Tasty, hot made to order. They give you enough fries for an army. They are piping hot the way they should be. Great environment. SUPER CLEAN!

Delicious burger, fries freshly cut & seasoned well. Not overly salty as a lot of places can be. Highly recommend!

It was an over all good experience. Fast, friendly, and great burgers. I wish they would get rid of the million flavor drink machine that makes every drink taste the same but I may be the only one that hates it.

The food was great as always and have always said that five guys is better than shake shack or in and out or whataburger. The only thing that I didn't really like about this location was the staff acted a little off when I showed up. I went up to make my order and the cashier was sort of looking away from me my whole order and not paying attention. I had to repeat my order because he missed it the first time. It sort of felt like they wanted me to go. I quickly finished my food and left. Guess I'll do take out next time here because the food still is great!

It was the first time I've been there in a really long time and I had two younger children with me and they were super helpful and we were able to order quick and get fresh food that everyone enjoyed.

I’ve always liked Five Guys. Their fries seem to stand out the most and they give you a lot. The burgers aren’t bad either and the service is usually good.

Great burger put 18.00 for cheeseburger, small fry and drink is too much. I like you but I'm not paying this much for fast food again.

So I went to Five Guys per a request from my daughter who was in town from college. Wasn’t feeling like a big burger so opted for their veggie sandwich with cheese (I know…who goes to Five Guys and doesn’t get a burger). I was thoroughly surprised how good it was. Definitely get the cheese on it to tie everything together. I’m going back to get that again! The staff was super friendly and the place was really clean.

Everything there was great. The food was wonderful and though the staff seemed to be overwhelmed with taking care of a lot of customers they were still incredibly friendly and helpful. It was also clean and comfortable inside. It was a great experience and excellent for fast food. Everything is fresh and they have just about every choice for fast food toppings anyone could think of.

Good Place, Had an impromptu meeting lunch with a coworker. Atmosphere was great and even with the more open floor plan, we didn't have any troubles or interruptions while chatting. Burger was delicious. Probably shouldn't have gotten the jalapenos, They were fresh and delicious but man they had a kick!.

It was a really great experience. Welcomed as I walked in, thanked for my patronage and a delicious burger and fries. What more could anyone want? Five stars for Five Guys!!

We used to love Five Guys. The burgers are great. It's the fries. They are undercooked and soggy. We've asked for the fries to be well done when we ordered. They were still under cooked. We asked them to be re-done. The second was seemed to less done the the first. We didn't finish the fries and just threw them away. We've had occasions where they actually made the fries perfect when we first ordered. But this time we just couldn't eat soggy, floppy fries. It was dinner time rush so we didn't ask for a refund or for them to re make it again. We will be back because we do love the burgers.

Five guys is always Great. I don't think I've been to one were the visit wasn't anything but excellent.

Food was great! Never been to five guys so the price was a little of a shock for a fast service burger but it was definitely really good! We did walk in around 8 on a Thursday and there were 4 people working and no one greeted us. It took an awkward like 3 minutes before someone came and took our order. Other than that the burger was good! They load the whole bag with French fries which was pretty cool for a medium. Definitely couldn’t finish it but they for sure feed you here!

Great burger and fries. The music was too loud for me. The employees were helpful and conscientious. There are many toppings to choose from for the burger. The french fries are freshly made and the portion is very generous. I usually get the "little" hamburger, which is as big as a regular hamburger elsewhere. Definitely has a great flavor, not overwhelmed by the bun.

Five guys burgers are the best. Cooked fresh and made to order and get it any way you want. How can you not love a big greasy burger.

The stuff's very friendly but I had to wait a really long time for my order and I could not even deliver my order because the bag was so greasy it spilled out all over the pavement when I tried to deliver it to the customer luckily the customer wanted to salvage it and was able to still eat the burger but even the burger had had Juiced out through the wrapping I mean I was shocked that he didn't demand his money back because there is nothing I could save for the fries or the bag itself had completely greased through the entire bag which should never happen

Other than fries this place isn't for me. Your dollar does not go a long way here. The grilled cheese was sad and adding a second beef patty makes for a good sandwich but hits the pocketbook. $24 for a hamburger, drink and grilled cheese.

Good greasy burger and fresh cut fries. When calories aren't the concern, a good place to indulge. Dine in and carry out have both been good. Peanuts are nice touch while you wait for your food.

We love coming to this five guys location. The kiddos love the peanuts, so many choices for any picky eater and the fries are great. Throw in the free style coke machine and milkshakes and it has everything.

Food is always good. A few orders have had 1 thing wrong. got mushrooms instead of onions. Forgot peanut butter in milkshake. Got normal fries when I asked for cajun. Food is always great but I keep getting shorted 1 ingredient.

It's a nice five Guys. Clean location, never packed but always has customers. Never have to wait too long for your food. Pretty good burger place.

Five Guys burgers have always been my favorite. The cheeseburgers are definitely a must try for 1st timers. The complementary roasted peanuts are a good incentive. The store didnt disappoint as well. The service is prompt and the restaurant is clean. The staff is friendly.

Delicious burgers and fries, cooked fresh. I wish all of the employees would wear masks when handling food though. Two of them wore masks at least.

I always love the burgers and fries here. I ordered online and went to pick up the food and they were SO BUSY. (good sign for a restaurant). I had to wait about 15 extra minutes and they gave extra fries for the wait which was nice. I also am trying keto and they offer burgers in a bowl which is AWESOME. The pic is me putting in on a plate I should have left it in the bowl for the photo but too late. Will be back for more yummy 5 guys soon

The staff that served me were some nice young gentlemen and the food came out quickly. Their burgers are always delicious, they have a soda vending machine, and the fries are top notch.

The cheeseburger was so good. It was perfectly seasoned and juicy. But I'm not sure why people rave over their fries. They are tasteless. Hardly any salt at all. Definitely couldn't taste any. I do like that they offer malt vinegar as a condiment. But the fries were a dud for me. That's why three stars. And we're very expensive for mundane fries.

Great Burger, it was tall and tasty. The workers were curtius and helpful. They smiled. The building was a bit run down, but they took really good care of it and someone was wiping down the tables while I was there. I think they gave me more fries than the small I ordered, but I happily are every last one. The burger cost a pretty penny, but it was pretty, so I get it. Photos 👇

Worst five guys in the area. It used to be the best one, but now they mess everything up. The last 3 times I’ve been there they completely screwed up my order. They never get my toppings right. I almost ate something I’m allergic to! My advice, go to the oak park mall location. They’ve taken the spot as best in the area.

Food was good. Fast and hot. Coke machines were out of Coke, but we didn’t know this until after we paid for a fountain drink…. When asked if they could fix them they declined! Staff was less than helpful!
