    DO NOT EAT HERE THEY STEAL!!!! I gave a partial payment of a gift card and cash. They return saying that the gift card didn't work and asked for the remainder. I gave them a credit card and they charged me the full amount and kept the cash that I had given them!! They steal from customers! She didn't want to give me back my gift card either so I'm wondering if the money really was on there and she was just trying to take it! REPLY: I CONTACTED THE LOCATION AND I LET THEM KNOW AND DO YOU WANT TO KNOW WHAT THEIR RESPONSE WAS? THEY SENT ME A COUPON FOR A FREE DRINK IF I MAKE A PURCHASE. THIS IS THEIR RESPONSE TO AN EMPLOYEE STEALING MONEY FROM CUSTOMERS. THEY ABSOLUTELY DO NOT CARE AT ALL!! I WILL NEVER BE EATING AT ANY OF YOUR LOCATIONS EVER AGAIN AND I WILL BE TELLING EVERYBODY ABOUT THIS EXPERIENCE SO THAT THEY WON'T BE EATING HERE EITHER! Nobody will contact me it's been months and months and months and nobody will resolve this issue no matter how many times I reach out to the email or through contact page or through the link you sent. Thanks for nothing and thanks for stealing my money!

    This is their large cheese tot now. They are old and taste bad. :( I missed the old sonic days where the large tot with cheese was delicious. If I served this when I worked there I prolly would have been fired. Guess the stale fries was a bonus. I was looking through reviews and seen that someone said they leave their phone off the hook so you can't call and complain, or give them the opportunity to make it right. It is true. The manager should be fired.

    Absolute joke of a place anymore. Stalls that don't work but aren't blocked off. Soda lids that look like they've been used. SOOOO much ice that a Route 44 can be filled with a 12 ounce soda. Forgetting add-ins or ridiculously small amount of product with the paid add-ins. May have to drive a little further to ensure I get an accurate order. They are 0/2 in the last week.

    The most recent time I've been to this Sonic location (probably back in May) and possibly the last time ever, was when I ordered online through the app and 3 out of 4 items were not fulfilled due "shortage" (If I remember it was like two corn dogs and a Sonic Blast that we did not get). Just to note, I would also partially blame the app for allowing partial orders to go through (I understand that it is probably difficult to maintain up-to-the-minute inventory) but Sonic needs to empower their stores to place blocks on items that are out of stock. So the carhop comes to my car with one item (a Route 44 Slush) and he said unfortunately the rest of your order isn't available, go and call the support line on the app to get a refund. I asked if he could just cancel the order completely. He said no, they can't do that (I sort of find that hard to believe - again limiting the scope of power for the individual location) and walked off. When I called Sonic support, the CS representative try to give me a $5 gift card instead (which was less than what than part of the order I did not receive) as compensation. I told her that's a terrible policy and that your company is essentially ripping off your customers at the point. She eventually refunded the whole order, but only as courtesy as that is outside their policy. **facepalm** moment for their CS policies. All-in-all, it's just a bad overall look for this particular location, their app (and their inefficiencies) and lastly their live in-person customer service.

    Not busy at all. Saw people eating food about 5 minutes into waiting for our pre-ordered drink and ice cream cone. Only had two items. We waited well over 15 minutes. No apology either. What a disappointed. I would understand if they we busy but there was only one other car when we showed up.

    This location has gone from barely OK to horrible. The wait times are ridiculous, the food is always a toss-up with quality, and the staff is anything from exhaustingly courteous to obnoxiously rude. The real issue is ownership and management: call a complaint and corporate issues an “I’m sorry here’s $5” gift card with no follow up from the franchisee. Completely unacceptable!

