    I love Sonic and understand things have been tough lately. The only reason I’m posting this is because I need someone in upper management to be made aware of what’s happening. This is the second time this week I’ve waited 20 minutes for 2 items and I fully understand and respect having to wait a little longer when going sonic but both times I have ordered a chicken sandwich and both times the bread has been burned and the chicken had clearly surpassed its “shelf life” in the warmer easily by an hour. I know this because once upon a time I use to me a manager at Sonic. I couldn’t eat the sandwich either time. Like I said, I love Sonic. I know you guys can do better I’ve experienced better from this exact location. Please fix it guys. I know you’re capable.

    Hats off to the girl running the entire operation by herself today, 1/26/23. She is the only one doing it all and the place was getting pretty busy over the lunch hour. She was so nice and stayed calm, cool and collected as she ran from cars, to the speaker, to the grill, to the milkshake machine and back again. Hats off to her, it's rare you find employees willing to do that these days. Shame on her boss/owner/corporate/whoever for putting her in this situation. Close your store for the day or until you're properly staffed. You're going to want to keep that employee.

    Unfortunately this sonic seems to be suffering from severe understaffing, probably because they are not paid enough. I waited 20 minutes after pressing the button to have my order taken, another 20 minutes after ordering and my food never came, I had to leave. I recommend avoiding this sonic for at least a little while until they have more staffing.

    The food was hot and fresh and even though they were very busy the food was brought out quickly. The only thing keeping me from posting five stars is the fact that I was harassed by Boy Scouts on if I wanted to buy beef jerky. They are hanging out with their parents taking up seating in the outdoors area and Sonic is allowing it somehow. It felt very weird and the kids mocked me when I politely declined with a “no thank you”.

    Pulled up with a mobile order. Nobody was there. It’s 7:10. Little ridiculous your customers who pay online get scammed since they don’t get their orders. Not a single soul working this morning. Lights were off.

    I ordered mozzarella sticks and they brought me out tater, did apologize and the mozzarella sticks came out within a few minutes. Had I drove off I would have been extremely upset due to road construction in front of their making it difficult to get in or out of the restaurant at this.

    The food was cold. I think they forgot to bring the order because I had to check in on them since several other cars had come and gone. They even came back out to make sure we got the right order. When we got there, someone that worked there was yelling at another person in a car. There was no trash can in the outside eating area and several of the stalls were broken. Definitely will not come back here.

    They were pretty fast in getting me food out. I got their mozzarella sticks and onions rings. It was my cheat day. It was nice and hot. Delicious.

    Great drink selection. We ordered cheddar peppers which were great, but one of them was the size of a quarter and had no cheese. When you pay almost $1 per pepper you'd hope for full sizes.

    Would give 0 stars if I could. Ordered food in the app, it charged my card, went to go pick up and they claimed they could not find my order. Had to reorder everything and was so flustered that even the food I re-ordered was wrong. Can't get a refund until corporate approves it. What a mess you guys. I also ordered small popcorn chicken with ranch and they gave me cheese sauce??? What a joke.

    Managers will make UP TO $15hr, crew member UP TO $13hr. Maybe if the company paid their employees a wage worth working for, you wouldn’t wait 20 min or pay $12 for a soggy half cooked hamburger. I feel sorry for the employees. I wouldn’t care about what food I put out either, fast or not.

    After about 10 minutes of nobody acknowledging us, we moved to a different spot and still no service. We left and went somewhere else. This was the third and last time that has happened at the 75th Street location. They are also either "cleaning" the ice cream machine and/or the slush machine is down. Terrible experiences.

    If you're gonna reduce the night shift to one server and a single cook you better be giving them a sizable raise. There's no reason to have two people trying to scramble and serve 10-12 cars on their own. Get more workers so the ones you have aren't suffering. If this isn't the definition of corporate greed idk what is. Nevermind the workers are lazy and the manager is extremely rude. They served 6 other people who got here after me before even taking my order. The "best they could do" is a sad little coupon even tho I've been here for 45 minutes

    So I was activated and next thing I know I was no longer red (after a good time being solid, meaning they acknowledged my button push)! So I hit the button again and the lady instantly had an attitude and told me I wouldn't have been deactivated if I hadn't moved. BUT I WAS PARKED THE WHOLE TIME! So there's another Sonic 1.6 miles (not even 5 mins away) so I'm here at Santa Fe sonic receiving exemplary customer service! Won't be back to this location.

    I used to frequent this location, but the last year or so they have gotten significantly worse. It takes forever for them to acknowledge you after pressing the button, about 5mins later the screen says that someone is bringing your order but it still doesn't come out for at least 20 mins. Then, the fries were overcooked but cool in temperature. I understand low staffing, but 20 mins for food is ridiculous. We had 3 burgers, popcorn chicken and 3 fries. And the fact that they are getting around being flagged by the clock because they are telling the computer that someone is coming when they aren't is definitely not cool.

    I like the food and the car hops are always very nice. However, the hamburgers need to be hotter. They are usually like warm at best. Plus, I am not happy that they raised their prices.

    Waited over 30 minutes to get one combo meal and it was not busy. I was supposed to receive a meal with chicken, tots, onion rings, and Texas toast. When I received this I got NO Texas toast and ONE SINGLE onion ring. It was almost comical. Not worth it to wait another 30 mins to get the missing items in my order. Will not go back to this location

    Horrible. They were short-staffed, which I found out after waiting 25 min for my food, which I had already paid for. But instead of deciding to warn us, slow down new orders, or even refuse some customers to keep the line moving, they kept taking new orders..... without any delays..... which made everything even slower. No effective management, not even sure one was on duty. I said they should stop taking new orders until they got caught up, as a new strategy. The girl said, "Strategies don't really work with us." They could have thrown in an extra item for our troubles, but didn't even do that. Just said, "So sorry about the wait, there's only three of us here."

    An ice cream cone and drink took 25 minutes from ordering to receive. This is usually a fast Sonic location, but the screen said my order was being delivered ten minutes before it came. Then I had to ask about my ice cream cone before they went in and made it to bring to me.
