Enjoyed this so much more than I expected. My husband and I spent about $40 total and left completely satisfied. I have to say our waiter was the best ever. Super personable and helpful and we never had to wait for anything. He was attentive but not suffocating. The fries were so good!! And the burger was phenomenal. Absolutely loved it. I don’t drink alcohol but for those who do the menu looked really good.

I love the food and great service at Red Robin. One of my favorite restaurants! All of their burgers are delicious, their Campfire Sauce is amazing, they have a great impossible burger, and bottomless fries. Still the best burgers in KC...

The food was delicious but the service was terrible. I ordered a beer before my meal and received it (after I asked again) halfway into my burger. The server didn’t come back to check on us until we were completely finished with our meals. I’d go back for the food and cross my fingers we received better service.

I cannot say enough good things about our server Ramon! The food was delicious but Ramon made the experience great. He was so friendly with a great personality and very attentive. The BBQ wings were delicious! Hot & crispy on a bed of chips and onion straws. Burgers were delicious as always and the root beer float was delicious. Highly recommend The Madlove burger. Ramon is an awesome member of their team and we hope to have him as our server again.

I didn't experience anything near gourmet. Nice enough server, but I think they were rather new to the work of being a server. They staff there are VERY young and energetic. But, the food quality isn't what you get at other locations in the metro area

My fiance and I don't go out often so we completely forgot that Saturday dinner is usually busy. Our wait wasn't nearly as long as estimated and for being very busy, we received excellent service from the entire staff. Our waiter Ryan got double seated, was super nice, friendly and got everything perfect. We didn't have to wait long for anything and the food was fresh and delicious

We had dinner last night using call ahead. They’re always very busy on the weekend, and I found it very helpful. Our burgers were good, and the never ending French fries. Alexis was our server. She was very friendly and efficient. We sat in the bar area and actually found it less noisy. As we were leaving, a staff member told us to have a good night. It was a very pleasant experience. We’ll be back!

The interior is way cold for my liking but most people prefer it.Their fries is great and I tried the bacon cheeseburger and I guess I’m not much of a burger person because I did not like it.The bacon was not well done.The staff was neither/nor friendly.Would I go back probably not.But they obviously have their loyal customers.oh and the buffalo wings are tender and spicy and it comes with chips.

Great service, was very quick. Our waiter was super thoughtful. When he saw we set our menus down got our order. Saw we finished eating brought the check. Drink empty refilled. Very great service

Me and my husband decided to go out and have my one last big meal before delivering the next day. The food was hot and tasty. Our server Ramon was awesome, he checked on us constantly to make sure everything was good, refilled our drinks without being asked and sent us with to go drinks. We arrived as soon as they opened at 11am and ordered within 10 minutes and food was out about 10 to 15 minutes after ordering. We will definitely be back to this location. We stayed for about an hour and a half or so. By the time we left it was pretty busy but not overly busy.

Pros: 1) Tasty fries (as is standard for Red Robin) 2) Tasty burgers Cons: 1) Can be somewhat expensive 2) Might have some inexperienced staff 2a) We were seated at an obviously dirty table (then we were moved) 2b) They were out of fries for ~10 mins on a Saturday around 1:30 pm with about a half full restaurant 3) The premium burger patty is smaller than I’d expect (not the tavern double) 4) Service is often slow (multiple visits)

One of the hallmarks of Red Robin is the portion sizes. We had to forgo the onion tower, the endless plank fries, and the variety of tasty drinks. We told our server we were going to split our hamburger and side of onion rings. He brought it out with half the burger on two plates, with a couple onion rings beside. Perfect! Thanks for that attention to detail.

My boyfriend and I went to this location today (July 25th) As you can see there is a fly in our bottomless lemonade. When the manager came to our table, there was no apology, just a replacement drink. Nothing was comped, no apology, she sent out someone else to give us another lemonade. This is disgusting, especially since the table behind us found a hair in their food. If you ever consider going to red robin, DO NOT go to this location. I have never been met with such low expectations and disgusting fly/hair infested food. The manager again did not really help or do anything other than give us another drink.

The place was pretty good that the lemonade was natural and also had their Royal Burger that is top with a fried egg that was runnie did not ask on how to have the egg cook and have a new menu a bit better then the last time I was there and still do have endless steak fries that I recommend.

