    Page/Ashby location. This place is a joke, anytime after 2 and any time on weekends. Stay away if you don't want to deal with incompetent kids and manager's that don't want to work or food that has been sitting for hours. They want to play on their phones all night but can't answer a phone when it rings. I will be coming up Friday morning, June 30th to get a refund on the missing food items. I haven't been to this place in a year but unfortunately, my kids stopped by to get dinner and the first thing I told them to do when I saw the bags was Check The Food! Every time, it's WRONG!. If its not AM week day breakfast, stay clear of this location. Like other places along the way, it will be closed down soon. It's a shame, because I've gone to this location for 50 years and the last 5 years it has turned into nothing but trash as is most places in the neighborhood now. I'll update on my visit to get my money back. Never again.

    Poor service in the evenings. Employees playing on their phones while I wait for my order, as well as making the food sloppy. No shamrock shake, but they gave me an oreo flurry with food coloring half tossed in.

    When I first arrived at the drive-thru, I was waiting a good ten minutes before anyone’s orders were being taken. At first, I was quite peeved that a fast food place was taking so long, but my frustration was quickly replaced with sympathy. When I pulled up to the second window to get my food, the same employee was preparing drinks, taking drive thru orders, running the cashier, and getting orders together. In complete disbelief, I asked the poor guy if he was being forced to work all by himself, as I was unable to see anybody else working behind him. He hesitantly informed me that he was currently the only employee working at this location for this week. Had I paid more attention and gotten his name, I would have called McDonald’s corporate and told them that he deserves a raise. Even though he was dealing with short-tempered customers and running the store single-handedly, he was in great spirits and very kind throughout our entire interaction. From a customer perspective, I am hesitant to continue to spend my money at a corporation who runs their staff this thinly. No wonder nobody wants to be employed here long… McDonalds, your employees deserve to be treated MUCH better than they are.

    The staff was friendly. They gave me half my order, (the other half was a basket of fries and a vanilla iced coffee) asked me to pull up and "wait in spot 1". 4 cars get their order and leave through the drive thru and it's been at least 5 minutes. I had to go inside and ask them what was going on. Most of the employees ignored me as I kept saying "excuse me" to them. They finally bring me my bag of fries after I get their attention, but no coffee. I'm standing around waiting for a few more minutes before I get the attention of what seems like a manager. She tells me that they've been looking for something for the iced coffee this whole time. At this point I've watched cars come and go through the building of a busy drive thru. I don't understand how it's so hard to communicate with your customers. I would have been sitting in my car for who knows how long just waiting while the rest of my food is getting cold. I was refunded for all my food as I didn't want it anymore, but the service was pretty terrible.

    It took 20 minutes to get a curbside order. I called the store twice. First time they didn't answer, and the second time they hung up on me. I had to go into the store to get it myself. The food was cold, and my caramel frappe was melted. The employees at this store are nothing but ghetto trash.

    Spent fifteen minutes in line, fries were not hot and tasted like they had been sitting for the whole time i was in line. Same thing with the McCrispy, burnt and cold. Avoid this one after Noon. Before Noon it’s normally fine which is why I gave two stars.

    There are times when you get great customer service then there are times when you wish you had gone somewhere else also watch out for the ice cream any cones shake or anything containing ice cream because I got a chocolate shake last week and it tasted like mold after the first sip I tossed it out

    Unfortunately for me this McDonald's is close to my job as well as my home. I frequently visited the drive-thru to get breakfast for myself and my coworkers. Along with breakfast I would order chocolate chip cookies which from my previous McDonald's experience from other locations are hot when they are given to you and is what I was expecting at this location. The first time I ordered cookies here I didn't even get them. Paid for them but never got them. The next time I got them they were hard very hard. I still continued to go to that McDonald's as I didn't have any other options for McDonald's. I started to ask at the drive-thru if they would make the cookies fresh. They started making my cookies fresh. They would have me pull up they would bring out the cookies and they would be served with a horrible attitude but at least they were hot which is what I asked for. Just recently I purchased our order on my mobile app. And when I received my food at the window checked the cookies in the bag and ask the person at the window if they could please make them fresh that I wanted them to be hot. They had me pull up into the waiting spot. When the person brought me out my cooking she told me that they weren't going to make them fresh anymore. That they had an expiration date and then if I wanted them hot I could take him home and put them in the microwave. I'll never go back to that McDonald's but I don't just buy cookies there I've spent quite a bit of money there between my grandkids breakfast lunch dinner different days. There's one up the street from my house it's just not as close to my work. Just wanted to let you McDonald's employees know you're not doing anybody a favor by working there you're earning a paycheck. Do your job and stop with the attitude

    Just went through the drive through and didn't get half of what I ordered. I paid with my debit card and handed it to them which they gave back with a receipt. Then when I got to the food window they screamed at me to stop as I was leaving that I missed paying for something. I have them my debit card with the receipt showing I paid and it was totally unnecessary to scream at me for their mistake if they didn't charge me for something. I gave them my card and with the receipt I just assumed they charged for everything how was I supposed to know. Then I didn't even get half my food. No appology after they screamed at me and i showed the the receipt either. Very rude behavior I won't be back there.

    The lady at register got irritated when i had questions about my mcdonalds app. So she then made me wait an extra 5 to 10 mins before they took my order. Sucked bc it was on my lunch break I'm gonna contact regional manager today I hope. She was very disrespectful in my opinion..

    All right! I'm really not satisfied with tonight's order. We bought six sandwiches and burgers, all of which were squashed...I don't know why I don't like them either! The bread was very dry and so was the meat! I called and no one answered.... terrible experience!

    Ordered only ketchup on my burger and it came with everything on it, it literally took more effort to mess up my burger than just putting ketchup on it.
