Great food. Great service. Great views. For a Sunday the place was quite quiet which was great , but the sports bar downstairs seemed fuller. So you can choose your vibe. Very cosy woody feeling. Private places inside seems like you could use it for a function. Outside seating has a view of the lagoon, sea and mountains. Friendly staff. Food was delicious! Babalas breakfast and their ribs and wings combo is a must have. I shall defs be returning. Thank you Milinda!!

Lovely recommendation by the bar man, cheese sauce and bacon bits over fries. Absolutely delicious made with a real cheese sauce, crispy chips and crispy bacon bits. Friendly service and a whole different experience than the Gringos by the waterfront. Would highly recommend.

We arrived at 19.15. Our name was not on the reservations after phoning and making a booking. Never-less, we were showed to a table. This was where the nice part of the experience ended. We ordered our food at 19.30 and waited until 20.40 for it to arrive. Our request for salt & pepper was acknowledged but ignored. I borrowed the salt from the table of the patrons next to us. The food was really sub standard. The prawns my wife had was overcooked to a pulp. The rib and chicken wing combo i had was ice cold. The waiter (singular) was absent apart from bringing our food and the bill naturally. When i complained about the time it took for our food to be served, she said there was a big table in the adjacent room upstairs that took most of their time & attention. Well this local couple will definitely NOT go back to the Wild Horse in Kleinmond again! Truly bad experience from a dining & service point of view Further to the response of the uninformed owner… The response from your staff is not true. I phoned an hour before we arrived. The waitress did not seat us. It was a gentleman that seated us. At no stage did he or the waitress which was eventually allocated to us, inform us that we will have to wait for food. In any event, even if we had to wait for food, it should still be properly prepared. Its not as if it is the cheapest place in town to dine out. But you unfortunately lost 2 clients

Wild Horse Restaurant was recommended by a friend. What a find! Lovely views, pleasant professional staff and the food was great! Best hake and chips I've had for a long time. Will definitely be back.

One of the best restaurants in Kleinmond at the moment. Pizzas are good, service is prompt and friendly. The Biker burger is a must to try.

The food and drinks were amazing and staff went out of thier way to make sure we had a great evening. Can't wait to be back!