My first time ever. Absolutely did not disappoint! Server was amazing! I was the first to arrive and she didn't make me feel awkward sitting by myself. Didn't hover but checked on us regularly. Had a salad with a few modifications and it was perfect. Can't wait to come back and try some deep fried, cheese covered things. YUMMMM (I believe my servers name was Emma or Emily, I'm so sorry I wish I remembered)

The food was delicious. I had steak burger and it was huge. Messy to eat but tasted great. Also had pretzel bites before we had burgers. Yes we took food home. The service was great too

This limited time bacon fondue burger is burger nirvana. If heaven serves food this good or better, then eternity will be glorious beyond measure!

Red Robin is one of those places that's fun to bring your family. Wife and kids all enjoy it. My teens love the giant onion ring stack. The bottomless fries too.... Which also make sure to ask for a different side like the salad when you order your burger or you'll just have extra fires. We've never had trouble getting in getting food or getting out at this location. The actual burgers are very good with lots of options. Just do it!

We were impressed with the location, the service, the quality of the food, and the speed of the meal. The waitress was crazy busy as it was Mother’s Day, but she not only got us the meal really quickly, she got us refilled drinks and fries extremely fast. The store was obviously well managed and the workers here seem to take great pride in their service. I highly recommend this location and I would certainly consider returning.

Great place to eat with friends at the end of the day. A chill and sometimes kid oriented restaurant but the food and drinks are comfortable. The staff can be inexperienced but very kind. I love getting the whiskey river BBQ burger and pretzel bites. Food can come fast but you might wait a while if you are eating with a lot of other people.

The place was pretty full when we went there but they attended us pretty fast and their service was great and the staff was really polite! The atmosphere was good, and it gave off fun vibes. The food was also pretty good, and if you crave a burger, I'm sure it would satisfy you. Although when we paid the receipt, it just came out blank, so it was completely white, but that was just a detail. Overall everything was great but if you have a big party then it is better to reserve but in general I do recommend it. 👌

My girlfriend and I came in tonight and were blown away by our server, Melissa. She made us feel so welcome and took the absolute best care of us. We’ll definitely be back!

I love Red Robin. This particular location gets busy due to the neighboring sports complex and this visit was no different. To my surprise they said it would take 30 minutes to be seated but it was only 5. Then our food came out quickly. Our service was excellent. I love their fresh frys and sauces. The Red Robin burger is my favorite too.

We met some friends here. She is gluten free and Red Robin does a good job with that. Food was great and the request for extra crispy fries alway pleases everyone at the table. The server was very good. Wanted to stay longer and chat but they were very busy.

Clean restaurant and our server Abbey was A-mazing! She was on top of my water glass as soon as it was empty, she asked if we were happy with the taste of our food and she was always smiling. I had the bar wings, bone in with buffalo sauce and my daughter had the kids Mac and cheese. Way to give great service and have a clean restaurant with tasty food and drinks!

It was Tuesday night which is $.99 kids meal night. Our waitress had very cute face paint on for the kids. My friend is gluten intolerant, so had a burger without a bun. I had a Whiskey River burger that was awesome. We had bottomless fries with campfire and ranch. Very yummy. Red Robin never disappoint.

Table available on Sunday afternoon was a plus. Burgers were great. Server was lacking. Did not get sides ordered correctly. Did not get drink refills. He eventually brought correct side dish. He did not bring us our check. We finally decided to do our own payment at the table and did not get a receipt. Good service makes a good restaurant. This location definitely needs improvement in that area.

Best burger joint around. The fry sauce is so addicting, it should be illegal. They also have a great kid's menu.

For those trying to cut carbs, the wedgie burger is delicious. The fries with campfire sauce is great, didn't eat it this time though.

Great place to eat with couple of friends. I had zinger burger with Red Robin on the tap beer( if you are into light lager beer I would suggest to try this one). Both tastes good. Definitely a place to try!

We've been here on a weekend and weekday. Both experiences are different. On the weekend, the place was crowded, busy and packin. Food was still great but took longer. On the weekend service was quick but our patties were served raw. We sent them back. Other than that everything was great

Came in with a couple of friends. We ended up getting our food and drinks at a great pace. The Waiter was extremely attentive and very nice. Gave us good advice on the food to pick when we had questions. Would absolutely go to this location again. Also, the campfire sauce is to freaking die for.

Food is always as amazing as usual! And I love their happy birthday chant, makes my day!
