I can’t thank the PSP3 family enough for what they’ve done for me. I trained with them in high school for baseball and noticeably increased my competitiveness and overall endurance on the mound. Four years later, I come back from college, out of shape and with the plan to enlist in the Army. I knew that the trainers over at PSP3 were the right people to help me get myself physically and mentally ready for any challenge that the Army’s Basic Combat Training would throw my way. Not only was I able to meet every physical requirement at basic, but I excelled in every Army Combat Fitness Test event earning a 550/600 possible points. My physical readiness allowed me to study while others were recovering, excel in practical exercises and take on leadership roles within my basic training platoon, eventually earning myself the title of Distinguished Honor Graduate. I could not have started off my new career on such a high note if it weren’t for Nate, Tracy, and the rest of the PSP3 family. Run to and from the gym for better results. If you can’t run the whole way there, run half and walk half until you can run the whole way.

PSP3 has a great vibe. My 16-year-old son started training there a few months ago and has enjoyed it. They don't push too hard if they are in-season with their sport which is helpful. I've been participating in their new EPOC classes and love the workouts. It's a little 'cross fitty' but not too much for my older body. I can scale as needed but still get a great workout. Nate and the PSP3 coaching staff are awesome and Michael Yabut is the best.

We love PSP! My daughter trained here for softball, preparing her for college softball. My sob started this past summer, for general fitness and multi sport preparedness. He loves it and sees the value the first few weeks. The staff are experienced, personable and they have created a family feel for all those who train here.

PSP3 is a fantastic gym. I was very skeptical of starting this at my sons age and did a lot of research on kids and training. PSP3 was the name that kept getting brought up. And 12 weeks in we couldn’t be happier with the results. He loves the program and all of the instructors. Everyone there is very welcoming and they create a family atmosphere for the kids that are training there. Highly recommend.

My daughter was in town for christmas break. I reached out to them via email, the response was quick and with very short notice, they set up a program and gave me all the information cost, waivers that I needed to fill out. My daughter really enjoyed the program and was able to stay fit throughout the break!

The workouts are specific to what each individual needs, so you know your child is working on what they need to improve on not what the group as a whole needs. The coaches are experienced and fun, yet hold them accountable. My kids enjoy it and I have piece of mind knowing they are learning how to exercise the correct way.

My son just finished his second month at PSP3 and he has learned so much about strength training. He enjoys going and challenging himself and really enjoys the trainers and the atmosphere.

Highly recommend this gym if you’re looking for a weightlifting class or if you’re simply lacking discipline/motivation to work out. I’ve personally been struggling after having my LO and Epoc it’s really helping me to stay committed. I go to Micheal’s class at 7:45am. He has been extremely patient and encouraging with me. Coach Morgan has also been very welcoming and a positive influence. Thank you guys. I really appreciate you!