    Only a few cars there and it still took at least 15 minutes, and my burger was stale af and the fries were to stale to even eat and cold, also my shake didn't taste good at all. Joke of a place

    I had an online order, just a chocolate shake (notoriously overpriced, but they are usually high quality so I don't mind). I arrive and place my order, and after about five minutes I get a pop up on my screen saying somebody would be out here with my order. Ten minutes go by, and nobody shows up. I even saw an employee step outside for a couple minutes to smoke. The place wasn't even busy. I finally press the button and let them know and somebody finally comes out with my order. They had it the whole time, but were just too lazy to walk it out to me. This isn't even the first time this has happened to me! It's happened two other times I've visited this location. They're not busy, clearly, since one of them would rather smoke than perform the simple task of delivering one already-made shake. Completely lazy staff, an impromptu drug test would probably see the entire staff fired.

    This is the last time I come here. This is the closest Sonic to me and it's always mediocre. Good to go to for drinks but not food. I ordered a hamburger wacky pack for my daughter and paid $1 for cheese to be added. There was no cheese and she didn't even get her toy. My mozzarella sticks were old. I have never once gotten the marinara sauce that's supposed to come with them. I got the chicken slider, and it looks just cooked. Like I'm afraid to eat it because the chicken isn't completely white, but it's not really pink. It just has that texture like it is just barely safe enough to eat. I got two other meals. So $37 for one adult, a preteen, and two kids and to have food missing and the food we did get not even be hot and fresh because I thought they cook to order? Not worth the money. I'd be happy to wait an extra 10 minutes for quality food that I'm paying for. I didn't pay for this quality. It's a shame because Sonic in general is really good, but not this location. If it's a staffing issue, I get it. But like I said, I'm willing to wait for better quality food and to make sure I get everything I ordered the way I ordered it and preferably more fresh. $37 for lunch is just insane. $4 of that is the added nerds in the kid's slushes, but still.

    so I went to this sonic about an hour ago and I wanted to do a split payment of cash and card apparently you can do that as the First Lady explained to me then she went and go her manger and I’ve been going to this sonic since I was a child and I’ve never seen this lady but she came out there and said the same thing and I was just genuinely confused why I would do a split payment but she was like I’d this nit going threw your head and I was like what??? Then I was like you know I don’t care just take my money and she was like what’s your name and I was like what?? I don’t have to tell you my name and she was like you know what basically threw the money in my face and was like I’m not serving you THE WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD OVER 51 CENTS!!!!!

    Worst experience ever. I ordered on the app and it still took them over 30 minutes to bring me my food and I had to press the button to tell them to bring it out and they literally said they forgot. Oh and they were bring out other peoples orders that got there after me. My shake was already melted and same with my slushy and the burgers suck and were cold. I would never go here ever

    The drive thru didn’t alert the employees my girlfriend and I were there. After waiting for 5 minutes, we decided to try pulling up forwards where the food gets dropped off since cars were starting to line up after us. When an employee walked past us, without offering any help, we had to ask how we order food. The employee then said to just pull up to a stall and order there. Completely apathetic. After we ordered, another car pulled up next to us and got their food before we did. All we did was order one shake. It shouldn’t have taken as long as it did. It was not very busy, besides the line of cars that were waiting on us. We were there for a total of 20 minutes for one shake. So much for fast food.

    This location will not, honor the half price drinks from there app. Store manager refuses to honor. That's why it always says unavailable drinks, shakes and anything else that they don't want to bother them selves with. Don't advertise that you will, when you won't. Currently On their own drive thru .... they have it posted again about 1/2 price thru their app. But will not honor it!!! That's bad business!! Not impressed. I won't ever bother wasting my time with this location again. Several other sonics near bye, that will gladly take my business and be happy that i came to their location instead.

