I booked this for me and three of my 30 plus year friendship with my friends from high school. We loved the yoni steam with the surprise foot massage. The vibe and atmosphere was off the chain. The ladies were very friendly and did an awesome job. We already booked our next appointment. ❤️❤️

Oh me oh my, such a wonderful experience! If you haven't been to Pure Pearl you need to schedule a day at the spa. The staff was amazing and the owner Mz. Micai definitely aimed to please. My foot detox/ massage was much needed and Jayla did her thing. She made sure I didn't want for nothing. A1 service!!!!!I can't wait to go back and I have already scheduled another session.

I took my sisters and cousins to get a yoni steam because I always wanted to try it. When I look it up this was the first one to pop up. Booking was easy. They were running a special the bestie deal.When we showed up we were indeed greeted. Micai the owner was very informative. She gave us some back round story and encouraging words. We definitely felt a healing in that place. Yess I recommend trying best feeling in the world and not to mention the refreshing wash TOP Notch she definitely said we would get addicted to it and indeed I am lol.

I only left 5 stars because that’s all that’s allowed. 20/10 experience from the time I walked into the door, until the time I said goodbye. Macai, the owner, was beyond professional. She was caring, she was curious about you and your needs, your wellness journey and so much more. This was my first time here and she treated me like an old friend I hadn’t seen, and that is beyond customer service, that is someone who is passionate and cares about you and your journey into her business. I received a yoni steam with a foot gel and hot stone rub. I am speechless. Even as I try to express how relaxing, peaceful, and serene the entire experience was, it still doesn’t do it justice. This was my first time trying a yoni stream and I will be a lifetime customer after this experience. Do not walk, RUN to pure pearl wellness. I have never experienced such care and concern about my physical wellbeing from someone who was not a doctor or a nurse. Macai loves the work she does, and it translates from her rapport right down to making sure all of your needs can be addressed. She has a lifetime customer.

My experience was nothing but amazing from the time I walked through the door. Macai was so accommodating, educational and just over all amazing. My husband booked a last minute appointment on a Sunday and although she was closed that day she went above and beyond and opened her spa just for me! I will definitely be returning with my husband and purchasing a membership so that I can reap the benefits of her services on a monthly basis.

Amazing. I did not know anything about this place. When I arrived, I felt so welcomed, by Micai and Venessa. The customer service was perfect. The ambiance of the environment made me feel invited and welcomed. the music was soothing the energies was positive. This place was absolutely beautiful. I'm browsing around and I noticed massage tables, I asked. They do wood massages, stone massages, body wraps, Y'all . I have to try those next. They have a room with massage chairs where they do foot detoxing. I was too excited. It was time to go to the Yoni steam room. went through the door and I was amazed. A beautiful, peaceful environmrnt, you can smell herbs that was calming to the nose. I got the yoni steam and foot detox. I noticed an infrared sauna, trying that next time, because I definitely won't be a stranger.They had a gold rob up for me, felt like royalty, gave me privacy, put that rob on sat on that throne, and relaxed, while on the throne, they placed my feet in some warm water, and I saw the toxins releasig. This was so spiritual, and when I was done I felt light, empowered and good. I will definitely recommend this place to men and women. make your appointment ok.

So I've been to the old and new location. I've had yoni steams, foot detox and now ear candeling. First, i went because i was clogged in one ear. When i left and saw results. I went back 2 days later for another treatment. Pleasent, clean,polite staffing. Im telling my people so you should tell yours too. Everyone should try male or female.You won't be disappointed. I can hear again. I'll be back.

Customer service: The customer service was amazing. From the associates to the maker herself; were all kind, understanding, and patient with me. It was very helpful in my case as a new customer.(only being 19 so I don’t know much) In truth I was a little skeptical about the website due to me being a new customer and finding it from googling “feminine washes” and seeing pure wellness. I called and left a voicemail and she got back to me in a timely manner reassuring that everything was legit and organic as well as wonderful help on getting my problem with ordering mishaps solved. I ordered the I am phenomenal wash on accident meaning to by the bar wash. She assured that she would send both items and a few samples as seen below. Which right of the back let me know she is a truly committed and trustworthy person and I applaud that because initially she didn’t have to and she did. So for that alone this company gets 5 stars with me. Review on the the products/ samples received today: The feminine washes- I haven’t tried them on down there just yet but I tried a little on my hand and used as I would down there and it left my hand feeling squeaky clean literally. I personally love that for washes down there because it leaves me feeling clean. For a smell test, initially before rinsing, the smell is good. I personally like lavender to so that was a bonus for the purple one. As for the pinkish red one I loved the smell as well it doesn’t smell like chemicals like other washes I have tried so that was a plus too (I can’t really describe the smell so yah) The after smell (after rinsing really well) for me was not really there for me and I’m okay with that. So overall 5 stars. For the body butter(mango and rose I think)- me personally this has to be my favorite so far with body butters. It smelt so good and fruity. I used it on my hand and it left it feeling smooth and shiny. And my skin felt really moisturized. (I did not put on lotion and oil today like usual so I can actually feel the effects of it) overall this gets 10 stars. I love it. The sugar scrub- for the initial smell test it was different idk how to describe it but not a bad different just not something I’m used to. I used a little on my arm and rinsed. that it’s self left my arm feeling so soft, for reference I already have semi soft skin from all the things I use but for that alone made my skin feel moisturized and softer than ever so this is in my top 3 for sugar scrubs. Doesn’t really leave a smell to my knowledge. Vaginal mist- for this I only did a spray test and the smell was really good( again I love lavender so I might be bias) I spray it on my arm and it was really light and I liked that. I will say I am skeptical about spraying things down there because I am really sensitive to products and anything can knock it off but I will try and give an update. That is all for the products I received today I will come back in a few weeks with more in depth review of how I like it and it’s results but for now my review stays at a 5. Thank you.
