They said Two Hrs to get a table, We waited for 2 and 1/2 hours or more. We ask for and update or what’s going on, after the two hours they said there was two people behind us, after waiting second time we ask and they said they have sent a text, which never happened we showed out phone 😏 and they told my husband there was another 45 min waitlist. 😓😤Unacceptable!! It’s is a nice place to for special occasions but to be disappointed 😔🤷🏻‍♀️ By the way we enjoyed our dinner in another place after the bad experience and we enjoyed our trade Joe’s sweet treat we got from the time we were try to spent our precious time.

I went to The Cheesecake Factory this morning to purchase a cake for my husbands birthday. I had a gift card to use. The cashier and the manager went out of their way to help me and were so incredibly patient. The manager went above and beyond the make the experience great. Every employee I came in contact with were so friendly and accommodating. I will definitely be back.

This restaurant is one of my favorites! Today I ordered a beet salad, stuffed mushrooms, and two pieces of vanilla bean cheesecake which I highly recommend. Everything looked exceptionally good after I got home with my curbside order. They included utensils butter and bread as usual and all were fresh and the appearance of everything was perfect. I try to go here fairly frequently when I'm in the area. I highly recommend the staff and location in Overland Park. Thank you to the staff and restaurant for always exceeding my expectations!

I was initially concerned when I read some of the other reviews of this restaurant. My wife, her cousin, her husband, and I dined here last Sunday afternoon (02/06/22). Our cousin had made phone reservations for us, and followed up confirming them. When we arrived five minutes early we were seated immediately. There were some other waiting, however I believe they were walk-in customers who hadn't called ahead. Once seated the servers were very helpful. They brought us fresh warm bread, took our drink orders and served them. After a few minutes for us to look over the menu choices, they took our orders. After no more than 15 minutes we had our dinner. Warm, well presented, and well prepared food. I had the Shepherd's Pie, while my wife had a Curry dish. They were both prepared wonderfully, and we enjoyed them thoroughly. Fortunately, we noted the size of a nearby order of cheesecake so we left room for desert. All of them were excellent, and we walked out very impressed and delighted. I'm well aware that circumstances for others my differ than ours, however we were absolutely delighted. We'll be back, all four of us.

Actually I’m not a big fan of cakes, so this is my order .. Pizza with fresh basil and tomatoes & classic cheese burger . So the food is not bad it’s good, but they staff was very helpful and friendly, however they under stress of work . So Big Thank you .

It's a consistent chain with over priced food and good cheesecake. I'd rather go to a bakery that offers cheesecake, but I'm struggling to find those here. So this wins by default. Don't get me wrong, really good cheesecake, just want something a bit more mom and pa in the future from KC if we can muster it.

Food was AMAZING! So tender and juicy! The cheesecake was soooo good! I celebrated my 30th birthday here and it was my first time at a cheesecake factory! Can't wait to go back!
