Waited about 15 minutes for 2, 2 for 5s. When we got our burgers they were at best room temp and all the sauces and toppings were piled on one side with mustard all over the top of the buns of both burgers and almost covering the whole wrapper. Wouldn’t have cared too much about the wait if it looked like the cooks cared at all.

I really wanted some Sonic tonight 😪 I drove 12 mins out since my neighborhood Sonic is always closing 😕 before closing time..... to only receive a cold burger with hard bun, baby slices of bacon...and both Toaster sandwiches was... let's just say a soft sandwiches..😒 my son was so disappointed. I got there at 10:28pm they close at 11pm so maybe the grill was turned off 🤷🏾‍♀️ but just let me know that the kitchen is closed so I don't waste my money on cold food made on a Lukewarm grill or stove.....

Service was great, although it seemed they were understaffed with only 1 girl serving all orders. She was great! Fries and onion rings were good. My gripe was the hamburger meat tasted like it was tainted or freezer burned, not sure but, the Hamburger was nasty... pretty sure I wont ever go back to this location.

Very disappointed. My fiancé asked for no ketchup or Mayo on his burger. Not only was both heavily on there, but the burger was cold. My popcorn chicken was hard and very Luke warm. Our Cherry limeades tasted like carbonated water.

Horrible service. Guy that took my order made me feel like a jerk for ordering cheddar bites. In a tone implying stupidity, he told me they hadn’t offered those for more than a year. Yet, in a year’s time they also had not removed cheddar bites from their menu. And, I get diarrhea every time I eat their nasty food. I guess I remember I why I swore this place off more than a year ago. Don’t waste your money here! #riseupagainstbadservice

WORST EXPERIENCE I have been sitting here for 30 minutes watching the three girls goof off inside and eat instead of work. they have only brought one person food in the past 15 minutes and people were leaving because they didn’t get there food. you need to hire new people. we finally left 45 minutes later because we didn’t get our food. keep in mind we only ordered tater tots and a lemonade. absolutely ridiculous.

I had a interesting order and it took them a couple times to understand but they were busy and got it corrected plus we’re very nice!!! Love the popping bubbles! Thank you for helping me even though it was a weird request! ♥️

I stopped at this Sonic last night cause I was craving the Trick or Treat blast, when I got there I thought oh, maybe some chili cheese tots would be good too. I accidentally ordered chili cheese fries, that’s on me, however what I got was absolutely disgusting, the stalest fries I’ve ever eaten, they had very clearly been sitting out the whole day under a heat lamp and I’m appalled that they would serve that to a customer, it honestly tasted like vomit mixed with the cheese. And of course I didn’t even figure this out until I got home from the 15 minute drive so by the time I realized what I was give, the store was closed. And mind you we had to sit there for almost an hour, about 30 minutes per our order and they weren’t large orders at all, 2-3 times each. Now moving on from the fries, my blast, so the Trick or Treat blast is advertised to have three candies inside, typically Oreos, m&ms, and then snickers or Reese’s, I received mine and it only had Oreos and m&ms. Not a huge deal but I would’ve liked to try all three.

I stopped by today on my lunch break thinking “hey I have a taste for a chicken slinger) so I ordered my food. Then I go about my day and head back to work. I then pull up to my job getting ready to eat my lunch. And to my surprise it’s an over cooked, teeny tiny piece of chicken. Guys my dog wouldn’t even eat this if I fed it to him. So of course I have a few minutes left on my lunch break and go back up there. The manager comes out I explain to her my issue. I then go on to show her the chicken. In which I asked would you eat this, she’s politely responds with no. So she offered me a refund. However you could’ve offered me a full refund and offered a fresh chicken sandwich. Just good customer service in my opinion. But did Whitney do that, no she didn’t. So now I’m at work writing this review wishing I had time to go somewhere else, but I don’t. So moral of the story is that I will not go to this sonic again. And if you choose to check your food.

The worse thing they ever did was forget a condiment. I eat here regularly because I work nearby, and it's consistently good. I don't know who the manager is, because I've never needed their help, but they are doing a fine job running this Sonic.

Tried their new drink, the Polynesian Punch and Tropical Colada. Also had the Buffalo chicken bites which was pretty good.

I mostly come to sonic, using the app to take advantage of the half price drinks for happy hour (non-alcoholic.) Great way to have wait service bring you a to-go drink. Coke products served here.

we ordered food through the app. we got to sonics 10min before closing. The server Gabriel came out and told us they could not make our food because they were closing. And the money will go back on to my card immediately. it's 6 6 days later. And still no refund . The phone is always busy ,. I went back the next day, I waited for a manager for 45 min. And then I was told the manager left . I will never order through the app again or go to this Sonic's ever again.

If you don't leave a good size tip they will hold your items for ransom (it feels like) or until the other people are served. Do not get Mariah. That's the name that popped up who will be with you shortly.

I think they needed a few more people on staff, had a little bit of a wait. But everything came correctly and was fresh. Would not stop me from returning! I recommend this sonic location.

This is the BEST SONIC EVER. The quality of food here is exquisite. I go out of my way to get to this sonic because it is a 10/10 without fail. The food is nothing short of superb every time. It is so much better than any other sonic I have been to. The food here is what you want all the other sonics to be. Who ever owns this location should be proud of themselves. You all are doing an astounding job. Keep it up!

Just needed a quick iced tea and they were able to provide, even though there were several people there before me.

First I want to point out I only came for a milkshake, just had jaw surgery so am on a soft liquid diet. My past experience with their nom icecream good has been mediocre. They had a few machines down and no safety cones blocking the spaces with machines down, so it was an inconvenience to park 3 times before finding a machine that was working. But the service was top notch I ordered a milkshake extra creamy so I wouldn't need a straw as there milkshakes are normally quite thick.

Shout out to Carly! She was very polite and thorough with our order. We’ve had so many bad experiences at other Sonic’s. But this location is a breath of fresh air.

Dont waste your time in this branch HORRIBLE experience. Basically I Paid 16+ for 4 French toast sticks and 1 orange juice, because what was meant to be my food (1 toast sandwich with egg and cheese and 1 sonic supreme Burrito), ended up in the garbage. The egg was made long back for both burrito and sandwich, the toast bread was also toasted long back and it was cold. On top of that, the burrito's tortilla was completely raw. Guys, a little effort wouldn't hurt. Cooking a flour tortilla is not hard, seriously. Nasty food. Horrible branch and service.

The worst service imaginable! Not even served. Long pauses between placing order with young female, with attitude, prompting me to ask “are you there”. Then repeating the order five time and each time I repeated the entire order. Followed by another Long pause then female asks what do you want in your sandwich? Incredible, maybe she should stop using her cell phone and pay attention to her job. I said “Forget the order we are leaving”, and she asks “do you want to Cancel the order?” Yes, but as we are leaving the dad in car next to us is telling the staff his order was never delivered. We both left and went across street to Freddys. Either management is NOT training this young people or we are viewing a a DUMB bunch of lazy kids under 21 or BOTH!

Just had an order, complete trash. Drink isn’t correct, burger was cold with mushy garden. Trash trash trash

The longest wait for the coldest most disgusting food I've had from a sonic in a long time. Couldn't eat it, in the trash. Gross. Be careful eating here at night. I'll never go back.

Not bad. Took a bit to get the food. But everything was right and fresh.

This particular location is hit & miss on quality. The last visit was a charred & crunchy on the edges burger and OLD and burnt tater tots. But the ice cream is always yummy.