    Last night I ordered food Through the drive-through and I waited for 20 minutes All the cars after me already got their stuff which is not a big deal everybody orders different stuff but when my food came out my fries and tots were cold And I asked if I could get some fresh ones after I’ve been waiting that long the manager which claim to be the GM told me when he came out that he had just made them fresh and that I was lying about them being cold… I will not be returning that is absolutely ridiculous when you pay money for food it should be hot

    This is the last time I'm giving sonic my business. I still never heard back when the car hop literally stole my money and gave me the wrong change and the manager told me I was beat. This time I threw out my shake because it tasted off! The staff was pleasant enough but I'm positive their milk is expired, I could literally smell it

    I usually have a good experience here, but not today. When I attempted to use the drive through to order a Sonic cheeseburger combo with onion rings and coke.. After a LONG wait, I finally reached the front of the line then watched as people behind me in line came and went with their orders When I finally got my food, I discovered that they had charged me for and given me a bacon cheeseburger combo instead of what I ordered. The carhop had come out earlier asking if anyone had ordered the exact combo I ended up getting saddled with. Not too hard to figure out what happened in retrospect. A drive through window might help prevent this kind of blunder. I had no receipt to look at till my food arrived and after sitting that long I wasn't inclined to read it right away. Bottom line I might eat here again if I have plenty of time, but won't ever try the drive through again.

    I usually just go for happy hour to get my diet coke sometimes I will get cheese sticks but I don't eat meat so they don't really have a lot I can eat I do like their onion rings though. Everyone there is always so nice and friendly for the fact that they're so short all the time that doesn't seem to bother any of the car hops. Please tip them when you go they deserve it they work hard

    I come here every now and then and I use the mobile app to order ahead. Somehow they get my order wrong it seems like every time. Today I ordered a super sonic breakfast burrito that is supposed to have all kinds of stuff in it, including onion, tomato, tater tots, egg, jalapenos, and cheese, and all I got was a half empty burrito with some egg and cheese. Really disappointing that this is the quality that you end up with when you pay $10+ for a combo. I guess now I will have to actually open my burrito before leaving the site every time since it's almost never correct, or just go somewhere else because this is getting pretty old. The people were friendly, but the order was so far from right and the burrito I ended up with was truly pathetic.

    Went on a Sunday morning at 7:20 and they weren't open. only car there was in the last drive in bay by the dumpster. I checked before I went and it said open @ 7 but on the marquis it read " now hiring 2 carhops and 1 cook". Interesting 🤔

    Waited in the stall 15 after pushing the button. Multiple cars that arrived after me continued going through. Finally a manager came out and asked if I was ready to order. When I explained what I was seeing, he just replied ok. No apology nothing. If I could give 0 stars I would. Unbelievable!

    The service is great and fast. The French fries are great. However, I finished my drink fast because they filled it with ice as you see in the pictures. So, if you don’t want that happen to you, make sure you tell them. One more thing, their cups get broken easily. I think it’s time to change their cups. They should buy a different kind of cups which doesn’t get broken easily. After all, the food is great as well as the service.

    Sometimes you just need a late night treat! This Sonic is right by our house and super convenient. Ordering through the app is easy and they're always right on time! Food always comes out hot and fresh; the shakes and blasts are perfect. It's nice to be able to tip through the app as well. I just wish there were more vegetarian options for a meal - there are lots of sides, just not many full meal items. Please bring back the veggie tots! (Pictured)

    My food was great but our separate order of chicken had a long string of HAIR in it. To anyways else that orders here may have to be careful in case someone decides to not wear a hairnet that day.

    Ordered several blast that had no Oreo in them or snickers just vanilla I paid to add Carmel and no Carmel. Their slush machine didn’t work and they never said anything just gave us a vanilla shake to replace it. I spent $40 on literally vanilla ice cream.

    I have been to this location 3 nights this week trying to get a Reeses blast. Conveniently the ice cream machine is "down" They have clearly passed McDonald's on the broken machine thing. I'm tired of settling for McFlurrys! Stop being lazy and keep your Damn ice cream machine running till close! Thanks 😊

    If I could give zero stars I would. The app is never on. I went at the beginning of happy hour to get my kids drinks. I was never given a total. When the girl told me the 4 drinks were almost 10 I said look it's after 2 she wouldn't budge. When a male manager came out he was mean and verbally aggressive to me and I cried. Was I frusterated yes but never did I yell or talk rudely unlike your employees.

    No point in trying to order from this site from the app. Most of the time they ain't accepting orders from the app. And there is no other way to use the discounts otherwise.
