An administrative mess during the time of this post. I've had two appointments and was informed after the second visit that the office will not currently accept my insurance but to "wait 2 to 3 weeks". Likewise, during my second visit I filled out an additional 10 pages of paperwork due to "recent changes". Apparently there was a merger that only the doctors knew about. This has cost me time for a care plan. Michelle (Senior VP) has been great in attempting to work through this; all of that said, administratively this has been the worst experience with the medical community I have ever had. To get the care needed in an acceptable timeframe I am now going elsewhere. I would challenge Apex to do this: get better.

I had to wait a little long. My appointment at 10:15, did see Shannon till 10:45 I think. She was very friendly and efficient, got my X-Rays and examination very quickly. A two year checkup for shoulder replacement.

Dr. Sisk is a LIAR. Lied straight to my face, telling me that I would have a follow up appointment after a FCE(physical evaluation) and we would talk further options because I'm still very much injured. After, He signed me off to go back to work like nothing happened and I'm 100% healthy... Why would he lie like that? I couldn't even complete the FCE because of the pain I was in. I was bedridden for 2 weeks after not able to sleep, drive, barely walked. It was terrible and I'm still recovering and now he wont even talk to me after reaching out multiple times. I have a lower back injury that is causing a ton of sciatic pain in my right hip/leg and all he did was schedule me a month of PT and Dry Needling. That didn't do much and now he's saying that's all he can do to help me... He could've referred me to a different doctor for nerve damage. We talked chiropractic and things of that nature. I have no clue why he would just walk away and say that I'm healthy. Don't trust Dr. Sisk

If you ever need to get carpal tunnel surgery, this is the place to go. Excellent services, and the surgery takes very little time. Travel time for me is a little far, but well worth the extra miles, easy to locate.

A very good team of physicians and physicians assistants. Scheduling becomes a robotic experience. After scheduling is completed the robotics continues with a programed message delivered with a message or e-mail. When in the office the experience is good beginning with the friendly reception through the checkout.

The staff and Drs and nurses are very kind and welcoming. I have one major complaint in that I did not see Dr. Deardorf but instead saw ,Kim, Dr.s Physician Assistant. She was very nice but made sure to tell me there would be no prescription for pain medication!! My wrist is broken and hurts like hell! I am 70 years old, a nice lady and need something for this pain!! I am not a Junkie or a Pill Popper or a drug addict and I don't like being treated as one. Needless to say after I have this cast removed after another 4 weeks, I will never again use KC Orthopedics!!

Don't go there! They tell you to be there at at 6:30 AM when they don't open till 7:00 AM. They don't care about the patients, at all. I do not recommend them.

It was a great experience meeting real professional - Doctor David Clymer. Within 1 week my pain is almost gone.

Love this place! My PA fixed my "trigger finger", my thumb on my right hand. It was in a lot of pain; its amazing what you can't do when your thumb is out of order. One steroid shot and I was AOK in a few days. Wish I had gone earlier. Thanks again KCOA!

Dr. Van de Bergh performed rotator cuff and bicep tear on me in August 2022. Within 5 months, as a registered nurse, I have returned to full duties and active range of motion without pain. This is huge for me on account I was in severe pain for one year prior to surgery due to insurance issues. I cannot say enough positive comments about Dr. Van de Bergh, KC Orthopedic Alliance and Overland Park Surgery center. They were all professional, courtesy, available, sensitive and receptive. I am so glad and grateful I was referred to him by my PCP. It has been a great experience. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Van de Bergh and KC Orthopedic Alliance.

This is a great place, I've gone there many times for several sports related orthopedic issues and they haven't failed me yet! Needless to say that I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I've been very happy with the providers here. Dr. McCabe diagnosed and repaired a hip injury that I've been dealing with for 16 years, that no other provider had been able to figure out! Everyone I've dealt with in the office has been friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend them!

The doctor and all of the staff are simply marvelous. Dr. Clymer is a wonderful doctor. He is calm, as gentle as is possible and he explains all options available. Thank you for my care.

Very efficient. Broke my foot on a holiday weekend. Called on Tues and got an appointment on Wednesday. Surgery was first thing Friday morning at KCOI. Dr Kneidel was great, as was everyone I encountered in the whole process. Extremely efficient, competent, compassionate and knowledgeable! I love they have specialist in each area, so you know you’re getting someone specializing in your issue.

Great staff, well cared for by everyone! Wait times not bad at all. If you have a shoulder injury I would most certainly advise you to consult with Dr. Greg R. Van den Berghe. He is at the top of his field. What other's diagnosed as arthritis, Dr. Van den Berghe found (after x-rays and scans) to be rotator and biceps tears. Recovering from surgery takes a lot of time and hard work in rehab but so very worth it! My range of motion has almost completely returned, I'm building back strength, and most blessedly, nearly pain free. It is impossible to thank he, his staff, and the Physical Therapists at St. Luke's South enough.

