My wife enrolled me in BR's Grilled Cheese Sandwich. It was fun, informative and we learned the keys to a gray grilled sandwich. The three sandwiches Robert & Sherry made (along with their tomato soup) were excellent. Highly recommended!

They're proud of their food. A little too proud. While the taste was good, their sandwiches are way overpriced. $13 for a chicken salad sandwich on croissant (no sides, chips, etc.) is way too much. Especially since the portion size is small. McLain's Bakery is a much better value and just as good, if not better. Wasn't impressed with cookies either. Blue Chip Cookies is more affordable and baked fresh, and delicious. I won't be back to Best Regards.

Turkey club was great. The thin slices of white bread were perfectly lightly toasted, bacon perfectly crisp, and the oven roasted turkey juicy. I love how they individually seal-wrap their cookies. The chocolate chip cookie was pretty good, but it was overloaded with chocolate chips, which made it too sweet for me. The apple pie cookie and oatmeal toffee were just the right amount of sweetness and were delicious. The cookies are thick, tender, and cakey on the cookie texture scale. I agree with a few reviews that the prices are on the high side, but I don't mind occasionally spending more at local businesses. I'll certainly be back to try other items.

This place is delicious and probably has the best sugar cookies I’ve ever had. Me and my wife got a dozen of the small sugar cookies the other day and almost ate the whole box one afternoon. I haven’t had their lunch yet but if it’s as good as their sweets, then it’s going to taste amazing. I also love that they always have new cookie designs every week. Anytime there’s a big movie coming out, they usually have themed cookies.

I had the pleasure of visiting Best Regards Bakery in Overland Park this morning, and it was an incredible experience. The breakfast burritos were absolutely delicious - perfectly cooked eggs, flavorful sausage, and just the right amount of spice. I also tried a few breakfast pastries, which were equally amazing. But it wasn't just the food that impressed me - the atmosphere was fantastic as well. Best Regards Bakery has a great vibe for a morning get-together with friends, or for knocking out some quick work emails. I highly recommend stopping by and checking it out for yourself!

Enjoyed everything I ordered very much. The cinnamon roll had the perfect amount of frosting on it. Letting me have some for each bite of the roll. The chicken salad was hands down one of the best I’ve found in this area. Can’t wait to come back and try some new things!

Warm and welcoming staff. Owner was walking around and talking with customers. The buffalo chicken sandwich was delicious. The chicken is tender due to it being sousvide and tossed with buffalo sauce on a brioche bun. The chicken salad sandwich was also tender and delicious. The potato salad is mayo based with soft potato cubes and the broccoli salad was crunchy with sunflower seeds and raisins.

We were weekly customers and everyone whom visited us would become indoctrinated with the restaurant mentioned. However one afternoon we took some friends in from Arkansas for the experience. Pricey isn't the half of it. They ran out apparently of everything because they served day old bread for the sandwiches and a quarter piece of dessert as a complimentary side so we received half portion but we're charged full price. Approximately total bil was $60.00 including tip. That's been three years ago, never been back........not planning on ever returning. Sad experience from a one time patron.

I got lucky coming across this place! The ham and swiss croissant was phenomenal, buttery and flaky and the oatmeal raisin cookie was AWESOME! Super soft and chewy, would give 6 stars if I could (and the whole store smelled amazing)

We had such high hopes for this hyped up bakery that we heard about in a podcast. The staff was friendly but the food was so overpriced it was hard to appreciate. An average/basic pastrami sandwich was $17 with no sides whatsoever - not even a pickle or chips. The guys in our family absolutely love a great Pastrami sandwich but this one just didn't meet the mark. It seemed to be good quality but with very little flavor (same experience with the grilled cheese sandwiches - average/good but little flavor). It cost our family (4 adults and 2 small children) nearly $100 for lunch and all we had were basic sandwiches and drinks. I did appreciate the GF chocolate chip cookie however (not included in our $100 meal) - it was one of the better ones I've had. We are foodies and I was very surprised and disappointed after all of the talk that the food didn't live up to the hype. We wish them well though, they seem to have a good following!

This place is really great. From the Paridise Bacon with cheese (grilled cheese sammich) to their vast selection of like 1” tall and big cookies, breads, euclairs and more, this is a must to look into Especially if you’re goin to Whole Foods anyway, tis a 2 minute walk from there.

