I've been a loyal customer for a while and the service is always amazing, the coffee is delicious and the muffins make even the coldest and gloomiest says better. The warm greeting I get is pretty great too. Tiffany is the absolute BEST! She knows my order and is ALWAYS smiling. She is so friendly, even when it's super early and nobody should be as happy as she is. Tiffany, you're the bomb.

Hit and miss I get scooters every day pretty much, I go to diff locations, love the crew here but some drinks do not taste right I usually order same thing in am and pm some am staff make drinks good some don't for the price u pay should be perfect

When you order a blended daydream and it doesn’t come out the right color the right taste and just over half full. But the cashier says they made it right and argues with you so you say “it’s fine and leave”.

I like the flavor of their coffee. Reasonable prices. Friendly and accommodating staff. A good quick stop for good coffee. They have a wonderful cinnamon roll

The coffee is decent here. Today they asked me 3 times if I wanted to upgrade my coffee size for 25 cents after I repeatedly said no. Then I ordered a burrito and when I got home I discovered a bunch of burnt residue on the bottom. This honestly makes me question their sanitation practices. Not eating anything from here ever again.

Fantastic place for the morning cup of joe. Or even just a mid-day pick me up.

Scooters usually has what I go there to get. If the item is supposed to be warm, it is. The employees are usually grumpiness-free. Nothing to complain about really. However, a 100% whole grain bun or muffin would be nice. (Pardon me if such an item is available and I haven't spotted it.)

New staff makes for a delightful experience. I have stoped by in the past and it was rough, stopped by this evening and had a perfect experience. Friendly people, perfect order.

So my sister use to work there and they treated her poorly ! They didn’t pay her what they were supposed to pay her also she had to work in dirty filth ! It was her first job ever and she was the only girl of color that worked there and she said she has seen people use the bathroom and not wash their hands and go right back to making drinks she would have to keep herself from throwing up because the smell is inside there because of the drains is so very bad !! She is taking this very very hard !!! I would highly not recommend this place idk how the other scooters coffees are but this one definitely is a no !

Really enjoy Scooters coffee! Always friendly employees at this location. Very upbeat and positive vibes. The coffee is delicious and not as expensive as other options. They also serve cake pops and other various foods and smoothies even on their menu. Will continue to return to this location regularly for coffee and cake pops !

Poor service. Poor quality drinks. Ordered a LARGE caramel blender. Got medium. I informed them of this error, even said I'd pay for the difference.. instead..they took it and added milk to a large cup which diluted the flavor. So I came back and had it remade...they gave me a medium frothy drink.. barely any ice...with the INCORRECT milk base. They said they were out of the ice cream based milk...if that's the case why did you offer me the drink and decide to make it with the incorrect base. These barista said "hope it's better for you", with attitude. And with that I decided not to come back to scooters again.

Great coffee keep it up I’ll take you guys anytime over Starbucks.

Up until recently this place was awesome besides the fact that it was 50/50 whether they'd hold the whipped cream I asked them not to put on it. Whatever, I paid for the whipped cream so I'm not gonna cry about receiving it. In the past few weeks, though, it has been consistently bad. Now I'll admit I don't know how to make a blended caramelicous, but neither, apparently, do the people working at this location. Did you guys stop training? Whatever. I'm not coming back to this location.

Ended up not getting anything, seemed a little unorganized from everything I heard over the speaker, they weren't even taking my order. Ended up a Starbucks across the street were the coffee and service was much better.

So for a long time I thought I was getting coffee grounds in my coffee and the weird grainyness would make me gag. Turns out it's actually just the oat milk. The coffee is great and the food is too, but I don't recommend the oat milk.

This coffeeshop has been here for decades bearing different names. When I used to attend Brookridge Dayschool this was my favorite place to go after school for a lemonade. I have fond memories of this little building. I used to marvel at how they could possibly fit everything in there and whether or not they had a bathroom.

You wonder why this place is dead compared to across the street at Starbucks! The people inside not paying attention I sat at the order screen for 5 minutes and then the girl had an attitude and tried to tell me to drive around and reorder. Slammed the window shut too. Trash 🗑place

I like the the menu here and the customer service is really good.

This is my favorite Scooters specifically when Cassidy is working! She is great she is always polite and nice. We always know when Cassidy is making our drinks they will taste great. Always mixes things just right honestly best barista I know!