My husband had ankle surgery back in February 2023. Dr. Doan is probably one of the nicest doctors that we have met. He is very compassionate, caring and friendly. He always took the time to make sure that he was comfortable. We have been to the office several times and have always received the best care. Would def recommend him. Thank you again for everything Dr. Doan!!

Dr. Moore & staff are fantastic. The whole process was the smoothest that I have experienced in healthcare in 20 years. I'm grateful that she took time to listen to me, and help provide ideas for treatment. Great people to work with.

I won't be back I do not like Dr Dierdorf. She was very rude and wouldn't listen to me as to what had happened to my hands and when I told her that the physical therapist said I had nodule she felt them and said oh yeah I don't know if you'll need surgery. I explained I can't even straighten out my ring finger and she asked me my age I told her I'm 67 and she literally flicked her hand and said oh, I said I had been forced into early retirement just prior to her asking my age and once again she just flicked her hand like oh well. She's no spring chicken or else she has had a very very alcoholic life I don't like her and I won't be back. Susan long, the only reason I gave two stars is the staff was nice that's all I have to say.

I had a bad hand injury and Dr. Deardorff took very good care of me. Surgery went well and all the checkups were great. Top notch team. The therapy I needed was across the hall so it worked out perfectly. My therapist, Sami, was great. She really knows her stuff.

In the process of treating my particular problem I've been to Apex probably 4-5 times. I'm consistently impressed by the professionalism of the staff and the amount of care & time they spend with me as a patient. They're always very careful to make sure I understand the nature of the medical problem, the reasons for the diagnosis, and the type of treatment recommended. Stephanie's care and concern is especially appreciated.

Full knee replacement and walking the 1st day. I'm still blown away. Dr Abraham is excellent. He is very detailed, and gives good direction, on which preferred treatment, is best for each individual. Most Grateful ,for his true care, and compassion in this field. His bedside manner is outstanding as well. If, and when, I have to have the other leg, I will no longer feel I need to put it off, from fear of the process. Well done, Doc! Huge blessing to Apex and Kansas City! THANK YOU!!

This was my first appointment with Dr. Moore. She was thorough and took the time to communicate not only her findings, but all of my options even though some of these procedures would require a referral to a different doctor. I decided to move forward with a procedure she is able to perform in her office. I will update this review with my results, but so far I have been very pleased the Dr. Moore and would highly recommend her to friends and family.

My experience with Dr. Moore, at Apex Sports Medicine has been very positive. She is very competent and confident in her abilities. She is very thorough in explaining things and answers any and all questions. I am very pleased to have found this group of doctors. I had seen Dr. Kneidel when I broke my ankle. I chose to go there instead of the emergency room during COVID. I was very pleased with that experience also. The personnel are all very kind.

Dr. Moore was thorough, kind, and allowed me to ask many questions during my visit. She took the time to answer all my questions. I would recommend her to my friends and family with certainty that they would be treated with one of the best.

I wanted to share the above and beyond customer service and patient care we've received while at KC Orthopedic Alliance! It all started wirh Andrew Baltes, front desk rep! Everytime we come into the office, he always gives a warm welcome and a smile you can see through a mask! We greatly appreciate his willingness to help, his resourcefulness, and his insight of the company. Additionally, the providers are top notch, including Dr. McCabe, Dr. Khadavi, but especially PA Stephanie Shull. We mostly see Stephanie, which we are overly grateful for that option as she too has great insight, experience and patient care that goes above expectations. Honestly, words cannot describe the quality of care we have received, but I hope this sheds some light on the immaculate people working for KC Orthopedic Alliance!

KCOA has done a super excellent job of treating my Achilles’ tendon rupture. It required surgery and 8 months no weight on the foot. The surgeon, Dr Kneidel did a superior job. It has been 2 1/2 weeks and I’ve experienced no pain. No one can believe it, but it’s true. Happy patient!!!!

I have received AMAZING care and treatment by all of the staff at the Nall location as well as each of the other (2) KC Ortho Alliance offices I have visited. I cannot say enough about Dr. McCabe and Dr. Karlin! They have both been phenomenal and have done their absolute best to get me back to work as a Firefighter/EMT for a neighboring large department as quickly and as safely as possible, ensuring I am back to full duty status!

Process was simple. I was given good instructions. Asked what time I would return equipment so that she would be there. The test was simple, and returning equipment was fast. Thank you!