Delicious baked goods! I stopped in for some treats and they were wonderful. They had soups and sandwiches that also looked good. Their sugar cookies are beautiful and fun. They have a huge variety of other types of cookies. There is seating inside and outside.

Apple pie bar is to die for. Everyone was so nice, and we will definitely be going back. It's such a beautiful café with a great selection of bakery items. I'm going back just to try more!

Never disappointed - my go-to lunch whenever I'm headed this way! Update: July 2023: picked up wonderful decorated cookies for my favorite Swiftie and had a great Buffalo chicken sandwich with a wedge salad. Everything was so fresh. Had chocolate almond and chocolate brownie Gelato for dessert and took an oatmeal chocolate chip and a chocolate crinkle cookie to go. They were sealed in packages still delicious 4 days later.

If you aren't upper crust you can't eat there. The food tastes good, cookies and pastries are okay, but way overpriced. If you would like a $20 lunch that's cold cut sandwich. I had went a few times and it will break the bank. I tried several sandwiches and deserts they tasted fine but has a atmosphere of a start up and every where around is cheaper. Also uses a cash register that displays the level tip to the public and your name. I want a community feel in independent places but community can't exist if you can't afford to go there. May be some day can afford to be self righteous. I do have restaurants and bakerys I frequent the staff and I know each other and tip generously as something nice not out of obligation or shame.

First time there. Heard of them first on the Toby Tobin show. Now, on the owners' show. Desserts were fantastic. The breakfast sandwich was great. Breakfast burritos were good. Hash browns were horrible. Service was fantastic.

Great little sandwich shop and bakery. I was looking for a St Louis gooey butter cake and couldn't resist getting the turkey club and a French Dip to go. Very pleased I did. The smoky bacon, fresh turkey, Jack cheese and lettuce with that heirloom tomato was delicious. Very good turkey club. I was was pretty full but had to try a little bit of the butter cake, very similar to what I had in St Louis. It's a little pricier than say a fast food sandwich shop by maybe a dollar or 2, but for fresh ingredients, heirlooms...ill pay the little extra. It's fresh made to order, so allow a few minutes for your order and enjoy the friendly surroundings. Nice lunch, thank you Best Regards Bakery!

Please put on your website that your KITCHEN closes at 3. Your hours indicate you close at 5, nothing about the cafe closing at 3. We tried to have lunch today after 3, we were met at the entrance by you telling us the kitchen was closed. I always check hours on the website. Thank you.

Ordered the Ultimate BLT. Previously, sandwich was made with 3 pieces of bread and generous bacon, lettuce, and heirloom tomato slices - sooo good!. Today, sandwich was made with 2 pieces of bread, some bacon, very little lettuce, and a single, very small slice of tomato. I’m not sure if this is an endorsed change made by management or if this is a training issue with the kitchen staff. Either way, although I understand business overhead costs, I think $13 is too much for a slim sandwich without sides. That said, I always enjoy the bakery items that I’ve bought when I’ve visited.

Had lunch there yesterday because Pitch recommended their pastrami sandwich. It's not on the menu, just ask for it. The size of a slider, don't let the size fool you, it's packed with rich pastrami and with a salad I was plenty full. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Solid Choice For Baked Good. Tasty Cookies for sure. Cinnamon Roll was good just not phenomenal with how it was made. Now add the insane amount of icing they have in a squeeze container then it’s delicious. Decent Prices. Fast Service

We Eat Local! We aren't really chain restaurant people and get really excited when we find a local place that consistently has fantastic food. We are always flexible to the changes in the menu, what's available and what might be sold out because EVERYTHING we have tried from salads, soups, sandwiches, holiday cookies, everyday cookies, rolls, and fresh baked goods have been AMAZING!!! LOVE the potato soup, Tobys chicken salad sandwich and lemon blueberry cookie!!! But even when they don't have those we have ordered the avocado chicken salad and the Porcetta sandwich, which were fantastic!! If you love fresh made food, this is the place to be.

This bakery has the best cookies I've ever tasted, the cinnamon roll is on another level. There is no cinnamon roll around better, I tried their cookies day and instantly fell in love. A vendor of ours delivered some for Christmas. I have visited Best Regards numerous times since then. If you want a fantastic cookie or any other kind of pastry. I would strongly advise you go to Best Regards Bakery. 👌 I cannot give them enough praise, the prices seem abut high at first. But if you want the best quality then its definitely worth the price.
