Called ahead at 4:30pm to get the holiday hours. On the call with that's exact location, AN EMPLOYEE told me the closing time today was 6 pm (holiday hours). When I arrived at 4:45 pm, a gentlemen tells me to leave because the store is closing at 5 and that the cafe has been closed since 4 pm! Even the website says the holiday hours close at 6!

Nordstrom Cafe consistently delivers much more than I'd expect from a department store restaurant. We go here very often, and we were always very pleased with our meals. The food is delicious and the portions are great. The service is also great. I also like how comfortable the seating is. We usually get tiramisu but we didn't this time. We regretted it. It's a fully accessible restaurant, restrooms are those located within the store. They are not gender neutral. They are mostly accessible.

I thought the food was pretty tasty however the portions are a little small for the money you pay. My pasta was $12 and it was child size. That being said everything tasted really good and my peanut cookie was good!

First Time Coming Here And I Was Very Happy. Service Was amazing, the food was great and if course the entire restaurant was immaculate. Wish It wasn't moving away soon. :( but, I definitely recommend trying it out.

Their selection of frozen dumplings is great! They also have frozen poultry, seafood and meats but I always buy fresh fish and goat meat from their fresh meat section. I'm planning to buy a few woks and dimsum steamers from here next month! They have a large & impressive collection of classic woks, pans etc.

Very very good! I've never eaten at a nordstrom cafe but I've heard tons of people rave about it. I stopped in for a quick lunch, also not realizing how pricey it was... I ordered the salmon salad and it was wonderful! I'm a salmon salad lover and order it every chance I get. This one did not disappoint. My waiter, Miguel, was precious! He immediately introduced himself, asked if I wanted bread, and brought out a hot roll. Once my food was delivered, he continued to check up on me. Not in an annoying way by any means. He brought me his business card with a chocolate mint. Very classy spot, out of the food court. I would certainly recommend for a nice lunch or dinner!

Upscale cafeteria dining with a varied and tasty menu. It's a little pricey but overall I'd say worth it. The Asian chicken salad is particularly good. And those famous Royale cookies are a must!

Everything I've ever ordered here is exceptional. The tomato basil soup is a favorite, as is the cilantro lime chicken salad. The deserts are the best I've ever had , even better than an expensive restaurant.

I really love this Cafe. The truffle fries and the tomato soup are favorites, but everything I've ever had is great. Service is always top notch. Edit 4/21/21 Reunited and it feels so good! I've been missing my bi-weekly lunches at Nordstrom Cafe, and I am so glad to see that the Roma tomato soup, and service are just how they have always been. The French dip is hands down my favorite sandwich, and there's just one of the best, with fresh potato chips! Dave has worked here forever and always takes excellent care of us, It appears they're back to full menu, and have a really good kids menu! Don't overlook this delicious destination just because it's in the mall, you will not be disappointed!

I love eating at the Nordstrom’s Cafe! The food is always good, staff is friendly and it’s a great place to share a bottle of wine and catch up. However, yesterday’s experience left me upset and my gf were put off after our experience. As always our food was great- it’s the gentlemen (I’m being nice- they were rude!) “serving” us. Our table had crumbs so I took a napkin and had to wipe it off-the server came over gave it a half wipe knocking the crumbs on the seat and walked away. When a different server brought our food- I asked if my pizza had the GF crust-(honestly it looked too good!) that when server #2 got rude- said “if that’s what you ordered that’s what it is”. I have serious allergy issues so I explained that it just looked different-he said “fine” and went to check-this took long enough that my pizza was then cold- he was perturbed I had asked. Neither he nor the other gentleman offered to refill out iced tea, and didn’t remove our dishes until we started to leave. They did leave the “tray” with chocolates. We did not leave a tip- not really feeling we got service that warranted a gratuity. As we left the tall older (gray haired) server walked past us and said “thanks for nothing”! Needless to say the three of us we in shock and feel the actions of these two servers were both rude and harassing. I can’t say I won’t be back- I love this place but yesterday wasn’t a great experience.

I had dinner with a friend last night, and my entrée of chicken with arugula and other veggies on the salad was bland along with the chicken being overcooked. My friend's salmon was also overcooked, so we were both disappointed. The server was friendly and warm, and it was the first time that I was disappointed with my meal.

If it'd not made by THE DWAYNE TENPENNY.... and I cannot stress this enough I DONT WANT IT!! Legend!

Emily was very sweet and super helpful. It waz my first time and i asked her what she would recommend, and she recommended me a lavender chai latte and I loved it. I will be coming back to this location because of the wonderful service Emily provided! Please give her a raise!! 💖
