for
the
following
...
The
mattress
was
in
need
of
replacement.
I
told
them
the
first
night.
Was
told
it
would
be
replace
the
following
day.
It
was
not
changed
out
the
during
our
7
night
stay.
When
I
said
something
on
the
check
out
process,
they
told
me
they
would
tell
maintenance.
The
room
was
in
need
of
a
complete
cleaning.
For
instance,
there
was
cobwebs
on
the
wall
by
the
ceiling.
The
basics
were
done
however
it
needed
better
attention
to
details.
Housekeeping
is
only
done
by
request.
This
was
not
told
to
us
as
we
check
in,
we
found
this
out
through
experience.
We
removed
the
"do
not
disturb"
sign
so
housekeeping
would
clean
the
room.
When
we
returned
later
in
the
evening,
the
room
had
not
been
cleaned.
When
I
went
downstairs
looking
for
clean
towels,
I
was
told
I
would
need
to
request
housekeeping
services
..
not
automatic.
The
breakfast
was
ok
and
plenty
to
choose
from.
